วันพฤหัสบดีที่ 25 มิถุนายน 2569 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรี มอบหมายให้ นายสิทธิกร ยิ่งวงษ์ เจ้าหน้าที่ส่วนวิจัยและประเมินผล เข้าร่วมประชุมคณะกรรมการบริหารงานอาสาสมัครเกษตรจังหวัดนครปฐม ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ.2569 โดยมีนายสมาวิษฎ์ สุพรรณไพ รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดนครปฐม เป็นประธานการประชุม พร้อมด้วยหัวหน้าส่วนราชการในสังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ ข้าราชการ และเจ้าหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวข้องเข้าร่วมประชุมเพื่อรับทราบ ฐานข้อมูลของอาสาสมัครเกษตร (อกษ.) 16 สาขา และอาสาสมัครเกษตรหมู่บ้าน (อกม.) ปี 2569 และแผนงาน/โครงการ/กิจกรรม การขับเคลื่อนงานอาสาสมัครเกษตร ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ.2569 โดยสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรี ได้นำเสนอ โครงการเศรษฐกิจอาสาในพื้นที่จังหวัดนครปฐม ถึงบทบาทหน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบของเศรษฐกิจอาสา (ศกอ.) ในปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ.2569 รวมทั้งร่วมพิจารณาแนวทางการบูรณาการขับเคลื่อนงานอาสาสมัครเกษตรของจังหวัด ปี 2570 และการมีส่วนร่วมของอาสาสมัครเกษตรหมู่บ้าน (อกม.) ในการขับเคลื่อนกิจกรรมทางการเกษตรที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมร่วมกับหน่วยงานขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น ณ ห้องประชุมสำนักงานเกษตรจังหวัดนครปฐม จังหวัดนครปฐม ROAE 10 Participates in the Nakhon Pathom Provincial Agricultural Volunteer Administration Committee Meeting for Fiscal Year 2026On 25 June 2026, Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 10 (ROAE 10), Ratchaburi Province, assigned Mr. Sitthikorn Yingwong, Officer of the Research and Evaluation Division, to attend the Nakhon Pathom Provincial Agricultural Volunteer Administration Committee Meeting for Fiscal Year 2026.The meeting was chaired by Mr. Samawit Suphannaphai, Vice Governor of Nakhon Pathom Province, and attended by heads of agencies under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, government officials, and relevant personnel.The meeting acknowledged the database of Agricultural Volunteers (AVs) in 16 fields and Village Agricultural Volunteers (VAVs) for 2026, as well as plans, projects, and activities related to the implementation of agricultural volunteer programs for Fiscal Year 2026.During the meeting, OAEO 10 presented the Agricultural Economics Volunteer Project in Nakhon Pathom Province, highlighting the roles and responsibilities of Agricultural Economics Volunteers (AEVs) for Fiscal Year 2026. Participants also discussed guidelines for the integrated implementation of provincial agricultural volunteer activities for Fiscal Year 2027 and the participation of Village Agricultural Volunteers (VAVs) in promoting environmentally friendly agricultural activities in collaboration with local administrative organizations.The meeting was held at the Meeting Room of the Nakhon Pathom Provincial Agriculture Office, Nakhon Pathom Province.

ในวันที่ 17 มิถุนายน 2569 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรี มอบหมายให้ นางสาวรัตนาภรณ์ โยชน์ชัยสาร ผู้อำนวยการส่วนแผนพัฒนาเขตเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร พร้อมด้วยเจ้าหน้าที่ส่วนแผนพัฒนาเขตเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร เข้าร่วมการสัมมนาเชิงปฏิบัติการเรื่อง แผนปฏิบัติการด้านการเกษตรและสหกรณ์ พ.ศ. 2571-2575 (ภาคกลาง) ณ จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี เพื่อระดมความคิดเห็นจากผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียในภูมิภาคที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการพัฒนาภาคการเกษตรต่อ (ร่าง) แผนปฏิบัติการด้านการเกษตรและสหกรณ์ พ.ศ. 2571-2575 โดยมีผู้เข้าร่วมสัมมนาฯ จากหน่วยงานภาครัฐทั้งในและนอกสังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ บุคลากรหน่วยงานภาคเอกชน และเกษตรกรในพื้นที่ภาคกลาง จำนวน 150 คน การสัมมนาในครั้งนี้มีเกษตรกรและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็น สะท้อนสภาพปัญหา อุปสรรคในการพัฒนาการเกษตร และเสนอแนะประเด็นและแนวทางการพัฒนา เพื่อใช้ในการทบทวน/ปรับปรุง (ร่าง) แผนปฏิบัติการด้านการเกษตรและสหกรณ์ พ.ศ. 2571-2575 ให้สามารถขับเคลื่อนไปสู่การปฏิบัติได้อย่างเป็นรูปธรรมต่อไป OAE 10 Participates in the Regional Workshop on the Agricultural and Cooperatives Action Plan (2028–2032) for Central Thailand in Suphan Buri Province On 17 June 2026, Mr. Kijsart Onngenthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Regional Office 10 (OAE 10), Ratchaburi Province, assigned Ms. Rattanaporn Yotchaisan, Director of the Agricultural Economic Zone Development Planning Division, together with officials from the division, to participate in the workshop on the Agricultural and Cooperatives Action Plan (2028–2032) for Central Thailand, held in Suphan Buri Province. The workshop was organized to gather opinions and recommendations from relevant stakeholders across the region regarding the development of the agricultural sector and the draft Agricultural and Cooperatives Action Plan (2028–2032). Participants included representatives from government agencies both within and outside the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, private-sector personnel, and farmers from the Central Region, totaling 150 participants. The workshop provided an opportunity for farmers and related organizations to exchange views, reflect on current agricultural challenges and development constraints, and propose key issues and development approaches. The feedback obtained will be used to review and refine the draft Agricultural and Cooperatives Action Plan (2028–2032), ensuring that the plan can be effectively translated into concrete actions and practical implementation in the future.

วันศุกร์ที่ 12 มิถุนายน 2569 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรี มอบหมายให้ นางสาวรัชตา วุฒิกิจเจริญ ผู้อำนวยการส่วนวิจัยและประเมินผล พร้อมด้วยเจ้าหน้าที่ส่วนวิจัยและประเมินผล จัดประชุมระดมความคิดเห็นแบบมีส่วนร่วม (Focus Group) ภายใต้โครงการตามพระราชประสงค์หุบกระพง ตำบลเขาใหญ่ อำเภอชะอำ จังหวัดเพชรบุรี เพื่อรวบรวมข้อมูลและข้อคิดเห็นจากเกษตรกรและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในพื้นที่ สำหรับใช้ประกอบการติดตามและประเมินผลการดำเนินงานของโครงการ โดยการประชุมมีเกษตรกรและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็น สะท้อนสภาพปัญหา อุปสรรค และข้อเสนอแนะจากการดำเนินงานโครงการ ซึ่งข้อมูลที่ได้รับจะนำไปวิเคราะห์และจัดทำรายงานผลการติดตามและประเมินผล เสนอต่อผู้บริหารกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ รวมทั้งใช้เป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาการดำเนินงานโครงการให้มีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น และเกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดต่อเกษตรกรและชุมชนในพื้นที่ OAE 10 Conducts Participatory Focus Group Discussion under the Hup Kraphong Royal Initiative Project, Khao Yai Subdistrict, Cha-am District, Phetchaburi ProvinceOn 12 June 2026, Mr.Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10 (OAE RO 10), Ratchaburi Province, assigned Ms.Ratchata Wutthikitcharoen, Director of the Research and Evaluation Division, together with officials from the division, to organize a participatory Focus Group discussion under the Hup Kraphong Royal Initiative Project in Khao Yai Subdistrict, Cha-am District, Phetchaburi Province. The activity aimed to collect information and opinions from farmers and relevant agencies in the area to support the monitoring and evaluation of the project’s implementation. During the discussion, participating farmers and stakeholders exchanged views and shared insights regarding existing conditions, operational challenges, constraints, and recommendations related to project implementation. The information gathered will be analyzed and incorporated into a monitoring and evaluation report for submission to the executives of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives. The findings will also serve as a guideline for enhancing the effectiveness of project implementation and maximizing benefits for farmers and local communities in the area.

วันที่ 12 มิถุนายน 2569 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรี และนางสาวรัตนาภรณ์ โยชน์ชัยสาร ผู้อำนวยการส่วนแผนพัฒนาเขตเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร เข้าร่วมการตรวจราชการของรัฐมนตรีช่วยว่าการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ (นางสาวปิยะรัฐชย์ ติยะไพรัช) และติดตามงานตามนโยบายโครงการสำคัญของกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ในพื้นที่จังหวัดราชบุรี ณ ตลาดเกษตรกรจังหวัดราชบุรี และบริษัท P.Y. Thai Fruit หมู่ 6 ต.ดอนกรวย อ.ดำเนินสะดวก จังหวัดราชบุรี OAE RO10 Joins Deputy Minister’s Inspection Visit to Monitor Key Agricultural Projects in Ratchaburi On 12 June 2026, Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10 (OAE 10), Ratchaburi, together with Ms. Rattanaporn Yotchaisan, Director of the Agricultural Economic Zone Development Planning Division, participated in an official inspection visit led by Ms. Piyarat Tiyapairat, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives. The inspection visit was conducted to monitor the implementation of key policies and priority projects of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives in Ratchaburi Province. The delegation visited the Ratchaburi Farmers’ Market and P.Y. Thai Fruit Co., Ltd., located in Moo 6, Don Kruai Subdistrict, Damnoen Saduak District, Ratchaburi Province. The visit provided an opportunity to review project progress, engage with local stakeholders, and support the effective implementation of the Ministry’s policies aimed at enhancing agricultural productivity, increasing farmers’ income, and promoting sustainable agricultural development in the province.

On Wednesday, June 3, 2026, Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10, Ratchaburi Province, assigned government officials and staff from the Agricultural Economic Development Planning Division of OAE RO10 to participate in a Buddhist chanting ceremony and alms-giving merit-making activity dedicated as a royal merit offering on the auspicious occasion of the Royal Ceremony Celebrating the 4th Cycle (48th Birthday) Anniversary of Her Majesty Queen Suthida Bajrasudhabimalalakshana. The ceremony was presided over by Ms. Thitilak Khampha, Governor of Ratchaburi Province, who led the Buddhist chanting ceremony, alms-giving merit-making, and the paying of royal homage to Her Majesty the Queen. The event was held at the Ratchaburi Provincial Gymnasium, Mueang Ratchaburi District, Ratchaburi Province. The ceremony was attended in unity by representatives from government agencies, state enterprises, and private sector organizations, reflecting their loyalty and devotion in honoring Her Majesty the Queen on this significant and auspiciou.

วันศุกร์ที่ 29 พฤษภาคม พ.ศ. 2569 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรี เป็นประธานในการจัดกิจกรรมแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ภายในองค์กรประจำเดือนพฤษภาคม 2569โดยได้จัดกิจกรรมแลกเปลี่ยนรู้ เรื่อง “การสำรวจเนื้อที่ยืนต้นและวิเคราะห์ความหมาะสมในการปลูกมะพร้าวน้ำหอมในภาคตะวันตก โดยใช้เทคโนโลยีภูมิสารสนเทศ” โดยมีนางสาวภาริษา แตงอ่อน นักวิชาการแผนที่ภาพถ่าย เป็นผู้บรรยาย ซึ่งเป็นการบรรยายวิธีการสำรวจเนื้อที่ยืนต้นและวิเคราะห์ความหมาะสมในการปลูกมะพร้าวน้ำหอมในภาคตะวันตก นอกจากจะใช้เทคโนโลยีภูมิสารสนเทศแล้ว ยังใช้ข้อมูลแผนที่ชั้นความเหมาะสมสำหรับปลูกมะพร้าวอีกด้วย พร้อมทั้งเสนอแนวทางการบริหารจัดการพื้นที่เกษตรกรรม (Zoning) จากผลการวิเคราะห์ที่ได้เพิ่มเติม OAE Region 10 Organizes Knowledge-Sharing Activity for May 2026 On Friday, May 29, 2026, Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10 (OAE10), presided over the Monthly Meeting No. 5/2026. In addition, the office organized the internal knowledge-sharing activity for May 2026. The session focused on the topic “Surveying Perennial Areas and Analyzing the Suitability of Planting Aromatic Coconuts in the Western Region Using Geoinformatics Technology.” The lecture was delivered by Ms. Parisa Tangon, a Photogrammetry Specialist. She explained methods for surveying perennial areas and assessing the suitability of aromatic coconut cultivation in the western region. Beyond geoinformatics technology, the analysis also incorporated land suitability maps for coconut planting. Furthermore, she proposed approaches for agricultural land management (Zoning) based on the analytical results.

วันศุกร์ที่ 29 พฤษภาคม 2569 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 เป็นประธานในการจัดประชุมประจำเดือน ครั้งที่ 5/2569 เพื่อติดตามการดำเนินงานตามแผนการปฏิบัติงาน ผลการดำเนินงาน และติดตามผลการเบิกจ่ายตามการจัดสรรงบประมาณรายจ่ายประจำปี 2569 ของทุกส่วน/ฝ่าย ให้เป็นไปตามแผนฯ ติดตามโครงการส่งเสริมการพัฒนาหน่วยงานของ สศท.10 พร้อมทั้งรับฟังปัญหาและอุปสรรค ข้อคิดเห็นในการดำเนินงานเพื่อแก้ไขและพัฒนาการดำเนินงานให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย OAE RO10 Holds Monthly Meeting No. 5/2026On Friday, 29 May 2026, Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10 (OAE RO10), presided over the Monthly Meeting No. 5/2026 to monitor the implementation of operational plans, performance results, and budget disbursement under the fiscal year 2026 expenditure allocation of all divisions and sections to ensure alignment with the established plans.The meeting also followed up on the organizational development promotion project of OAE RO10, while providing an opportunity for participants to discuss problems, obstacles, and suggestions in order to improve operations and achieve the set objectives.
