วันศุกร์ที่ 22 พฤษภาคม พ.ศ. 2569 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรี มอบหมายให้ นางสาวรัชตา วุฒิกิจเจริญ ผู้อำนวยการส่วนวิจัยและประเมินผล พร้อมด้วยเจ้าหน้าที่ เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมออกหน่วยบริการโครงการคลินิกเกษตรเคลื่อนที่ในพระราชานุเคราะห์สมเด็จพระบรมโอรสาธิราช ฯ สยามมกุฎราชกุมาร ไตรมาส 3 ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569 ณ ศาลาวัดราษฎร์ศรัทธาราม ตำบลตลาดจินดา อำเภอสามพราน จังหวัดนครปฐม โดยมี นายสมาวิษฎ์ สุพรรณไพ รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดนครปฐม เป็นประธานเปิดงาน ซึ่งสำนักงานเกษตรจังหวัดนครปฐม ร่วมกับหน่วยงานในสังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ร่วมบูรณาการให้บริการแก่เกษตรกรในพื้นที่ ภายในงานมีการให้บริการคลินิกด้านการเกษตรต่าง ๆ อาทิ คลินิกดิน คลินิกพืช คลินิกข้าว คลินิกปศุสัตว์ คลินิกประมง คลินิกบัญชี คลินิกชลประทาน คลินิกสหกรณ์ คลินิกกฎหมาย คลินิกหม่อนไหม คลินิกส่งเสริมการเกษตรและอื่น ๆ พร้อมทั้งจัดนิทรรศการด้านการเกษตร การจำหน่ายสินค้า OTOP (หนึ่งตำบล หนึ่งผลิตภัณฑ์) สินค้าธงฟ้าราคาประหยัด การแจกเมล็ดพันธุ์พืชผัก บริการทำหมันสุนัขและแมวฟรี เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกและส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิตแก่เกษตรกรและประชาชนในพื้นที่ ทั้งนี้ สศท.10 ได้ร่วมให้บริการข้อมูลด้านเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร ประชาสัมพันธ์ภารกิจหน่วยงาน รวมทั้งให้คำปรึกษาและเผยแพร่ข้อมูลกองทุนปรับโครงสร้างการผลิตภาคเกษตรเพื่อเพิ่มขีดความสามารถการแข่งขันของประเทศ (FTA) เพื่อสนับสนุนให้เกษตรกรนำข้อมูลความรู้ไปใช้ในการวางแผนการผลิต ปรับตัวให้สอดคล้องกับสถานการณ์ตลาด และเพิ่มโอกาสทางการแข่งขันได้อย่างเหมาะสม OAE10 Participates in Mobile Agricultural Clinic Service Activity, Quarter 3, Nakhon Pathom Province, Fiscal Year 2026On Friday, 22 May 2026, Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10 (OAE RO10), Ratchaburi Province, assigned Ms. Ratchata Wutthikitcharoen, Director of the Research and Evaluation Section, together with staff members, to participate in the Mobile Agricultural Clinic Project under the Royal Patronage of His Royal Highness Crown Prince Maha Vajiralongkorn, Quarter 3, Fiscal Year 2026, held at Rat Sattratham Temple Hall, Talat Chinda Subdistrict, Sam Phran District, Nakhon Pathom Province. The event was officially opened by Mr. Samawit Supunphai, Vice Governor of Nakhon Pathom Province. The activity was organized by the Nakhon Pathom Provincial Agricultural Office in collaboration with agencies under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, local administrative organizations, and related agencies to provide integrated agricultural services to farmers in the area. Various agricultural clinics and services were available at the event, including soil, crop, rice, livestock, fisheries, accounting, irrigation, cooperative, legal, sericulture, and agricultural extension clinics. In addition, agricultural exhibitions, OTOP (One Tambon One Product) goods, low-cost Blue Flag products, vegetable seed distribution, and free sterilization services for dogs and cats were also provided to improve the quality of life of farmers and local residents. On this occasion, OAE RO10 provided agricultural economic information, introduced the agency’s missions, and disseminated information on the Agricultural Restructuring Fund to Enhance the Country’s Competitiveness (FTA Fund). The information aimed to support farmers in applying the knowledge gained to production planning, adapting to market situations, and enhancing their competitiveness appropriately.

วันพฤหัสบดีที่ 30 เมษายน พ.ศ. 2569 สำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 (สศท.10) จัดกิจกรรมแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ภายในองค์กร ครั้งที่ 6 ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569 เรื่อง คาร์บอนเครดิตคืออะไร ทำแล้วได้อะไร ให้แก่เจ้าหน้าที่และบุคลากรของ สศท.10 โดยมีนายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 เป็นประธานในกิจกรรมฯ และนางสาวสิริวัฒน์ สุวรรณศรี นักวิเคราะห์นโยบายและแผนชำนาญการพิเศษ เป็นผู้บรรยายการจัดกิจกรรมฯ ครั้งนี้ เป็นการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ถึงปริมาณก๊าซเรือนกระจกที่ลดหรือกักเก็บได้จากการดำเนินโครงการลดก๊าซเรือนกระจกที่ได้รับการรับรองตามมาตรฐาน (เช่น T-VER) โดย มีหน่วยเป็น ตันคาร์บอนไดออกไซด์เทียบเท่า (tCO2e) สามารถนำไปซื้อ-ขาย เพื่อชดเชยการปล่อยก๊าซฯ ขององค์กรได้ ซึ่งสัดส่วนการปล่อยก๊าซฯ ในประเทศไทย แบ่งออกเป็น ภาคพลังงาน ประมาณ 70% ภาคเกษตร ประมาณ 15% โดยเฉพาะนาข้าว เป็นแหล่งปล่อยก๊าซมีเทนที่สำคัญ และภาคอื่น ๆ 15%ประโยชน์ที่ได้รับ มีดังนี้ OAE RO10 Holds the 6th Internal Knowledge Sharing Session for Fiscal Year 2026. On Thursday, April 30, 2026, the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10 (OAE RO10) organized the 6th internal knowledge sharing session for the fiscal year 2026 on the topic “What is Carbon Credit and What Are Its Benefits?” for its officers and staff. Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of OAE RO10, presided over the event. The session was delivered by Ms. Siriwat Suwannasri, Senior Policy and Plan Analyst. This session aimed to exchange knowledge on the amount of greenhouse gas emissions reduced or sequestered from certified emission reduction projects (e.g., T-VER), measured in tonnes of carbon dioxide equivalent (tCO₂e). These credits can be traded to offset organizational greenhouse gas emissions. In Thailand, greenhouse gas emissions are approximately distributed as follows: Benefits include: As a result, rice becomes stronger, yields increase, production costs decrease, and carbon credits can be sold as an additional source of income.

วันพุธที่ 29 เมษายน 2569 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรี มอบหมายให้ส่วนวิจัยและประเมินผล ร่วมลงพื้นที่ร่วมกับสำนักวิจัยเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร เจ้าหน้าที่จากกรมปศุสัตว์ และเจ้าหน้าที่จากศูนย์วิจัยและพัฒนาอาหารสัตว์เพชรบุรี ร่วมให้ข้อมูลผลการติดตามการดำเนินงานและการขอปรับแผนการชำระเงินคืนโครงการสร้างความมั่นคงด้านอาหารโคนมรองรับการเปิดเสรีทางการค้า (FTA) ณ สหกรณ์โคนมกำแพงแสน ตำบลดอนข่อย อำเภอกำแพงแสน จังหวัดนครปฐม จากนั้นลงพื้นที่ร่วมให้ข้อมูลและรับฟังการดำเนินงานโครงการวิจัยการพัฒนาพันธุ์ถั่วเหลืองให้มีความยาวของข้อแรกที่ติดฝักสูงจากพื้นดินเพิ่มมากขึ้น ณ มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ วิทยาเขตกำแพงแสน จังหวัดนครปฐม พร้อมทั้งรับฟังปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการบริหารจัดการและดำเนินงานต่อไปOffice of Agriculture Economics Region 10 in collaboration with the Agricultural Economics Research Institute, provided information to monitor the progress and repayment ability of the Dairy Food Security Project in preparation for Free Trade Agreements (FTA) and the research project on developing soybean varieties with longer first node height above the ground.On Wednesday, April 29, 2026, Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics 10, Ratchaburi Province, assigned the Research and Evaluation Division to join the field visit with the Agricultural Economics Research Institute, officials from the Department of Livestock Development, and officials from the Phetchaburi Animal Feed Research and Development Center to provide information on monitoring the progress and requesting adjustments to the repayment plan of the Dairy Food Security Project in preparation for Free Trade Agreements (FTA) at the Kamphaeng Saen Dairy Cooperative, Don Khoi Subdistrict, Kamphaeng Saen District, Nakhon Pathom Province. Subsequently, they visited Kasetsart University, Kamphaeng Saen Campus, Nakhon Pathom Province, to provide information and listen to the progress of the research project on developing soybean varieties with longer first node height above the ground, as well as listen to the problems and obstacles in management and future implementation.

วันที่ 16-29 เมษายน 2569 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรี มอบหมายให้ส่วนแผนพัฒนาเขตเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร ลงพื้นที่เก็บข้อมูลเกษตรกรที่ทำนาเปียกสลับแห้ง และสอบถามข้อเสนอแนะจากหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในพื้นที่จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี นครปฐม และเพชรบุรี เพื่อจัดทำนโยบาย แนวทางหรือมาตรการเพื่อส่งเสริม สนับสนุนให้เกษตรกรทำคาร์บอนเครดิตเพื่อเพิ่มรายได้ให้แก่เกษตรกรอย่างยั่งยืน OAE Region 10 Conducts Field Data Collection to Develop Agricultural Product Management Guidelines for Value Creation through Carbon Credits (Rice Sector) 16–29 April 2026 — Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10, Ratchaburi Province, assigned the Agricultural Economic Zone Development Planning Division to conduct field visits and collect data from farmers practicing Alternate Wetting and Drying (AWD) rice cultivation. The mission also included gathering recommendations and feedback from relevant agencies across Kanchanaburi, Nakhon Pathom, and Phetchaburi provinces. The objective is to formulate policies, guidelines, and measures that promote and support farmers in participating in carbon credit initiatives, thereby creating sustainable additional income opportunities for farmers through enhanced agricultural value creation.

วันที่ 20 – 24 เมษายน 2569 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรี มอบหมายให้#ส่วนวิจัยและประเมินผล ลงพื้นติดตามผลการดำเนินงานโครงการตามพระราชประสงค์หุบกะพง ตำบลเขาใหญ่ อำเภอชะอำ จังหวัดเพชรบุรี โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการ ดังนี้ 1) จัดตั้งศูนย์สาธิตและทดลองการเกษตร เพื่อศึกษา หาข้อมูลในด้านการปลูกพืช และการเลี้ยงสัตว์ที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อการพัฒนาการเกษตร ในพื้นที่ที่แห้งแล้ง ตลอดจนสาธิตการใช้เทคโนโลยีการเกษตร 2) ทำการปฏิรูปที่ดินโดยการจัดพัฒนาที่ดินที่ว่างเปล่าแล้ว จัดสรรให้เกษตรกรที่ไม่มีที่ดินทำกินในการเพาะปลูกเป็นของตนเอง เข้าทำการเกษตรประกอบอาชีพตามวิธีการเกษตรแผนใหม่แต่ไม่ให้กรรมสิทธิ์ในการถือครองที่ดิน 3) รวมกลุ่มเกษตรกรที่ได้รับการจัดสรรที่ดินเหล่านี้ จัดตั้งเป็นสหกรณ์การเกษตร โดยใช้หลักและวิธีการสหกรณ์แก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆ ของสมาชิก ตั้งแต่เริ่มการผลิตจนถึงการจำหน่ายสู่ตลาด 4) เป็นแหล่งให้การศึกษา การส่งเสริมและเผยแพร่ความรู้ต่าง ๆ แก่เกษตรกร นักเรียน นักศึกษา และประชาชนทั่วไป สำหรับการลงพื้นที่ครั้งนี้มีเจ้าหน้าที่จาก#ศูนย์สาธิตสหกรณ์โครงการหุบกะพง ร่วมลงพื้นที่จัดเก็บข้อมูล กิจกรรมการส่งเสริมอาชีพให้กับเกษตรกรที่เป็นสมาชิก พร้อมทั้งรับฟังปัญหาและอุปสรรคเพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการดำเนินงานครั้งต่อไป Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10 (OAE 10) conducts field visit to monitor the progress of the Huai Kapong Royal Project, Fiscal Year 2026.From April 20-24, 2026, Mr. Kitsarath Onngentayakon, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10, Ratchaburi Province, assigned the Research and Evaluation Division to conduct a field visit to monitor the progress of the Huai Kapong Royal Project in Khao Yai Subdistrict, Cha-am District, Phetchaburi Province. The project’s objectives are as follows: 1) To establish an agricultural demonstration and experimental center to study and gather information on crop cultivation and animal husbandry that are beneficial to agricultural development in arid areas, as well as to demonstrate the use of agricultural technology; 2) To reform land by developing vacant land and allocating it to landless farmers to engage in modern agricultural practices, but without granting land ownership; 3) To form groups of farmers who have been allocated land into agricultural cooperatives, using cooperative principles and methods to solve various problems of members, from production to market; 4) To serve as a source of education, promotion, and dissemination of knowledge to farmers, students, and the general public. For this field visit, officials from the #Huap Kapong Cooperative Demonstration Center joined in collecting data on vocational training activities for farmer members, as well as listening to problems and obstacles to guide future operations.
