สศท.10 จัดกิจกรรมแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ภายในองค์กร ครั้งที่ 3 ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569
วันจันทร์ที่ 26 มกราคม พ.ศ. 2569 สำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 (สศท.10) จัดกิจกรรมแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ภายในองค์กร ครั้งที่ 3 ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569 เรื่อง ขั้นตอน และวิธีการการสำรวจเนื้อที่ยืนต้นมะพร้าวน้ำหอม ปี 2568 จังหวัดนครปฐม โดยใช้เทคโนโลยีภูมิสารสนเทศ ให้แก่เจ้าหน้าที่และบุคลากรของ สศท.10 โดยมีนายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 เป็นประธานในกิจกรรมฯ และนางสาวภาริษา ทรารัมย์ นักวิชาการแผนที่ภาพถ่าย เป็นผู้บรรยายการจัดกิจกรรมครั้งนี้เป็นการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ถึงขั้นตอนและวิธีการได้มาซึ่งข้อมูลเนื้อที่ยืนต้นมะพร้าวน้ำหอม ปี 2568 จังหวัดนครปฐม โดยใช้เทคโนโลยีภูมิสารสนเทศ เช่น การใช้ภาพถ่ายดาวเทียม Sentinel – 2 ภาพถ่ายดาวเทียมรายละเอียดสูง พิกัดการขึ้นทะเบียนปลูกมะพร้าวของเกษตรกร ข้อมูลการแปลเนื้อที่ยืนต้นมะพร้าวจากกรมพัฒนาที่ดิน และภาพถ่าย Google Street View OAE Region 10 Organizes the 3rd Internal Knowledge Sharing Activity for Fiscal Year 2026. On Monday, January 26, 2026, the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10 (OAE 10) organized the 3rd internal knowledge sharing activity for fiscal year 2026 on the topic of “Procedures and Methods for Surveying the Standing Area of Aromatic Coconut in 2025 in Nakhon Pathom Province Using Geospatial Technology.” The activity was attended by officers and personnel of OAE 10. Mr. Kijsart Ongernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10, presided over the event, while Ms. Parisa Traram, Photogrammetry Specialist, served as the speaker. This activity aimed to exchange knowledge on the procedures and methods for obtaining data on the standing area of aromatic coconut in 2025 in Nakhon Pathom Province using geospatial technology. The technologies and data sources included Sentinel-2 satellite imagery, high-resolution satellite imagery, coordinates from farmers’ coconut planting registrations, data on coconut standing areas interpreted by the Land Development Department, and Google Street View images.

วันจันทร์ที่ 26 มกราคม 2569 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรี มอบหมายให้นางสาวรัตนาภรณ์ โยชน์ชัยสาร ผู้อำนวยการส่วนแผนพัฒนาเขตเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร เข้าร่วมประชุมคณะกรรมการขับเคลื่อนงานด้านการเกษตรระดับจังหวัดเพชรบุรี ครั้งที่ 1/2569โดยมี นางสาวศิริวรรณ เครือเล็ก เกษตรและสหกรณ์จังหวัดเพชรบุรี เป็นประธานในการประชุม พร้อมด้วยหัวหน้าส่วนราชการในสังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อพิจารณาประเด็นที่สำคัญ อาทิ ประเด็นข้อสั่งการจากที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการร่วมภาครัฐและเอกชน เพื่อพัฒนาและแก้ไขปัญหาทางเศรษฐกิจจังหวัดเพชรบุรี ประเด็นการปรับปรุงข้อมูลสมาชิกและพื้นที่กลุ่มแปลงใหญ่ ณ ห้องประชุมสำนักงานเกษตรและสหกรณ์จังหวัดเพชรบุรี อำเภอท่ายาง จังหวัดเพชรบุรี OAE Region 10 Participates in the 1st Provincial Agricultural Steering Committee Meeting of Phetchaburi Province (FY 2026) On Monday, 26 January 2026, Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10 (Ratchaburi), assigned Ms. Rattanaporn Yochaiyasarn, Director of the Agricultural Economic Zone Development Planning Division, to attend the 1st Provincial Agricultural Steering Committee Meeting of Phetchaburi Province for Fiscal Year 2026. The meeting was chaired by Ms. Siriwan Krualek, Phetchaburi Provincial Agriculture and Cooperatives Officer, and attended by heads of relevant government agencies under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives. The meeting focused on key issues, including directives from the Joint Public–Private Consultative Committee for Economic Development of Phetchaburi Province, as well as the improvement of data on members and cultivated areas under the Large-Scale Farming Program. The meeting was held at the Meeting Room of the Office of Agriculture and Cooperatives of Phetchaburi Province, Tha Yang District, Phetchaburi Province.

วันจันทร์ที่ 26 มกราคม พ.ศ. 2569 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 เป็นประธานในการจัดประชุมประจำเดือน ครั้งที่ 1/2569 เพื่อติดตามการดำเนินงานตามแผนการปฏิบัติงาน ผลการดำเนินงาน และติดตามผลการเบิกจ่ายตามการจัดสรรงบประมาณรายจ่ายประจำปี 2569 ของทุกส่วน/ฝ่าย ให้เป็นไปตามแผนฯ ติดตามโครงการส่งเสริมการพัฒนาหน่วยงานของ สศท. 10 การจัดกิจกรรรมแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ภายในองค์กร การให้ความรู้ข่าวสารด้านไซเบอร์ พร้อมทั้งรับฟังปัญหาและอุปสรรค ข้อคิดเห็นในการดำเนินงานเพื่อแก้ไขและพัฒนาการดำเนินงานให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย OAE Region 10 Holds Monthly Meeting No. 1/2026 On Monday, 26 January 2026, Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10 (OAE Region 10), presided over the Monthly Meeting No. 1/2026. The meeting was convened to monitor the implementation of work plans, review performance results, and follow up on budget disbursement in accordance with the allocation of the Fiscal Year 2026 annual budget of all divisions/sections to ensure alignment with the approved plans. The meeting also reviewed projects aimed at strengthening organizational development of OAE Region 10, internal knowledge-sharing activities, and the dissemination of information and knowledge related to cyber security. In addition, participants shared problems, obstacles, and opinions on operational issues in order to address challenges and further improve performance in achieving organizational goals.

เมื่อวันเสาร์ที่ 25 มกราคม 2569นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรี มอบหมายให้นางสาวรัตนาภรณ์ โยชน์ชัยสาร ผู้อำนวยการส่วนแผนพัฒนาเขตเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร เข้าร่วมงานประชาสัมพันธ์พืชทางเลือกใหม่ของดีราชบุรี ฯ ณ บริเวณศูนย์จำหน่ายสินค้าเกษตร จังหวัดราชบุรี ตำบลวัดแก้ว อำเภอบางแพ จังหวัดราชบุรี ซึ่งเปิดงานโดยนางสาวปิยะฉัตร ไพชนม์ รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดราชบุรี และมีผู้บริหารจากหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเข้าร่วมงาน เพื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ พืชทางเลือกใหม่ของดีราชบุรี อินทรีย์จังหวัดราชบุรี กิจกรรมส่งเสริมการปลูกพืชทางเลือกใหม่เพื่อเพิ่มรายได้ ยกระดับสินค้าเกษตรปลอดภัย (มันหวานญี่ปุ่น เสาวรส หม่อนผลสด กล้วยน้ำว้า) ภายใต้โครงการตามแผนปฏิบัติราชการประจำปีของจังหวัด ราชบุรี ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569 ระหว่างวันที่ 24 – 25 มกราคม 2569 OAE Region 10 Participates in Public Relations Event for New Alternative Crops of Ratchaburi under the Agricultural Production Efficiency Enhancement Project for Safe and Organic Agricultural Products On Saturday, 25 January 2026, Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10 (OAER 10), Ratchaburi Province, assigned Ms. Rattanaporn Yochaisarn, Director of the Agricultural Economic Zone Development Planning Division, to participate in the public relations event for new alternative crops and outstanding agricultural products of Ratchaburi Province. The event was held at the Agricultural Product Distribution Center, Wat Kaeo Subdistrict, Bang Phae District, Ratchaburi Province. The opening ceremony was presided over by Ms. Piyachat Paichanom, Deputy Governor of Ratchaburi Province, with executives and representatives from relevant agencies in attendance. The objective of the event was to promote new alternative crops and organic agricultural products of Ratchaburi Province, as well as to support activities encouraging farmers to cultivate alternative crops in order to increase income and enhance the value of safe agricultural products. The promoted crops included Japanese sweet potatoes, passion fruit, fresh mulberries, and Namwa bananas. This activity was organized under the Agricultural Production Efficiency Enhancement Project for Safe and Organic Agricultural Products, in accordance with the Ratchaburi Provincial Annual Action Plan for Fiscal Year 2026, and was held during 24–25 January 2026.
สศท.10 ร่วมบูรณาการกับสถาบันเทคโนโลยีแห่งเอชีย (AIT) เพื่อศึกษาทัศนคติของเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกข้าวต่อความเสี่ยงจากการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ
วันศุกร์ที่ 23 มกราคม 2569 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรี พร้อมด้วยนางสาวสิริวัฒน์ สุวรรณศรี นักวิเคราะห์นโยบายและแผนชำนาญการพิเศษ ส่วนแผนพัฒนาเขตเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร ร่วมบูรณาการกับสถาบันเทคโยโลยีแห่งเอเชีย และเจ้าหน้าที่เกษตรอำเภอปากท่อ ลงพื้นที่จัดเก็บข้อมูลงานวิจัย เรื่อง การยอมรับและผลกระทบของกลยุทธ์การจัดการความเสี่ยงด้านสภาพภูมิอากาศของเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกข้าวในภาคกลางของประเทศไทย ณ อำเภอปากท่อ จังหวัดราชบุรี โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาทัศนคติของเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกข้าวต่อความเสี่ยงจากการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ แนวทางการปรับตัวและการจัดการความเสี่ยงที่นำมาใช้ ตลอดจนผลกระทบต่อผลผลิต รายได้ และความสามารถในการรับมือในระดับครัวเรือน ซึ่งจะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการวางแผนด้านการเกษตร การกำหนดนโยบาย และการพัฒนาเกษตรกรรมที่มีความยืดหยุ่นต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ โดยในกระบวนการวิจัยจะมีการสำรวจและรวบรวมข้อมูลระดับครัวเรือนจากเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกข้าว เพื่อนำไปใช้เป็นข้อมูลประกอบการวิเคราะห์และดำเนินการศึกษาวิจัยในขั้นตอนต่อไปOAE Region 10 Collaborates with the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) to Study Rice Farmers’ Attitudes Toward Climate Change RisksOn Friday, 23 January 2026, Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10, Ratchaburi Province, together with Ms. Siriwat Suwansri, Senior Professional Policy and Planning Analyst, Agricultural Economic Zone Development Planning Division, integrated and collaborated with the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) and Pak Tho District Agricultural Office officials to conduct field data collection for a research study entitled “Adoption and Impacts of Climate Risk Management Strategies of Rice Farmers in Central Thailand” in Pak Tho District, Ratchaburi Province. The objective of the study is to examine rice farmers’ attitudes toward risks arising from climate change, the adaptation and risk management strategies adopted, as well as the impacts on production, income, and household-level resilience. The findings are expected to be beneficial for agricultural planning, policy formulation, and the development of climate-resilient agriculture. As part of the research process, household-level surveys and data collection will be conducted among rice farmers, and the information obtained will be used to support analysis and subsequent stages of the research study.

The purpose of the workshop was to consider and provide recommendations on the development direction of Ratchaburi Province and to use the information as supporting data for the preparation of the Ratchaburi Provincial Development Plan for Fiscal Years 2028 – 2032 and the Provincial Annual Action Plan for Fiscal Year 2028. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Komkrit Charoenphatthanasombat, Deputy Governor of Ratchaburi Province, and attended by heads of government agencies from central and regional offices, state enterprises, educational institutions, the Provincial Administrative Organization, the Provincial Chamber of Commerce, the Provincial Federation of Industries, representatives from the private sector and civil society, as well as related agencies. The participants jointly considered and provided recommendations on the development direction of Ratchaburi Province to be used as supporting information for the formulation of the provincial development plan for Fiscal Years 2028 – 2032 and the annual operational plan for Fiscal Year 2028. The workshop was held from 22 – 23 January 2026, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., at the Maeklong Meeting Room, 5th Floor, Ratchaburi Provincial Hall.
สศท.10 ลงพื้นที่ติดตามสถานการณ์ราคามะพร้าวน้ำหอมในพื้นที่จังหวัดราชบุรี เพื่อการวางนโยบายและแผนการพัฒนาการเกษตรที่ถูกต้องและมีประสิทธิภาพ
เมื่อวันที่ 21 – 22 มกราคม 2569 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรี ร่วมกับ ว่าที่ร้อยเอก นันทพร บัวเอี่ยม ผู้อำนวยการส่วนสารสนเทศการเกษตร พร้อมด้วยเจ้าหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ลงพื้นที่ติดตามสถานการณ์ราคามะพร้าวน้ำหอมในพื้นที่จังหวัดราชบุรี โดยได้ลงพื้นที่สัมภาษณ์พูดคุยกับผู้ประกอบการล้งรับซื้อมะพร้าวน้ำหอมในพื้นที่อำเภอดำเนินสะดวก และผู้ค้าขายส่งมะพร้าวน้ำหอมรายใหญ่ภายในตลาดค้าส่งสินค้าเกษตรศรีเมือง พร้อมทั้งผู้ค้าขายปลีกมะพร้าวน้ำหอมภายในตลาดทรัพย์สินฯ อำเภอเมืองจังหวัดราชบุรี เพื่อเป็นการติดตามสถานการณ์ราคาขายมะพร้าวน้ำหอมอย่างใกล้ชิดและสะท้อนถึงความเป็นจริง ซึ่งทาง สศท.10 ร่วมกับสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร จะได้นำข้อมูลการติดตามราคาสถานการณ์ราคามะพร้าวน้ำหอมดังกล่าว ไปใช้ประโยชน์ในการวางนโยบายและแผนการพัฒนาการเกษตรที่ถูกต้องและมีประสิทธิภาพต่อไป OAE Region 10 Monitors Aromatic Coconut Prices in Ratchaburi to Enhance Agricultural Development PlanningOn January 21 – 22, 2026, Mr. Kijsart Ongernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10 (OAE Region 10), Ratchaburi, together with Acting Captain Nantaporn Buaiam, Director of the Agricultural Information Division, and relevant staff, conducted a field visit to monitor the price situation of aromatic coconuts in Ratchaburi Province. The team engaged with various stakeholders to obtain an accurate reflection of the current market, including: Aromatic coconut packing houses (Lhong) in Damnoen Saduak District. Major wholesalers at the Srimuang Agricultural Wholesale Market. Retailers at the Sapsin Market in Mueang District, Ratchaburi. The data gathered from this monitoring mission will be utilized by OAE Region 10 and the Office of Agricultural Economics to formulate precise and effective agricultural policies and development plans in the future.

วันศุกร์ที่ 16 มกราคม 2569 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 เข้าร่วมการประชุมคณะกรรมการขับเคลื่อนงานด้านการเกษตรระดับจังหวัด เพื่อปรังปรุงกลไกการขับเคลื่อนงานของกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ในระดับจังหวัด และสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานของคณะอนุกรรมการพัฒนาการเกษตรและสหกรณ์ระดับจังหวัด จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร ครั้งที่ 1/2569 โดยมีนางลักขณา พงษ์พานิช เกษตรและสหกรณ์จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร เป็นประธาน พร้อมหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในพื้นที่เข้าร่วมการประชุม ณ ห้องประชุมท่าจีน (502) ศาลากลางจังหวัดสมุทรสาคร ทั้งนี้ เพื่อให้การขับเคลื่อนงานของกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ในจังหวัดสมุทรสาครเป็นไปด้วยความเรียบร้อยและมีประสิทธิภาพ Director of OAE Regional Office 10 Attends the Samut Sakhon Provincial Agricultural Driving Committee MeetingOn Friday, January 16, 2026, Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10 , attended the 1/2026 meeting of the Provincial Agricultural Driving Committee. The meeting was presided over by Ms. Lakkhana Pongpanich, the Samut Sakhon Provincial Agricultural and Cooperatives Officer, and was attended by representatives from relevant local agencies at the Tha Chin Meeting Room (502), Samut Sakhon Provincial Hall.The primary objectives of the meeting were to refine the operational mechanisms of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives at the provincial level and to support the functions of the Samut Sakhon Provincial Agricultural and Cooperatives Development Subcommittee. These efforts aim to ensure that the implementation of agricultural policies and projects within Samut Sakhon province is conducted smoothly, systematically, and with maximum efficiency.
