ระหว่างวันที่ 30-31 มีนาคม 2569 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จ.ราชบุรี มอบหมายให้นางสาวรัชตา วุฒิกิจเจริญ พร้อมเจ้าหน้าที่ ลงพื้นที่ติดตามความก้าวหน้าโครงการวิจัยการพัฒนาพันธุ์ถั่วเหลืองให้มีความยาวของข้อแรกที่ติดฝักสูงจากพื้นดินเพิ่มมากขึ้น โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อปรับปรุงพันธุ์ถั่วเหลืองเชียงใหม่ 60 ให้มีความยาวของข้อแรกที่ติดฝักสูงจากพื้นดินเพิ่มมากขึ้นจากเดิมอย่างน้อย 5 เซนติเมตร 2) เพื่อรวบรวมเชื้อพันธุกรรมถั่วเหลืองและจัดทำฐานข้อมูลลักษณะที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเจริญเติบโตผลผลิต และองค์ประกอบทางเคมีของเมล็ดถั่วเหลือง สำหรับใช้ในการวิจัยและพัฒนาพันธุ์ โดยความร่วมมือกับรองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ประกิจ สมท่า (Assoc.Prof.Dr.Prakit Somta) อาจารย์ประจำภาควิชาพืชไร่นา คณะเกษตร มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ วิทยาเขตกำแพงแสน ภายใต้การสนับสนุนงบประมาณกองทุน FTA สำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร โดยได้นำสายพันธุ์ถั่วเหลืองมากกว่า 200 สายพันธุ์ มาทำการทดลองและคัดเลือก เพื่อค้นหาสายพันธุ์ที่มีลักษณะเด่นทางพันธุกรรม ทั้งนี้ความสำคัญของการวิจัยเพื่อการพัฒนาความสูงของ “ข้อแรกที่ติดฝัก” (First Pod Height) ให้มีระดับสูงจากพื้นดินอย่างเหมาะสม เพื่อให้ใบมีดของเครื่องเก็บเกี่ยวสามารถตัดได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ลดความเสียหายของผลผลิต และเพิ่มความคุ้มค่าในการใช้เครื่องจักรทางการเกษตรThe Office of Agricultural Economics Regional Office 10, Ratchaburi, monitored the progress of soybean variety development research under the FTA Fund.During March 30–31, 2026, Mr. Kitsarat Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10 in Ratchaburi, assigned Ms. Ratchata Wuttikitcharoen and staff to conduct a field visit to follow up on the progress of a research project on soybean variety development. The project aims to increase the height of the first pod above ground level.The objectives of the study are:1.To improve the Chiang Mai 60 soybean variety so that the height of the first pod above ground level increases by at least 5 centimeters.2.To collect soybean germplasm and develop a database on traits related to growth, yield, and chemical composition of soybean seeds for use in research and breeding.This project is conducted in collaboration with Associate Professor Dr. Prakit Somta, a faculty member in the Department of Agronomy, Faculty of Agriculture, Kasetsart University, Kamphaeng Saen Campus, with financial support from the FTA Fund under the Office of Agricultural Economics.More than 200 soybean lines have been tested and selected to identify varieties with outstanding genetic traits. The significance of this research lies in improving the “first pod height” to an appropriate level above the ground, enabling harvesting machine blades to cut more efficiently, reducing yield losses, and increasing the cost-effectiveness of agricultural machinery use.

วันอังคารที่ 31 มีนาคม 2569 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 เป็นประธานในการจัดประชุมประจำเดือน ครั้งที่ 3/2569 เพื่อติดตามการดำเนินงานตามแผนการปฏิบัติงาน ผลการดำเนินงาน และติดตามผลการเบิกจ่ายตามการจัดสรรงบประมาณรายจ่ายประจำปี 2569 ของทุกส่วน/ฝ่าย ให้เป็นไปตามแผนฯ ติดตามโครงการส่งเสริมการพัฒนาหน่วยงานของ สศท.10 พร้อมทั้งรับฟังปัญหาและอุปสรรค ข้อคิดเห็นในการดำเนินงานเพื่อแก้ไขและพัฒนาการดำเนินงานให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย OAE RO10 Holds Monthly Meeting No. 3/2026 On Tuesday, March 31, 2026, Mr. Kijsart Ongngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Regional Office 10 (OAE RO10), presided over the Monthly Meeting No. 3/2026. The meeting aimed to monitor the progress of operational plans, review performance results, and follow up on budget disbursement in accordance with the fiscal year 2026 budget allocation across all divisions/sections to ensure alignment with the plan. The meeting also included updates on organizational development projects of OAE RO10, as well as a session to listen to problems, obstacles, and suggestions. These inputs will be used to improve and enhance operations to achieve the set objectives.

วันอังคารที่ 31 มีนาคม พ.ศ. 2569 สำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 (สศท.10) จัดกิจกรรมแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ภายในองค์กร ครั้งที่ 5 ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569 เรื่อง โครงการห้วยองคตอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดำริ ให้แก่เจ้าหน้าที่และบุคลากรของ สศท.10 โดยมีนายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 เป็นประธานในกิจกรรมฯ และนางสาวสุวรรณา ไตรสรณะกุล เจ้าพนักงานสถิติชำนาญงาน เป็นผู้บรรยายการจัดกิจกรรมฯ ครั้งนี้ เป็นการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ถึงการจัดตั้งโครงการขึ้นตามพระราชดำริของพระบาทสมเด็จพระบรมชนกาธิเบศร มหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดชมหาราช บรมนาถบพิตร โดยเริ่มดำเนินการตั้งแต่วันที่ 31 สิงหาคม 2535 โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาในพื้นที่ป่าสงวนเสื่อมโทรม จำนวน 20,625 ไร่ ในตำบลสมเด็จเจริญ อำเภอหนองปรือ จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี พระองค์ทรงมีพระราชดำริให้พัฒนาชีวิตความเป็นอยู่และการทำมาหากินของราษฎรควบคู่ไปกับการฟื้นฟูสภาพป่าที่เคยถูกบุกรุกทำลายให้กลับมาอุดมสมบูรณ์ โดยทรงเน้นหลักการบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรธรรมชาติให้เหมาะสมกับสภาพพื้นที่ เพื่อให้ราษฎรสามารถอาศัยและทำกินร่วมกับการคงอยู่ของธรรมชาติอย่างเกื้อหนุนกัน OAE RO10 Organized the 5th Internal Knowledge Sharing Activity for Fiscal Year 2026. On Tuesday, March 31, 2026, the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10 (OAE RO10) organized the 5th internal knowledge sharing activity for the fiscal year 2026 on the topic of the Huai Ongkot Royal Initiative Project. The activity was conducted for OAE RO10 staff and personnel. Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10, presided over the event, while Ms. Suwanna Trisaranakul, Senior Statistical Officer, served as the speaker. This activity aimed to exchange knowledge on the establishment of the project under the royal initiative of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great. The project has been implemented since August 31, 1992, with the objective of addressing issues in a degraded forest reserve area of 20,625 rai in Somdet Charoen Subdistrict, Nong Prue District, Kanchanaburi Province. His Majesty initiated the project to improve the livelihoods and occupations of local residents alongside the restoration of previously encroached and degraded forest areas to a fertile condition. The initiative emphasizes appropriate natural resource management in accordance with local conditions, enabling communities to coexist sustainably with nature in a mutually supportive manner.

วันอังคารที่ 24 มีนาคม 2569 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรี มอบหมายให้ นายสิทธิกร ยิ่งวงษ์ เจ้าหน้าที่ส่วนวิจัยและประเมินผล เข้าร่วมประชุมคณะกรรมการขับเคลื่อนงานด้านการเกษตรจังหวัดสมุทรสงคราม ครั้งที่ 3/2569 โดยมีนายประดิษฐ์ เกษมวิสิฐกุล เกษตรและสหกรณ์จังหวัดสมุทรสงคราม เป็นประธานการประชุม พร้อมด้วยหัวหน้าส่วนราชการในสังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ ข้าราชการ และเจ้าหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวข้องเข้าร่วมประชุมเพื่อรับทราบการนำเสนอผลการศึกษางานวิจัย เรื่อง การศึกษาต้นทุนส่วนเพิ่มการลดก๊าซเรือนกระจก สินค้าพืชเศรษฐกิจ(ปาล์มน้ำมัน) เพื่อให้หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ และรับทราบการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการ การจัดทำแผนพัฒนาการเกษตรและสหกรณ์จังหวัดสมุทรสงคราม ประจำปี พ.ศ. 2571-2575 แผนปฏิบัติการด้านการจัดการด้านอาหารของประเทศไทยระดับจังหวัด ผลการดำเนินงานตามแผนการตรวจราชการของผู้ตรวจราชการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ ปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ.2569 รอบที่ 1 และการจัดงานวันถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีเพื่อเริ่มต้นฤดูกาลผลิตใหม่ ปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ.2569 รวมทั้งร่วมพิจารณาการจัดชั้นแปลงใหญ่ โดยสำนักงานเกษตรจังหวัดสมุทรสงคราม ณ ห้องประชุมบางคนที ชั้น 3 ศาลากลางจังหวัดสมุทรสงคราม จังหวัดสมุทรสงคราม The Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10 (OAE 10) participated in the 3rd Meeting of the Samut Songkhram Provincial Agricultural Steering Committee for Fiscal Year 2026.On Tuesday, 24 March 2026, Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10, Ratchaburi Province, assigned Mr. Sitthikorn Yingwong, an officer from the Research and Evaluation Division, to attend the 3rd Meeting of the Samut Songkhram Provincial Agricultural Steering Committee for Fiscal Year 2026. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Pradit Kasemwisitkul, Provincial Agriculture and Cooperatives Officer of Samut Songkhram. Participants included heads of government agencies under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, government officials, and relevant personnel.The meeting acknowledged the presentation of research findings on the study of marginal abatement costs for greenhouse gas reduction in economic crops (oil palm), for utilization by relevant agencies. It also acknowledged the workshop on the preparation of the Samut Songkhram Provincial Agriculture and Cooperatives Development Plan (2028–2032), the provincial-level action plan on Thailand’s food management, the results of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives’ inspection plan for Fiscal Year 2026 (Round 1), and the organization of the Technology Transfer Day to mark the commencement of the new production season for Fiscal Year 2026.In addition, the meeting considered the classification of large-scale farming plots, as proposed by the Samut Songkhram Provincial Agriculture Office. The meeting was held at Bang Khonthi Meeting Room, 3rd Floor, Samut Songkhram Provincial Hall, Samut Songkhram Province.

ในระหว่างวันที่ 9-20 มีนาคม 2569 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรี มอบหมายให้เจ้าหน้าที่ส่วนแผนพัฒนาเขตเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร ลงพื้นที่ศึกษาแนวทางการยกระดับสินค้าเกษตรมูลค่าสูงด้วยเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมเพื่อเป็นฐานการผลิตและบริการในพื้นที่ระเบียงเศรษฐกิจ (สินค้ามะพร้าวน้ำหอม)ในจังหวัดนครปฐม สมุทรสาคร และราชบุรี ภายใต้โครงการศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาในการสร้างโอกาส เพิ่มรายได้และความยั่งยืนทางการเกษตร ปีงบประมาณ 2569 โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาห่วงโซ่คุณค่าการผลิตสินค้าเกษตรมูลค่าสูงด้วยเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมและแนวทางการยกระดับสินค้าเกษตรมูลค่าสูงด้วยเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรม โดยลงพื้นที่สัมภาษณ์เกษตรกรผู้ปลูกมะพร้าวน้ำหอม ผู้ประกอบการ หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง และนายจรัญ เจริญทรัพย์ นายกสมาคมมะพร้าวน้ำหอมไทย ซึ่งข้อมูลที่ได้สามารถนำมาวิเคราะห์และนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ในการขับเคลื่อนและพัฒนาสินค้าเกษตรมูลค่าสูงต่อไป OAE RO 10, Ratchaburi Studies Approaches to Upgrading High-Value Agricultural Products through Technology and Innovation for Production and Service Bases in the Economic Corridor (Aromatic Coconut) During 9–20 March 2026, Mr. Kijsart Onngernvittayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10 Ratchaburi, assigned officials from the Agricultural Economic Zone Development Division to conduct a field study on approaches to upgrading high-value agricultural products through technology and innovation, aiming to strengthen production and service bases within the economic corridor. The study focused on aromatic coconut products in Nakhon Pathom, Samut Sakhon, and Ratchaburi provinces. This activity is part of the project titled “Study on Development Approaches to Creating Opportunities, Increasing Income, and Promoting Agricultural Sustainability” for the fiscal year 2026. The objective is to examine the value chain of high-value agricultural products enhanced by technology and innovation, as well as to explore practical approaches for upgrading such products. The study involved field interviews with aromatic coconut farmers, entrepreneurs, relevant agencies, and Mr. Charan Charoensap, President of the Thai Aromatic Coconut Association. The information gathered will be analyzed and utilized to support policy formulation and drive the development of high-value agricultural products in a sustainable manner.

วันพุธที่ 4 มีนาคม 2569 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรี มอบหมายให้นางสาวรัชตา วุฒิกิจเจริญ ผู้อำนวยการส่วนวิจัยและประเมินผล พร้อมด้วยเจ้าหน้าที่สำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 เข้าร่วมการนิเทศงานและรับคำปรึกษาจากเจ้าหน้าที่ศูนย์ข้อมูลเกษตรแห่งชาติ (ศกช.) ในการให้บริการวิชาการและนวัตกรรมข้อมูลสารสนเทศเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร ตลอดจนการเสริมสร้างความตระหนักรู้และส่งเสริมการใช้ประโยชน์จากข้อมูลขนาดใหญ่ด้านการเกษตร (Big Data) ในการนี้ ได้มีการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ ข้อคิดเห็น และข้อเสนอแนะร่วมกัน เพื่อขับเคลื่อนการดำเนินงานด้านการส่งเสริมการใช้ประโยชน์จากข้อมูลขนาดใหญ่ด้านการเกษตรให้เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและเกิดผลสัมฤทธิ์อย่างเป็นรูปธรรมต่อไป. The Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10 (OAE 10) participated in a supervisory visit and received consultation on the provision of academic services and agricultural economic information innovation.On Wednesday, 4 March 2026, Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10, Ratchaburi Province, assigned Ms. Ratchata Wuttikitcharoen, Director of the Research and Evaluation Division, together with officials of OAE RO10, to attend the supervisory session and receive consultation from officers of the National Agricultural Information Center (NAIC). The consultation focused on the provision of academic services and innovation in agricultural economic information, as well as enhancing awareness and promoting the utilization of agricultural Big Data. On this occasion, knowledge, opinions, and recommendations were exchanged to effectively drive the promotion and utilization of agricultural Big Data, with the aim of achieving tangible and concrete outcomes.

วันศุกร์ที่ 27 กุมภาพันธ์ พ.ศ. 2569 สำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 (สศท.10) จัดกิจกรรมแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ภายในองค์กร ครั้งที่ 4 ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569 เรื่อง ความปลอดภัยทางไซเบอร์สำหรับผู้ปฏิบัติงาน ให้แก่เจ้าหน้าที่และบุคลากรของ สศท.10 โดยมีนายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 เป็นประธานในกิจกรรมฯ และนายทศพล วรนาม นักวิชาการคอมพิวเตอร์ เป็นผู้บรรยายการจัดกิจกรรมครั้งนี้เป็นการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ถึงภัยคุกคามที่ต้องระวัง การตั้งรหัสผ่านให้แข็งแกร่ง การยืนยันตัวตนสองชั้น (2FA) – เกราะชั้นที่สอง การใช้สื่อบันทึกข้อมูลและอุปกรณ์พกพา การตรวจสอบอีเมลและลิงก์เบื้องต้น การจัดการข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (PDPA ในที่ทำงาน) รวมถึงวิธีการปฏิบัติเมื่อเกิดเหตุคุกคาม OAE 10 Organizes the 4th Internal Knowledge Sharing Activity for Fiscal Year 2026. On Friday, 27 February 2026, the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10 (OAE RO10) organized the 4th internal knowledge sharing activity for Fiscal Year 2026 on the topic of “Cybersecurity for Operational Staff” for its officers and personnel. The event was presided over by Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of Office of Agricultural Economics Zone 10, with Mr. Thosapol Woranam, Computer Technical Officer, serving as the speaker. This activity aimed to promote knowledge exchange on key cybersecurity issues, including awareness of potential threats, creating strong passwords, enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) as a second layer of protection, the use of data storage media and portable devices, preliminary email and link verification, personal data management (PDPA in the workplace), as well as appropriate responses in the event of a security incident.

The meeting aimed to follow up on the implementation of the operational plan, review performance results, and monitor budget disbursement in accordance with the Fiscal Year 2026 expenditure allocation of all divisions/sections to ensure alignment with the established plans. The meeting also included progress updates on the organizational development promotion project of OAE RO10 and an internal knowledge-sharing session on the topic of “Cybersecurity for Practitioners.” In addition, participants discussed problems, obstacles, and suggestions in order to improve operations and ensure the achievement of organizational goals.

วันอังคารที่ 24 กุมภาพันธ์ 2569 นายกิษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 มอบหมายให้นางสาวรัชตา วุฒิกิจเจริญ ผู้อำนวยการส่วนวิจัยและประเมินผล พร้อมด้วยเจ้าหน้าที่ เข้าร่วมงานวันรัฐพิธีวันที่ระลึก “พระบาทสมเด็จพระพุทธเลิศหล้านภาลัย” ณ โรงยิมเนเซียมจังหวัดราชบุรี อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดราชบุรี โดยมีนางสาวฐิติลักษณ์ คำพา ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดราชบุรี เป็นประธานในพิธี ทั้งนี้ วันที่ 24 กุมภาพันธ์ ของทุกปี กำหนดให้เป็นวันศิลปินแห่งชาติ และเป็นวันคล้ายวันพระราชสมภพของพระบาทสมเด็จพระพุทธเลิศหล้านภาลัย รัชกาลที่ 2 แห่งราชวงศ์จักรี ผู้ทรงได้รับการยกย่องเป็นพระปฐมบรมศิลปินแห่งกรุงรัตนโกสินทร์ เนื่องด้วยทรงมีพระปรีชาสามารถด้านศิลปกรรมหลายสาขา อาทิ ด้านกวีนิพนธ์ ด้านประติมากรรม และด้านดนตรี การเข้าร่วมงานในครั้งนี้ เพื่อร่วมแสดงความจงรักภักดี และน้อมรำลึกในพระมหากรุณาธิคุณอันหาที่สุดมิได้ของพระองค์ท่าน OAE RO 10 Participates in the State Ceremony Commemorating His Majesty King Buddha Loetla Nabhalai (Rama II)On Tuesday, 24 February 2026, Mr.Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10 (OAE RO 10), assigned Ms.Ratchata Wuttikitcharoen, Director of the Research and Evaluation Division, together with officials, to attend the state ceremony commemorating His Majesty King Buddha Loetla Nabhalai at the Ratchaburi Provincial Gymnasium, Mueang District, Ratchaburi Province. The ceremony was presided over by Ms.Thitilak Kampha, Governor of Ratchaburi Province. February 24 of each year is designated as National Artist Day and marks the anniversary of the royal birth of His Majesty King Buddha Loetla Nabhalai (Rama II) of the Chakri Dynasty. He is revered as the Supreme Patron of Arts of the Rattanakosin era in recognition of his exceptional talents in various fields of fine arts, including poetry, sculpture, and music. The participation in this ceremony was to express loyalty and to humbly commemorate His Majesty’s boundless royal benevolence.
