เมื่อวันที่ 13-14 สิงหาคม 2569 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 พร้อมด้วยนางสาวรัตนาภรณ์ โยชน์ชัยสาร ผู้อำนวยการส่วนแผนพัฒนาเขตเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร และนางสาวสุจิตรา อุตรีสร นักวิเคราะห์นโยบายและแผนปฏิบัติการ เข้าร่วมสัมมนาเชิงปฏิบัติการ เรื่อง “การจัดทำภาวะเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรเพื่อเชื่อมโยงสู่การจัดทำแผนพัฒนาภาคเกษตร” ณ โรงแรมสยามดาษดา เขาใหญ่ รีสอร์ท จังหวัดปราจีนบุรี โดยมี นายพีรพันธ์ คอทอง เลขาธิการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร เป็นประธานเปิดการสัมมนา และนางสาวตาปี วัชรางกูร ผู้อำนวยการกองนโยบายและแผนพัฒนาการเกษตร เป็นผู้กล่าวรายงานฯ
การสัมมนาในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเพิ่มพูนความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการวิเคราะห์และจัดทำภาวะเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร รวมทั้งพัฒนาและยกระดับศักยภาพของบุคลากรให้สามารถเชื่อมโยงผลการวิเคราะห์สู่การจัดทำแผน และร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นและประสบการณ์ของนักวิชาการจากกองนโยบายและแผนพัฒนาการเกษตร สำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 1-12 และหน่วยงานในสังกัดสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร
โดยมีกิจกรรมเป็นการบรรยาย เรื่อง การวิเคราะห์และการจัดทำภาวะเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร โดย นางสาวตาปี วัชรางกูร ผู้อำนวยการกองนโยบายและแผนพัฒนาการเกษตร การบรรยาพิเศษ หัวข้อ การจัดทำเครื่องชี้เศรษฐกิจการเกษตรเพื่อรองรับบริบทที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไป โดย นายณรงค์ศักดิ์ การันต์ ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์ข้อมูลเกษตรแห่งชาติ และการระดมสมองแลกเปลี่ยนข้อคิดเห็น เรื่อง (ร่าง)แผนปฏิบัติการด้านการเกษตรและสหกรณ์ พ.ศ. 2571-2575
ROAE10 Participates in Workshop on “Preparing Agricultural Economic Conditions to Link with Agricultural Development Planning”
On August 13–14, 2026, Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Regional Agricultural Economics 10, together with Ms. Rattanaporn Yodchaisan, Director of the Agricultural Economic Development Planning Division, and Ms. Sujittra Uttreesorn, Policy and Planning Analyst (Operational Level), attended the workshop on “Preparing Agricultural Economic Conditions to Link with Agricultural Development Planning” at Siam Dasada Khao Yai Resort, Prachinburi Province. The seminar was officially opened by Mr. Peeraphan Kothong, Secretary-General of the Office of Agricultural Economics, with Ms. Tapee Vatcharangkool, Director of the Agricultural Policy and Development Planning Division, delivering the report.
The objective of this workshop was to enhance knowledge and understanding of agricultural economic analysis and preparation, as well as to develop and strengthen the capacity of personnel to connect analytical results with planning. It also aimed to provide a platform for exchanging ideas and experiences among academics from the Agricultural Policy and Development Planning Division, the Office of Agricultural Economics Regions 1–12, and affiliated agencies.
Activities included a lecture on “Analysis and Preparation of Agricultural Economic Conditions” by Ms. Tapi Watcharankul, Director of the Agricultural Policy and Development Planning Division; a special lecture on “Developing Agricultural Economic Indicators to Address Changing Contexts” by Mr. Narongsak Karun, Director of the National Agricultural Data Center; and a brainstorming session to exchange views on the draft “Agriculture and Cooperatives Action Plan, 2028–2032.”
