ในระหว่างวันที่ 9 – 13 กันยายน 2569 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 มอบหมายให้เจ้าหน้าที่ส่วนแผนพัฒนาเขตเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร ลงพื้นที่ติดตามสถานการณ์การผลิตสินค้าเกษตรที่สำคัญของจังหวัดนครปฐม สมุทรสาคร เพชรบุรี ประจวบคีรีขันธ์และราชบุรี โดยได้ติดตามสถานการณ์ด้านการผลิต การตลาด และราคา ณ สำนักงานปศุสัตว์จังหวัดนครปฐม สำนักงานประมงจังหวัดนครปฐม หอการค้าจังหวัดสมุทรสาคร หอการค้าจังหวัดเพชรบุรี หอการค้าจังหวัดราชบุรี รวมไปถึงปัญหาและอุปสรรคจากเกษตรกรจังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ เพื่อจัดทำรายงานภาวะเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรระดับจังหวัด ไตรมาส 3 ปี 2569 และแนวโน้ม ปี 2569 ต่อไป Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 10 Conducts Field Visits to Monitor the Provincial Agricultural Economic Situation. During 9–13 September 2026, Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 10, assigned officers from the Agricultural Economic Development Planning Division to conduct field visits to monitor the production situation of key agricultural commodities in Nakhon Pathom, Samut Sakhon, Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, and Ratchaburi provinces. The field visits focused on monitoring production, marketing, and price situations through consultations with the Nakhon Pathom Provincial Livestock Office, Nakhon Pathom Provincial Fisheries Office, Samut Sakhon Chamber of Commerce, Phetchaburi Chamber of Commerce, and Ratchaburi Chamber of Commerce. The team also gathered information on problems and obstacles encountered by farmers in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. The information collected will be used to prepare the Provincial Agricultural Economic Situation Report for the Third Quarter of 2026, as well as the agricultural economic outlook for 2026.

ระหว่างวันที่ 7 – 9 กันยายน 2569 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรี มอบหมายให้ ว่าที่ร้อยเอก นันทพร บัวเอี่ยม ผู้อำนวยการส่วนสารสนเทศการเกษตร เข้าร่วมสัมมนา พร้อมมอบหมายให้ นางสาวสุชญา เอี่ยมสอาด นักวิชาการสถิติชำนาญการ ร่วมเป็นวิทยากร ในโครงการส่งเสริมและพัฒนาเสถียรภาพการผลิตมะพร้าวน้ำหอม หลักสูตร อบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการเตรียมความพร้อมเจ้าหน้าที่สู่การพัฒนาเสถียรภาพการผลิตมะพร้าวน้ำหอม ภายใต้คณะกรรมการพัฒนาบริหารจัดการผลไม้ (Fruit Board) ณ โรงแรมชูชัยบุรี ศรีอัมพวา อำเภออัมพวา และแปลงใหญ่มะพร้าวน้ำหอม ตำบลจอมปลวก อำเภอบางคนที จังหวัดสมุทรสงคราม โดยมีนางอัญชลี สุวจิตตานนท์ อธิบดีกรมส่งเสริมการเกษตร เป็นประธานการเปิดสัมมนา โดยการอบรมในครั้งนี้ มีผู้รับผิดชอบงานส่งเสริมการผลิตมะพร้าวน้ำหอมจาก 4 จังหวัด ได้แก่ จังหวัดราชบุรี นครปฐม สมุทรสาคร และสมุทรสงคราม เจ้าหน้าที่จากสำนักงานส่งเสริมและพัฒนาการเกษตรที่ 2 จังหวัดราชบุรี ศูนย์ส่งเสริมและพัฒนาอาชีพการเกษตรจังหวัดสมุทรสาคร พร้อมด้วยหน่วยงานภาคีเครือข่าย ทั้งกรมวิชาการเกษตร และสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร รวมจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 35 คน เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมเจ้าหน้าที่ในการดำเนินงานด้านมะพร้าวน้ำหอมภายใต้คณะกรรมการพัฒนาบริหารจัดการผลไม้ (Fruit Board) สร้างกระบวนการการทำงานด้านมะพร้าวน้ำหอมอย่างเป็นระบบ ภายใต้คณะกรรมการพัฒนาและบริหารจัดการผลไม้ ตลอดจนวางแผนการดำเนินงานด้านมะพร้าวน้ำหอม เกิดการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ และการสร้างเครือข่ายสำหรับเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้รับผิดชอบด้านมะพร้าวน้ำหอมในพื้นที่ปลูกมะพร้าวน้ำหอมที่สำคัญของกรมส่งเสริมการเกษตร และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ซึ่งการอบรมในครั้งนี้ นอกจากจะเป็นการพัฒนาศักยภาพเจ้าหน้าที่ในทุกระดับให้มีความพร้อม สามารถบูรณาการการทำงานร่วมกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างมีเอกภาพแล้ว ยังเป็นการขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาเสถียรภาพ การผลิตและพัฒนางานด้านมะพร้าวน้ำหอมของประเทศ ROAE10 Participates in Seminar to Prepare Officials for Enhancing Nam Hom Coconut Production Stability under the Western Region Fruit Board Mechanism During 7–9 September 2026, Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 10 (ROAE10), Ratchaburi Province, assigned Acting Sub Lt. Nantaporn Buaiem, Director of the Agricultural Information Division, to participate in the seminar and assigned Ms. Suchaya Aeamsa-ad, Senior Statistical Officer, to serve as a resource person for the project on Promoting and Developing the Stability of Nam Hom Coconut Production, under the training course entitled “Workshop on Preparing Officials for the Development of Nam Hom Coconut Production Stability.”The training was conducted under the framework of the Fruit Development and Management Committee (Fruit Board) at Chuchai Buri Sri Amphawa Hotel, Amphawa District, and at the Nam Hom Coconut Large Agricultural Land Plot, Chom Pluak Subdistrict, Bang Khon Thi District, Samut Songkhram Province. The seminar was officially opened by Mrs. Anchalee Suwajittanont, Director-General of the Department of Agricultural Extension.The training brought together 35 participants, including officials responsible for promoting Nam Hom coconut production from four provinces—Ratchaburi, Nakhon Pathom, Samut Sakhon, and Samut Songkhram—as well as officials from the Agricultural Extension and Development Office Region 2, Ratchaburi Province, and the Agricultural Career Promotion and Development Center, Samut Sakhon Province. Representatives from partner agencies, including the Department of Agriculture and the Office of Agricultural Economics, also participated in the training.The training aimed to prepare officials for the implementation of Nam Hom coconut-related activities under the Fruit Board framework, establish a systematic operational process for Nam Hom coconut development, and facilitate the planning of related activities. It also provided a platform for knowledge and experience sharing and for strengthening networks among officials responsible for Nam Hom coconut production in key production areas, as well as relevant agencies under the Department of Agricultural Extension and other partner organizations.In addition to strengthening the capacity of officials at all levels and enhancing their readiness to integrate their operations with relevant agencies in a coordinated and unified manner, the training also contributes to advancing the stability and sustainable development of Nam Hom coconut production and related operations at the national level.

วันจันทร์ที่ 31 สิงหาคม พ.ศ. 2569 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 เป็นประธานในการจัดประชุมประจำเดือน ครั้งที่ 8/2569 เพื่อติดตามการดำเนินงานตามแผนการปฏิบัติงาน ผลการดำเนินงาน และติดตามผลการเบิกจ่ายตามการจัดสรรงบประมาณรายจ่ายประจำปี 2569 ของทุกส่วน/ฝ่าย ให้เป็นไปตามแผนฯ ติดตามโครงการส่งเสริมการพัฒนาหน่วยงานของ สศท.10 และมีการอธิบายเพื่อเตรียมพร้อมการใช้งานระบบบริหารจัดการสำนักงาน (GDCC e-office) และข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับความปลอดภัยทางไซเบอร์ พร้อมทั้งรับฟังปัญหาและอุปสรรค ข้อคิดเห็นในการดำเนินงานเพื่อแก้ไขและพัฒนาการดำเนินงานให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย ROAE 10 Holds Monthly Meeting No. 8/2026 to Monitor Work Progress and Budget DisbursementOn Monday, 31 August 2026, Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 10 (ROAE10), chaired the Monthly Meeting No. 8/2026. The meeting was convened to monitor the implementation of the operational plans, review progress and performance outcomes, and follow up on budget disbursement by all divisions and units to ensure that the utilization of the Fiscal Year 2026 expenditure budget is carried out in accordance with the approved allocation and established plans.The meeting also followed up on the implementation of the project to promote organizational development of ROAE 10. In addition, an explanation and orientation on the Government Data Center and Cloud Service (GDCC) e-Office system was provided to prepare personnel for its effective implementation and use. Participants were also briefed on cybersecurity-related information and guidelines to promote awareness and ensure safe and secure use of information systems. Furthermore, the meeting provided an opportunity for personnel to report operational problems and obstacles, as well as to exchange views and provide recommendations concerning the implementation of assigned tasks. The information and recommendations obtained will be taken into consideration in addressing operational challenges and improving work processes to enhance efficiency and ensure that the implementation of activities achieves the objectives and targets set by the organization.

วันจันทร์ที่ 31 สิงหาคม พ.ศ. 2569 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรี เป็นประธานในการจัดกิจกรรมแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ภายในองค์กรประจำเดือนสิงหาคม 2569 โดยได้จัดกิจกรรมแลกเปลี่ยนรู้ เรื่อง “ความเปราะบางของเกษตรกรต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ” โดยมีนางสาวสุจิตรา อุตรีสร นักวิเคราะห์นโยบายและแผนปฏิบัติการ เป็นผู้บรรยาย ซึ่งในเนื้อหาของการบรรยายจะประกอบไปด้วย ความหมายของความเปราะบาง แนวคิดเรื่องความเปราะบาง วิธีคำนวณความเปราะบาง และความเปราะบางของเกษตรกรต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ ซึ่งการจัดกิจกรรมในครั้งนี้เป็นการแบ่งปันองค์ความรู้ในเรื่องของแนวคิดและวิธีคำนวนความเปราะบาง ซึ่งเป็นเรื่องที่ท้าทายและมีความสำคัญต่อภาคเกษตรของไทยในปัจจุบัน โดยเป็นการช่วยเพิ่มพูนความรู้ให้แก่บุคลากรของ สศท.10 ROAE 10 Hosts August 2026 Internal Knowledge Exchange Activity. On Monday, August 31, 2026, Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 10 (ROAE 10), Ratchaburi Province, presided over the August 2026 internal knowledge exchange activity. The session focused on the topic “Farmers’ Vulnerability to Climate Change” and was delivered by Ms. Sujittra Uttreesorn, Policy and Planning Analyst (Operational Level).The lecture covered the definition and concept of vulnerability, methods for calculating vulnerability, and the specific vulnerabilities of farmers in relation to climate change. This activity served as a platform for sharing knowledge on both the theoretical framework and practical calculation methods of vulnerability, an issue that is both challenging and highly significant for Thailand’s agricultural sector today. The event contributed to enhancing the knowledge and capacity of OAE 10 personnel.

ในระหว่างวันที่ 17 – 26 สิงหาคม 2569 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 ได้มอบหมายให้เจ้าหน้าที่ส่วนแผนพัฒนาเขตเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร ลงพื้นที่ติดตามสถานการณ์เกษตรอินทรีย์และเกษตรปลอดภัย ที่สำคัญของจังหวัดราชบุรี นครปฐม กาญจนบุรี สมุทรสาคร สมุทรสงคราม เพชรบุรี และประจวบคีรีขันธ์ โดยได้ติดตามสถานการณ์ด้านการผลิต การตลาด และราคา รวมไปถึงปัญหาและอุปสรรคจากเกษตรกร เพื่อจัดทำรายงานความก้าวหน้าการขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาเกษตรอินทรีย์ระดับจังหวัด ในรอบ 12 เดือนของปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569 ต่อไป ROAE10 Conducts Field Monitoring of Organic and Safe Agriculture Between August 17–26, 2026, Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 10 (ROAE 10), assigned officials from the Agricultural Economic Development Planning Division to conduct field monitoring of key organic and safe agriculture activities in Ratchaburi, Nakhon Pathom, Kanchanaburi, Samut Sakhon, Samut Songkhram, Phetchaburi, and Prachuap Khiri Khan provinces.The monitoring focused on production, marketing, and pricing conditions, as well as challenges and obstacles faced by farmers. The findings will be compiled into a progress report on the provincial-level development of organic agriculture for the 12 month cycle of fiscal year 2026.

วันพุธที่ 5 สิงหาคม 2569นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรี มอบหมายนางสาวรัตนาภรณ์ โยชน์ชัยสาร ผู้อำนวยการส่วนแผนพัฒนาเขตเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรเข้าร่วมประชุมคณะอนุกรรมการพัฒนาการเกษตรและสหกรณ์ระดับจังหวัด ครั้งที่ 1/2569 โดยมี นางวันเพ็ญ มังศรี รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดเพชรบุรี เป็นประธานในการประชุม พร้อมด้วยหัวหน้าส่วนราชการในสังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เข้าร่วมประชุม ณ ห้องประชุมสำนักงานเกษตรและสหกรณ์จังหวัดเพชรบุรี อำเภอท่ายาง จังหวัดเพชรบุรี เพื่อพิจารณาประเด็นที่สำคัญ อาทิ คำสั่งแต่งตั้งคณะกรรมการศูนย์เรียนรู้การเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิตสืนค้าเกษตร (ศพก.) ระดับอำเภอ แผนพัฒนาการเกษตรและสหกรณ์จังหวัดเพชรบุรี พ.ศ. 2571 – 2575 ROAE10 Participates in the 1st Provincial Agricultural and Cooperatives Development Subcommittee Meeting of 2026 On 5 August 2026 , Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 10 (ROAE10), assigned Ms. Rattanaporn Yotchaisan, Director of the Agricultural Economic Zone Development Planning Division, to participate in the 1st Provincial Agricultural and Cooperatives Development Subcommittee Meeting of 2026. The meeting was chaired by Ms. Wanphen Mangsri, Vice Governor of Phetchaburi Province, and attended by heads of agencies under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, along with representatives from relevant organizations. The meeting was held at the Phetchaburi Provincial Agriculture and Cooperatives Office, Tha Yang District, Phetchaburi Province. Key agenda items included the appointment order of the District-level Center for Agricultural Productivity Enhancement (SAPEC) Committees and the consideration of the Phetchaburi Provincial Agricultural and Cooperatives Development Plan 2028–2032 (B.E. 2571–2575). The meeting aimed to strengthen integrated agricultural development and promote effective coordination among relevant agencies in driving sustainable agricultural development in the province.
