วันศุกร์ที่ 20 กุมภาพันธ์ 2569 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 มอบหมายให้นางสาวรัชตา วุฒิกิจเจริญ ผู้อำนวยการส่วนวิจัยและประเมินผล เข้าร่วมพิธีเปิดตลาดสมุนไพรเพื่อประชาสัมพันธ์และเพิ่มมูลค่าสินค้าเกษตรของดีจังหวัด โดยมีนายคมกริช เจริญพัฒนสมบัติ รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดราชบุรี เป็นประธานในพิธี พร้อมด้วยหัวหน้าส่วนราชการ เกษตรกรผู้ปลูกพืชสมุนไพร และประชาชน เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม ณ ศูนย์เรียนรู้การบริหารจัดการสินค้าเกษตร ตลาดเกษตรกรจังหวัดราชบุรี การจัดงานครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประชาสัมพันธ์และส่งเสริมการตลาดพืชสมุนไพรของจังหวัดราชบุรี ครอบคลุมทั้งด้านการผลิตและการแปรรูป โดยจัดให้มีนิทรรศการให้ความรู้ การสาธิตการใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์จากพืชสมุนไพร แบ่งออกเป็นโซนต่าง ๆ ได้แก่ โซนน้ำมันหอมระเหยจากสมุนไพร โซนการแพทย์แผนไทยและการแพทย์ทางเลือก โซนผลิตภัณฑ์จากสมุนไพร (สาธิตการทำยาดมและยาหม่องจากพืชสมุนไพร) และโซนสปาเท้าด้วยสมุนไพรไทย รวมทั้งมีร้านค้าจำหน่ายพืชสมุนไพรกว่า 10 ร้าน จากกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนพืชสมุนไพรในจังหวัดราชบุรี นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการจัดเวทีเสวนาเพื่อประชาสัมพันธ์และส่งเสริมการตลาดพืชสมุนไพร โดยมีผู้ผลิต ผู้แปรรูป และผู้จำหน่ายสมุนไพร เข้าร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นและประสบการณ์ เพื่อเสริมสร้างโอกาสทางการตลาดและพัฒนาศักยภาพสินค้าให้สามารถเพิ่มมูลค่าได้อย่างยั่งยืน. Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 10 (OAE 10) participated in the opening ceremony of the Herbal Market, organized to promote and enhance the value of quality agricultural products of Ratchaburi Province.On Friday, 20 February 2026, Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10 (OAE 10), assigned Ms. Ratchata Wuttikitcharoen, Director of the Research and Evaluation Division, to attend the opening ceremony of the Herbal Market aimed at promoting and adding value to the province’s distinguished agricultural products. The ceremony was presided over by Mr. Komkrit Charoenphatthanansombat, Vice Governor of Ratchaburi Province, and was attended by heads of government agencies, herbal crop farmers, and members of the public. The event was held at the Agricultural Product Management Learning Center, Ratchaburi Farmers’ Market.The event was organized with the objective of publicizing and promoting the marketing of herbal plants in Ratchaburi Province, encompassing both production and processing aspects. Activities included educational exhibitions and demonstrations on the utilization of herbal products, arranged into various zones such as essential oils from herbs, Thai traditional and alternative medicine, herbal product demonstrations (including the making of herbal inhalers and balms), and Thai herbal foot spa services. In addition, more than ten retail booths operated by community enterprise groups specializing in herbal plants in Ratchaburi Province participated in the event.Furthermore, a panel discussion forum was organized to enhance public awareness and promote the marketing of herbal plants. The forum featured herbal producers, processors, and distributors who shared their experiences and exchanged perspectives to strengthen market opportunities and sustainably enhance product value and competitiveness.

วันพฤหัสบดีที่ 19 กุมภาพันธ์ 2569 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 มอบหมายให้นางสาวรัชตา วุฒิกิจเจริญ ผู้อำนวยการส่วนวิจัยและประเมินผล พร้อมด้วยเจ้าหน้าที่ เข้าร่วมจัดกิจกรรมออกหน่วยบริการโครงการคลินิกเกษตรเคลื่อนที่ในพระราชานุเคราะห์ สมเด็จพระบรม โอรสาธิราชฯ สยามมกุฎราชกุมาร ไตรมาส 2 ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2569 ณ ศาลาเอนกประสงค์นางสาวสเตเดี้ยม วัดนางสาว ตำบลท่าไม้ อำเภอกระทุ่มแบน จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร โดยมี นายอำนาจ เจริญศรี ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดสมุทรสาคร เป็นประธานเปิดงานโครงการคลินิกเกษตรเคลื่อนที่ในพระราชานุเคราะห์สมเด็จพระบรมโอรสาธิราช ฯ สยามมกุฎราชกุมาร ซึ่งสำนักงานเกษตรจังหวัดสมุทรสาคร ร่วมกับหน่วยงานในสังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น และหน่วยงานรัฐวิสาหกิจ จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร จัดขึ้นโดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้บริการแก่เกษตรกรในการแก้ไขปัญหาการผลิตด้านการเกษตร ตามความต้องการของเกษตรกรพื้นที่ เป็นการปฏิบัติงานในเชิงรุกที่ทำให้เกษตรกรในพื้นที่ที่มีปัญหาได้รับบริการทางการเกษตรได้อย่างรวดเร็วและทั่วถึง ทั้งนี้ กิจกรรมภายในงานมีหน่วยงานใน สังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ ภาคเอกชน บูรณาการออกหน่วยบริการประชาชน อาทิ คลินิกด้านดิน, พืช, ปศุสัตว์, ประมง, ชลประทาน, ข้าว, การทำบัญชีครัวเรือน, กฎหมาย, สหกรณ์, บริการด้านสาธารณสุข ตรวจสารพิษตกค้างในเลือด การสาธิตการใช้พลังงานให้คุ้มค่า ทำหมันฉีดวัคซีนสัตว์เลี้ยง และคลินิกสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร ให้ความรู้เรื่อง Big Data และกองทุน FTA เป็นต้น การออกร้านจำหน่ายสินค้าเกษตร ซึ่งมีเกษตรกร และประชาชนในพื้นที่และใกล้เคียงสนใจมารับบริการกว่า 200 คน OAE Region 10 Participates in the Mobile Agricultural Clinic Project under the Royal Patronage of His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, Quarter 2, Fiscal Year 2026On Thursday, 19 February 2026, Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10 (OAE Region 10), assigned Ms. Ratchata Wutthikitcharoen, Director of the Research and Evaluation Division, together with staff members, to participate in providing services under the Mobile Agricultural Clinic Project under the Royal Patronage of His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, Quarter 2, Fiscal Year 2026. The event was held at the multipurpose pavilion of Nang Sao Stadium, Wat Nang Sao, Tha Mai Subdistrict, Krathum Baen District, Samut Sakhon Province.Mr. Amnat Charoensri, Governor of Samut Sakhon Province, presided over the opening ceremony of the Mobile Agricultural Clinic Project under the Royal Patronage of His Royal Highness the Crown Prince. The project was organized by the Samut Sakhon Provincial Agriculture Office in collaboration with agencies under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, local administrative organizations, and state enterprises in Samut Sakhon Province.The objective of the project was to provide agricultural services to farmers in addressing production-related issues in accordance with local needs. The initiative represents a proactive approach to ensure that farmers experiencing agricultural problems receive timely and comprehensive services.Activities at the event included integrated service booths from agencies under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives and private sector partners, such as clinics on soil, crops, livestock, fisheries, irrigation, rice, household accounting, legal services, cooperatives, and public health services including blood testing for chemical residues. Additional services included demonstrations on efficient energy use, pet sterilization and vaccination, and the Office of Agricultural Economics Clinic, which provided knowledge on Big Data and the FTA Fund. Agricultural product booths were also organized. More than 200 farmers and local residents from surrounding areas attended and received services at the event.

สศท.10 เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้เชิงบูรณาการ สศท.1-12 และหน่วยงานภายนอก ปีงบประมาณ 2569 ครั้งที่ 5 เรื่อง การบริหารจัดการธุรกิจแปรรูป และโอกาสทางการตลาดของสินค้าเกษตรสู่สินค้ามูลค่าสูงที่มีการแปรรูปด้วย AGRI-TECHวันศุกร์ที่ 13 กุมภาพันธ์ 2569 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 มอบหมายให้นายสิทธิกร ยิ่งวงษ์ นักวิเคราะห์นโยบายและแผนปฏิบัติการ เข้าร่วม เป็นวิทยากรในกิจกรรมแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้เชิงบูรณาการ สศท.1-12 และหน่วยงานภายนอก (Unit School) ครั้งที่ 5/2569 ผ่านระบบออนไลน์ Zoom Meeting โดยมี นางสาวนริศรา เอี่ยมคุ้ย ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 6 เป็นประธานจัดกิจกรรมฯโดยนายสิทธิกร ยิ่งวงษ์ ได้เป็นวิทยากรในเรื่องการบริหารจัดการธุรกิจแปรรูป และโอกาสทางการตลาดของสินค้าเกษตรสู่สินค้ามูลค่าสูงที่มีการแปรรูปด้วย AGRI-TECH ร่วมกับ นายธนากร แก้วจรูญ เศรษฐกรชำนาญการ สศท.2 โดยนายสิทธิกร ยิ่งวงษ์ ได้บรรยายในส่วนของ Business Model Canvas กับ Agri-Tech ซึ่งมีเนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับการใช้ Business Model Canvas กับการออกแบบโมเดลธุรกิจเกี่ยวกับสินค้าเกษตร เพื่อให้เจ้าหน้าที่ สศท.1-12 ได้มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจ และสามารถนำความรู้พื้นฐานในเรื่องการใช้ Business Model Canvas กับการออกแบบโมเดลธุรกิจเกี่ยวกับสินค้าเกษตร ไปต่อยอดในด้านงานวิจัย งานจัดทำแผนงาน การถอดบทเรียนในเรื่องนี้ต่อไปในอนาคต The Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10 (OAE 10) participated in the Integrated Knowledge Exchange Activity among OAE Offices 1–12 and external agencies for Fiscal Year 2026 (Session 5), on the topic of “Processed Business Management and Market Opportunities for High-Value Agricultural Products through Agri-Tech.”On Friday, 13 February 2026, Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10, assigned Mr. Sitthikorn Yingwong, Policy and Plan Analyst, to serve as a speaker at the 5th Integrated Knowledge Exchange Activity (Unit School) for FY 2026, conducted via Zoom Meeting. The event was presided over by Ms. Narisara Iamkhui, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 6. On this occasion, Mr. Sitthikorn Yingwong delivered a presentation on “Processed Business Management and Market Opportunities for High-Value Agricultural Products through Agri-Tech,” together with Mr. Thanakorn Kaewcharoen, Senior Economist from OAE Region 2. Mr. Sitthikorn’s presentation focused on the application of the Business Model Canvas in conjunction with Agri-Tech, particularly on designing business models for agricultural products. The objective was to enhance the knowledge and understanding of officials from OAE Offices 1–12 and to enable them to apply fundamental concepts of the Business Model Canvas in developing agricultural business models, which can be further utilized in research, planning processes, and lesson-learned documentation in the future.

วันอังคารที่ 10 กุมภาพันธ์ 2569 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรี มอบหมายให้นางสาวรัชตา วุฒิกิจเจริญ ผู้อำนวยการส่วนวิจัยและประเมินผล และนางสาวรัตนาภรณ์ โยชน์ชัยสาร ผู้อำนวยการส่วนแผนพัฒนาเขตเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร เข้าร่วมประชุมคณะกรรมการขับเคลื่อนงานด้านการเกษตรระดับจังหวัด จังหวัดนครปฐม ครั้งที่ 1/2569 โดยมีนางสาวเอื้องพร นพคุณ เกษตรและสหกรณ์จังหวัดนครปฐม เป็นประธานการประชุม พร้อมด้วยหัวหน้าส่วนราชการในสังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง การประชุมครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการรายงานผลการดำเนินงานด้านการเกษตร โครงการสินค้าเกษตรและบริการมูลค่าสูง 1 ท้องถิ่น 1 สินค้าเกษตรมูลค่าสูง ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2569 รวมทั้งการรายงานภาวะเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร ปี 2568 และแนวโน้ม ปี 2569 ของจังหวัดนครปฐม ซึ่งสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรี เป็นหน่วยงานรายงาน นอกจากนี้ ที่ประชุมยังได้พิจารณาเรื่องสำคัญ อาทิ แผนตรวจราชการของผู้ตรวจราชการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2569 และการจัดทำข้อมูลพื้นฐานด้านการเกษตรและสหกรณ์จังหวัดนครปฐม ปี 2568 The Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10 (OAE 10) participated in the Provincial Committee Meeting on Driving Agricultural Development of Nakhon Pathom Province, No. 1/2026.On Tuesday, 10 February 2026, Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10, Ratchaburi Province, assigned Ms. Ratchata Wutthikitcharoen, Director of the Research and Evaluation Division, and Ms. Rattanaporn Yochaisarn, Director of the Agricultural Economic Zone Development Planning Division, to attend the Provincial Committee Meeting on Driving Agricultural Development of Nakhon Pathom Province, No. 1/2026. The meeting was chaired by Ms. Ueangporn Noppakhun, Provincial Agriculture and Cooperatives Officer of Nakhon Pathom Province, and attended by heads of departments under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, along with representatives from relevant agencies.The objectives of the meeting were to report on agricultural operations, including the “High-Value Agricultural Products and Services Project: One Locality, One High-Value Agricultural Product” for Fiscal Year 2026, as well as to present the agricultural economic situation for 2025 and the outlook for 2026 of Nakhon Pathom Province, for which the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10, Ratchaburi Province, served as the reporting agency. In addition, the meeting considered key agenda items, including the inspection plan of the Inspector General of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives for Fiscal Year 2026, and the preparation of basic agricultural and cooperative data for Nakhon Pathom Province for 2025.

เมื่อวันที่ 28 – 30 มกราคม 2569 และวันที่ 3 – 5 กุมภาพันธ์ 2569 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรี มอบหมายให้เจ้าหน้าที่ส่วนวิจัยและประเมินผล ลงพื้นที่ติดตามประเมินผลการดำเนินงานโครงการห้วยองคตอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดำริ ตำบลสมเด็จเจริญ อำเภอหนองปรือ จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ.2569 ซึ่งเกษตรกรภายใต้โครงการห้วยองคตอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดำริได้รับการสนับสนุนปัจจัยและองค์ความรู้ด้านการเกษตร อาทิ ส่งเสริมการผลิตปุ๋ยอินทรีย์คุณภาพสูง การใช้ปุ๋ยพืชสด การส่งเสริมการใช้น้ำหมักชีวภาพพร้อมสนับสนุนปัจจัย การใช้ไตรโคเดอร์มาควบคุมโรคลำต้นไหม้ในหน่อไม้ฝรั่ง การถ่ายทอดความรู้และเทคโนโลยีด้านประมงเพื่อส่งเสริมและพัฒนาอาชีพการเพาะเลี้ยงสัตว์น้ำแบบผสมผสาน ส่งเสริมการเลี้ยงไก่ไข่เพื่อบริโภคในครัวเรือน และการส่งเสริมความรู้ด้านการใช้น้ำอย่างรู้คุณค่า ส่งผลให้เกษตรกรมีองค์ความรู้เพิ่มขึ้นและสามารถนำไปปรับใช้ในพื้นที่ทำการเกษตรตนเองอย่างได้ผล The Office of Agricultural Economics Region10, Ratchaburi, conducted monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of the Huai Ongkot Royal Initiative Project in Kanchanaburi Province for Fiscal Year B.E. 2569 (2026).During 28–30 January 2026 and 3–5 February 2026, Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10, Ratchaburi Province, assigned officers from the Research and Evaluation Division to conduct field monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of the Huai Ongkot Royal Initiative Project at Somdet Charoen Subdistrict, Nong Prue District, Kanchanaburi Province, for Fiscal Year B.E. 2569 (2026). Farmers participating in the Huai Ongkot Royal Initiative Project received support in terms of agricultural inputs and knowledge, including the promotion of high-quality organic fertilizer production, the use of green manure, the promotion and provision of inputs for bio-fermented water, and the use of Trichoderma to control stem blight disease in asparagus. In addition, knowledge and technology transfer in fisheries was provided to promote and develop integrated aquaculture livelihoods, along with the promotion of household egg-laying chicken farming and the dissemination of knowledge on efficient and sustainable water use. As a result, farmers gained increased knowledge and were able to effectively apply it to their own agricultural practices.”

วันพฤหัสบดีที่ 5 กุมภาพันธ์ 2569 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรี มอบหมายให้นางสาวรัชตา วุฒิกิจเจริญ ผู้อำนวยการส่วนวิจัยและประเมินผล เข้าร่วมประชุมคณะกรรมการขับเคลื่อนงานด้านการเกษตรระดับจังหวัด จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี ครั้งที่ 1/2569 โดยมีนางสาวสุมณฑา มณเทียร เกษตรและสหกรณ์จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี เป็นประธานการประชุม พร้อมด้วยหัวหน้าส่วนราชการในสังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง การประชุมครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อติดตามการดำเนินงานตามข้อสั่งการของรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ และรัฐมนตรีช่วยว่าการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ การรายงานผลการดำเนินงานด้านการเกษตร การบริหารจัดการสถานการณ์ภัยพิบัติด้านการเกษตรของจังหวัดกาญจนบุรี รวมทั้งการรายงานภาวะเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร ปี 2568 และแนวโน้ม ปี 2569 ของจังหวัดกาญจนบุรี ซึ่งสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรี เป็นหน่วยงานรายงาน นอกจากนี้ ที่ประชุมยังได้พิจารณาเรื่องสำคัญ อาทิ โครงการสินค้าเกษตรและบริการมูลค่าสูง 1 ท้องถิ่น 1 สินค้าเกษตรมูลค่าสูง การขอยกเลิกแปลงใหญ่ จำนวน 1 แปลง และการจัดขั้นคุณภาพแปลงใหญ่ ปี 2559- 2565 The Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10 Participates in the Provincial Agricultural Development Steering Committee Meeting, Kanchanaburi Province, Meeting No. 1/2026On Thursday, 5 February 2026, Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10 (OAE 10), Ratchaburi Province, assigned Ms. Ratchata Wuttikitcharoen, Director of the Research and Evaluation Division, to attend the Provincial Agricultural Development Steering Committee Meeting, Kanchanaburi Province, Meeting No. 1/2026. The meeting was chaired by Ms. Sumonta Manthien, Kanchanaburi Provincial Agricultural and Cooperative Officer, with the participation of heads of agencies under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives and related agencies. The objectives of the meeting were to follow up on the implementation of policy directives issued by the Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives and the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives, to receive reports on agricultural operations, the management of agricultural disaster situations in Kanchanaburi Province, as well as reports on the agricultural economic situation in 2025 and the outlook for 2026 in Kanchanaburi Province. These reports were presented by the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10, Ratchaburi Province. In addition, the meeting considered key agenda items, including the High-Value Agricultural Products and Services Project, the “One Locality, One High-Value Agricultural Product” initiative, a request for the cancellation of one large-scale farming plot, and the quality grading of large-scale farming plots for the years 2016–2022.

วันจันทร์ที่ 2 กุมภาพันธ์ 2569 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 พร้อมด้วยเจ้าหน้าที่ ร่วมกันทำกิจกรรม 5ส. ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2569 ครั้งที่ 1 ทำความสะอาดและจัดระเบียบห้องทำงาน จัดสถานที่ภายในอาคาร และพื้นที่บริเวณโดยรอบสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 เพื่อเป็นการปรับปรุงสภาพแวดล้อมที่ทำงานให้เป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย สวยงามและน่าอยู่ อันจะส่งผลให้การทำงานเป็นระบบ และมีประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานมากขึ้น จากนั้นได้เดินทางไปทำกิจกรรมเพื่อสังคมโดยร่วมกันบริจาคโลหิตและบริจาคสิ่งของ ณ ภาคบริการโลหิตแห่งชาติที่ 4 จังหวัดราชบุรี และได้มีการรับประทานอาหารร่วมกันถือเป็นการร่วมกิจกรรมสร้างความผาสุกและความผูกพันต่อองค์กรของบุคลากร สำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2569 The Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10 (OAE 10) organized 5S activities, social responsibility activities, and activities to promote well-being and organizational engagement. On Monday, 2 February 2026, Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10, together with OAE 10 staff, participated in the first 5S activity of Fiscal Year 2026. The activities included cleaning and organizing workspaces, arranging facilities inside the building, and improving the surrounding areas of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10. Afterwards, the group traveled to participate in social responsibility activities by donating blood and contributing items at the 4th National Blood Service Center, Ratchaburi Province. The activities concluded with a shared meal, serving as an opportunity to foster well-being and strengthen organizational bonding among personnel of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10 for Fiscal Year 2026.

The ceremony took place at Jindanoy Panich Dhamma Hall, Wat Mahathat Worawihan, Mueang Ratchaburi District, Ratchaburi Province. Ms. Thitilak Khampha, Governor of Ratchaburi Province, presided over the ceremony. The event was attended by heads of government agencies, judicial officials, military and police officers, and members of the public. Phra Dharmapanyaphorn, Advisor to the Ecclesiastical Region 15 and Abbot of Wat Mahathat Worawihan, served as the presiding monk. Ten monks chanted Buddhist prayers, and the presiding official offered ten sets of robes (bangsukula). The monks then performed the rites of dedication. A Dhamma sermon was delivered by Phra Ratchasiriwatch, Abbot of Wat Amarintharam, along with four monks who chanted Dhamma verses, all dedicated as royal merit to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother.
