เมื่อวันที่ 14-15 มกราคม 2569 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 ได้มอบหมายให้เจ้าหน้าที่ส่วนแผนพัฒนาเขตเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร ลงพื้นที่สังเกตการณ์การเก็บข้อมูลเกษตรกรที่เข้าร่วมโครงการคาร์บอนเครดิตสินค้าข้าวร่วมกับสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 7 ในพื้นที่จังหวัดสระบุรีและสุพรรณบุรี เพื่อนำข้อมูลมาประกอบการจัดทำแนวทางการบริหารจัดการสินค้าเกษตรเพื่อสร้างมูลค่าเพิ่มด้วยคาร์บอนเครดิต OAE 10 participated in observing the collection of data from farmers participating in the Rice Carbon Credit Project, in collaboration with the OAE 7, in Saraburi and Suphan Buri provinces. On 14–15 January 2026, Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Regional Office 10, assigned officials from the Agricultural Economic Zone Development Planning Division to conduct field visits to observe the data collection process from farmers participating in the Rice Carbon Credit Project, together with the Office of Agricultural Economics Regional Office 7, in Saraburi and Suphan Buri provinces. The collected information will be used to support the development of guidelines for agricultural commodity management aimed at creating added value through carbon credits.

วันอังคารที่ 30 ธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2568 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 เป็นประธานในการจัดประชุมประจำเดือน ครั้งที่ 12/2568 เพื่อติดตามการดำเนินงานตามแผนการปฏิบัติงาน ผลการดำเนินงาน และติดตามผลการเบิกจ่ายตามการจัดสรรงบประมาณรายจ่ายประจำปี 2569 ของทุกส่วน/ฝ่าย ให้เป็นไปตามแผนฯ ติดตามโครงการส่งเสริมการพัฒนาหน่วยงานของ สศท. 10 รวมไปถึงการพิจารณาร่างแผนพัฒนาสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 ฉบับทบทวน (พ.ศ. 2569-2570) การพิจารณาแผนและการจัดกิจกรรรมแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ภายในองค์กร การให้ความรู้ข่าวสารด้านไซเบอร์ พร้อมทั้งรับฟังปัญหาและอุปสรรค ข้อคิดเห็นในการดำเนินงานเพื่อแก้ไขและพัฒนาการดำเนินงานให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย OAE 10 Holds Monthly Meeting No. 12/2025 On Tuesday, 30 December 2025, Mr. Kijsart Onngerntayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Zone 10 (OAE 10), presided over the Monthly Meeting No. 12/2025. The meeting aimed to monitor progress against the operational plan, review performance outcomes, and follow up on budget disbursement in accordance with the Fiscal Year 2026 annual budget allocation across all divisions/units to ensure alignment with the approved plans.The meeting also reviewed projects to promote organizational development of OAE 10, considered the draft revised OAE 10 Development Plan, discussed plans and activities for internal knowledge-sharing, provided updates and awareness on cybersecurity matters, and gathered feedback on challenges, issues, and suggestions to address obstacles and further improve operations in line with established objectives.

วันอังคารที่ 30 ธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2568 สำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 (สศท.10) จัดกิจกรรมแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ภายในองค์กร ครั้งที่ 2 ปีงบประมาณ 2569 เรื่อง การวางแผนอนาคตเชิงกลยุทธ์ด้วย Strategic Foresight ให้แก่เจ้าหน้าที่และบุคลากรของ สศท.10 โดยมีนายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 เป็นประธานในกิจกรรมฯ และนางสาวสุจิตรา อุตรีสร นักวิเคราะห์นโยบายและแผนปฏิบัติการ เป็นผู้บรรยายโดยการวางแผนอนาคตเชิงกลยุทธ์ด้วย Strategic Foresight ถูกใช้เป็นเครื่องมือในการวางแผนกลยุทธ์ที่ใช้การจำลองเหตุการณ์ทุกเหตุการณ์ที่อาจเกิดขึ้นในอนาคตทั้งที่เป็นไปได้และเป็นไปไม่ได้ออกมาเป็นฉากทัศน์ต่างๆ เพื่อนำแต่ละฉากทัศน์ไปแปลงเป็นกลยุทธ์ต่างๆ รองรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่อาจเกิดขึ้นในอนาคตได้ ซึ่ง สศท.10 มีแผนที่จะนำเครื่องมือ Strategic Foresight มาใช้ในการวิเคราะห์และพัฒนากลยุทธ์ในแผนพัฒนาสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 ฉบับทบทวน (พ.ศ.2569-2570)ต่อไป OAE 10 Organizes the Second Internal Knowledge-Sharing Activity for The Staff. On Tuesday, 30 December 2025, the Office of Agricultural Economics Zone 10 (OAE 10) organized its second internal knowledge-sharing activity for Fiscal Year 2026 under the theme “Strategic Foresight for Strategic Future Planning.” The activity was held for officers and personnel of OAE 10, with Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of Office of Agricultural Economics Zone 10, presiding over the event. And Ms. Sujittra Uttreesorn, Policy and Plan Analyst, Practitioner Level, served as the speaker.Strategic Foresight was introduced as a strategic planning tool that simulates a wide range of possible and even seemingly improbable future events, transforming them into various scenarios. These scenarios can then be translated into strategic options to effectively respond to potential future changes. OAE 10 plans to apply the Strategic Foresight tool in the analysis and development of strategies for the revised OAE 10 Development Plan going forward.

วันที่ 15 – 26 ธันวาคม 2568 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรี มอบหมายให้ส่วนวิจัยและประเมินผล ลงพื้นที่ติดตามประเมินผลโครงการคลินิกเกษตรเคลื่อนที่ในพระราชานุเคราะห์ ฯ ในจังหวัดนครปฐม และสมุทรสงคราม โดยมีเจ้าหน้าที่จากเกษตรอำเภอบางเลน และเกษตรอำเภอเมืองสมุทรสงสงคราม ร่วมลงพื้นที่ในครั้งนี้ พร้อมทั้งรับฟังปัญหาและอุปสรรคเพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการดำเนินงานครั้งต่อไป Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10 Conducts Field Visit to Monitor and Evaluate the Mobile Agricultural Clinic Project under Royal Patronage From December 15-26, 2025, Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10, Ratchaburi Province, assigned the Research and Evaluation Division to conduct a field visit to monitor and evaluate the Mobile Agricultural Clinic Project under Royal Patronage in Nakhon Pathom and Samut Songkhram provinces. Officials from the Bang Len District Agricultural Office and the Muang Samut Songkhram District Agricultural Office also participated in this field visit. They also listened to the problems and obstacles for future implementation.

วันที่ 18-19 ธันวาคม 2568 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 ราชบุรี มอบหมายให้ เจ้าหน้าที่ส่วนสารสนเทศการเกษตรสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 ราชบุรี เข้าร่วมบูรณาการจัดอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการหลักสูตร “การพัฒนาศักยภาพเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรอาสา (ศกอ.)” ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ.2569 ณ โรงแรม แซนด์ดูนส์ เจ้าหลาว บีช รีสอร์ท อำเภอท่าใหม่ จังหวัดจันทบุรี เพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพของเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรอาสาด้านการจัดเก็บข้อมูล การใช้เทคโนโลยี ในการเผยแพร่ข้อมูลสารสนเทศและประชาสัมพันธ์งานของสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร รวมทั้งเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์และมีเครือข่ายของเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรอาสาที่เข้มแข็งในพื้นที่สำหรับการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการฯ ในครั้งนี้เป็นการบูรณาการร่วมระหว่างสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 6 ชลบุรี (สศท.6) และสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 ราชบุรี (สศท.10) โดยมีเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรอาสาในพื้นที่รับผิดชอบของ สศท.6 สศท.10 และเจ้าหน้าที่เข้าร่วม รวมทั้งสิ้น 100 ราย ในวันที่ 18 ธันวาคม 2568 มีการบรรยายในหัวข้อต่างๆ ดังนี้มาตรการและนโยบายที่สำคัญด้านการเกษตร โดยนางสาวสุประมา โรจนะบุรานนท์ นักวิเคราะห์นโยบายและแผนชำนาญการพิเศษ กองนโยบายและแผนพัฒนาการเกษตรการรายงานราคาสินค้าเกษตรรายสัปดาห์ผ่าน Application และการรายงานภาวะการผลิตสินค้าเกษตรรายเดือนผ่าน Google Form โดยนางสาวสุชญา เอี่ยมสอาด นักวิเคราะห์นโยบายและแผนชำนาญการ สศท.10แพลตฟอร์ม Big Data เกษตรระดับจังหวัด “AgriDataProv” การใช้ประโยชน์และแนวทางการพัฒนา โดยนายประกาศิต อู่แก้ว นักวิชาการสถิติปฏิบัติการ ศูนย์ข้อมูลเกษตรแห่งชาตินอกจากนี้ ผู้เข้าร่วมอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการฯ ได้ไปศึกษาดูงาน ณ ศูนย์ศึกษาการพัฒนาอ่าวคุ้งกระเบนอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดำริ อำเภอท่าใหม่ จังหวัดจันทบุรี เพื่อศึกษาเรียนรู้และเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างเครือข่ายเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรอาสา ในวันที่ 19 ธันวาคม 2568 มีการบรรยายในหัวข้อต่างๆ ดังนี้ระเบียบวิธีการสำรวจปริมาณการผลิตพืชและการคำนวณต้นทุนการผลิตพืชของสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร โดยนางสาวจิตรลดา คงสัตย์ นักวิชาการสถิติชำนาญการพิเศษ และนางสาวธนาพร ไหมทอง นักวิชาการสถิติชำนาญการพิเศษ ศูนย์สารสนเทศการเกษตรสถานการณ์สินค้าเกษตรและแนวโน้ม/มาตรการสินค้าเกษตร โดยนางสาวสิริกร คูณขุนทด เศรษฐกรชำนาญการพิเศษ และนางสาวส่องสกณ บุญเกิด เศรษฐกรชำนาญการพิเศษ สำนักวิจัยเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ องค์ความรู้ ปัญหา อุปสรรค แนวทางการปฏิบัติงานและการประชาสัมพันธ์งานของสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรเพื่อพัฒนาการปฏิบัติงานของเครือข่ายเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรอาสา OAE Regions 10 and 6 Collaborate for “Agricultural Economics Volunteers (AEV) Capacity Building” Workshop for Fiscal Year 2026December 18–19, 2025 – Mr. Ki่jsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10 (OAE Region 10), Ratchaburi, assigned staff from the Agricultural Information Section to participate in the joint workshop: “Capacity Building for Agricultural Economics Volunteers (AEV)” for the 2026 fiscal year. The event took place at the Sand Dunes Chaolao Beach Resort in Tha Mai District, Chanthaburi Province. The workshop was a collaborative effort between the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 6 (Chonburi) and Region 10 (Ratchaburi). The primary objectives were to enhance the volunteers’ capabilities in data collection and the use of technology for information dissemination and public relations, while strengthening the volunteer network within the local areas. A total of 100 participants, including AEVs from both regions and OAE staff, attended the training. Weekly Agricultural Price Reporting via Application and Monthly Production Reporting via Google Forms: Presented by Ms. Suchaya Iamsa-ard, Professional Level Policy and Plan Analyst, OAE Region 10. “AgriDataProv” Provincial Agricultural Big Data Platform: Utilization and development guidelines presented by Mr. Prakasit Oukaew, Practitioner Level Statistician, National Agricultural Big Data Center. Field Study: Participants visited the Kung Krabaen Bay Royal Development Study Center in Chanthaburi to learn about royal-initiated development projects and foster community relations among the volunteer network. December 19, 2025The second day covered technical methodologies and market analysis: Methodologies for Crop Production Surveys and Cost Calculation: Presented by Ms. Jitlada Kongsat and Ms. Thanaporn Maithong, Senior Professional Level Statisticians from the Center for Agricultural Information. Agricultural Commodity Situations, Trends, and Measures: Presented by Ms. Sirikorn Koonkhunthod and Ms. Songsakon Boonkerd, Senior Professional Level Economists from the Bureau of Agricultural Economic Research. Knowledge Exchange Session: A forum for sharing expertise, discussing operational challenges, and identifying public relations strategies to improve the efficiency of the Agricultural Economics Volunteer network.

วันพุธที่ 24 ธันวาคม 2568 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรี มอบหมายให้นางสาวรัชตา วุฒิกิจเจริญ ผู้อำนวยการส่วนวิจัยและประเมินผล เข้าร่วมประชุมศูนย์ติดตามและแก้ไขปัญหาภัยพิบัติด้านการเกษตรจังหวัดกาญจนบุรี ครั้งที่ 4/2568 โดยมีนางสาวสุมณฑา มณเทียร เกษตรและสหกรณ์จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี เป็นประธานการประชุม ณ ห้องประชุมสำนักงานเกษตรและสหกรณ์จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี เพื่อรายงานสถานการณ์การบริหารจัดการน้ำในจังหวัด ลักษณะอากาศของประเทศไทย การแจ้งเตือนภัยด้านการเกษตร ทั้งทางด้านพืช ประมง ปศุสัตว์ การเตรียมการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาการเผาในพื้นที่เกษตรกรรม 2568/2569 จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี และเตรียมความพร้อมจัดทำแผนป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัยด้านการเกษตรในช่วงภัยแล้ง ปี 2568/69 จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี OAE Region 10 participated in the meeting of the Agricultural Disaster Monitoring and Problem-Solving Center, Kanchanaburi Province.On Wednesday, 24 December 2025, Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10, Ratchaburi Province, assigned Ms. Ratchata Wuttikijcharoen, Director of the Research and Evaluation Division, to attend the 4th Meeting of the Agricultural Disaster Monitoring and Problem-Solving Center of Kanchanaburi Province for the year 2025. The meeting was chaired by Ms. Sumonta Manthian, Provincial Agriculture and Cooperatives Officer of Kanchanaburi, and was held at the meeting room of the Office of Agriculture and Cooperatives of Kanchanaburi Province.The meeting aimed to report on the provincial water management situation, Thailand’s weather conditions, agricultural disaster warnings covering crops, fisheries, and livestock, as well as preparations for the prevention and mitigation of agricultural burning for the 2025/2026 period in Kanchanaburi Province. In addition, the meeting focused on preparations for developing the Agricultural Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Plan during the drought period for the year 2025/2026 in Kanchanaburi Province.
