วันพุธที่ 14 มกราคม 2569 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 ได้รับเชิญจากสำนักงานตรวจบัญชีสหกรณ์ที่ 10 เชิญให้เป็นวิทยากรบรรยายในโครงการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการ เรื่อง การซักซ้อมแนวทางการปฏิบัติงานของอาสาสมัครเกษตรด้านบัญชีภายใต้โครงการศูนย์เรียนรู้การเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิตสินค้าเกษตร ปีงบประมาณ 2569 ณ ศูนย์เรียนรู้เศรษฐกิจพอเพียงบ้านสารภี ตำบลจอมปลวก อำเภอบางคนที จังหวัดสมุทรสงคราม โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อถ่ายทอดนโยบายและแนวทางการดำเนินงานโครงการส่งเสริมการจัดทำบัญชีรายบุคคล ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2569 ให้ครูบัญชีได้รับทราบ เพื่อทบทวนความรู้ ความเข้าใจให้ครูบัญชีในประเด็นสำคัญของหลักการจดบันทึกบัญชีรับ-จ่าย ในครัวเรือน บัญชีต้นทุนอาชีพ และการนำข้อมูลทางบัญชีมาใช้ประโยชน์ในการวางแผนการใช้จ่ายในครัวเรือนและในการประกอบอาชีพ เพื่อเสริมสร้างความรู้ ทักษะ ในการสร้างและการใช้สื่อการสอนให้ครูบัญชี เพื่อเสริมสร้างความรู้ให้ครูบัญชีเรื่องเทคนิคการถ่ายทอดความรู้ การสร้างแรงจูงใจแก่กลุ่มเป้าหมายให้สนใจและเห็นความสำคัญของการบันทึกบัญชี
Director of OAE Regional Office 10 Invited as Guest Speaker on “Agricultural Commodity Data Management”
On Wednesday, 14 January 2026, Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Regional Office 10 (OAE 10), was invited by the Cooperative Auditing Office Region 10 to serve as a guest speaker in a workshop titled “Orientation on Operational Guidelines for Agricultural Accounting Volunteers under the Agricultural Production Efficiency Enhancement Learning Center Project, Fiscal Year 2026.”
The workshop was held at the Sufficiency Economy Learning Center, Ban Saraphi, Chom Pluak Sub-district, Bang Khonthi District, Samut Songkhram Province.
The objective of the workshop was to convey policies and operational guidelines of the Individual Farm Accounting Promotion Project for Fiscal Year 2026 to agricultural accounting teachers, as well as to review and strengthen their knowledge and understanding of key issues related to household income–expense record keeping, occupational cost accounting, and the application of accounting data for household expenditure planning and occupational decision-making.
In addition, the workshop aimed to enhance teachers’ knowledge and skills in developing and utilizing teaching media, as well as to strengthen their capacity in knowledge transfer techniques and motivation-building strategies, in order to encourage target groups to recognize the importance and benefits of systematic accounting record keeping.
