เมื่อวันจันทร์ที่ 22 มิถุนายน 2569 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 เป็นประธานในการเปิดการประชุมฯ และนาวสาวรักชนก ทุยเวียง ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 11 พร้อมด้วย ผู้อำนวยการส่วนวิจัยและประเมินผลและทีมนักวิจัย จากส่วนวิจัยและประเมินผล สศท. 8 , 9 และ 10 จัดประชุม Focus Group เพื่อจัดทำแนวทางการพัฒนาความร่วมมือการบริหารจัดการสินค้าเกษตรแปรรูปมูลค่าสูงด้วยเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมทางการเกษตร (Agri-Tech) สินค้ากล้วยหอมทอง ณ วิสาหกิจชุมชนวัยหวาน จังหวัดเพชรบุรี เพื่อระดมความคิดเห็นและแลกเปลี่ยนมุมมองเกี่ยวกับ “แนวทางการพัฒนาความร่วมมือการบริหารจัดการสินค้าเกษตรแปรรูปมูลค่าสูงด้วยเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมทางการเกษตร (Agri-Tech) กรณีศึกษาสินค้ากล้วยหอมทอง” โดยมีผู้แทนจากหน่วยงานภาครัฐ ทั้งในและนอกสังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ ภาคเอกชน สถาบันการศึกษา สถาบันการเงิน และเกษตรกร
การประชุมครั้งนี้ทีมนักวิจัยได้นำเสนอผลการศึกษาเบื้องต้น ตลอดจนเปิดเวทีแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะ เพื่อร่วมกันกำหนดแนวทางการพัฒนาห่วงโซ่อุปทาน การสร้างมูลค่าเพิ่มผ่านการแปรรูป และการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมทางการเกษตรในการผลิตและการตลาดของสินค้ากล้วยหอมทอง
ทั้งนี้ ผลการประชุมและข้อเสนอแนะที่ได้รับจะนำไปสู่การจัดทำแนวทางและข้อเสนอเชิงนโยบายในการพัฒนาสินค้าเกษตรแปรรูปมูลค่าสูงจากกล้วยหอมทอง เพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพการแข่งขัน สร้างรายได้ให้เกษตรกรและผู้ประกอบการ ตลอดจนส่งเสริมการพัฒนาภาคเกษตรของประเทศอย่างยั่งยืน
OAE 10, in Collaboration with OAE 8 and OAE 9, Organizes a Focus Group Meeting to Develop Cooperative Approaches for Managing High-Value Processed Agricultural Products through Agricultural Technology and Innovation (Agri-Tech): A Case Study of Hom Thong Bananas
On 22 June 2026, Mr.Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10 (OAE RO10), presided over the opening ceremony of the Focus Group meeting. Ms.Rakchanok Thuiwiang, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 11 (OAE RO11), together with Directors of Research and Evaluation Divisions and research teams from the Research and Evaluation Divisions of OAE RO8, RO9, and RO10, jointly organized the meeting at Wai Wan Community Enterprise, Phetchaburi Province.
The meeting aimed to gather opinions and exchange perspectives on the development of cooperative approaches for managing high-value processed agricultural products through agricultural technology and innovation (Agri-Tech), using Hom Thong bananas as a case study. Participants included representatives from government agencies both within and outside the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, private sector organizations, academic institutions, financial institutions, and farmers.
During the meeting, the research team presented the preliminary findings of the study and facilitated discussions to obtain comments and recommendations from stakeholders. The discussions focused on developing supply chain management strategies, creating added value through processing, and promoting the application of agricultural technology and innovation in the production and marketing of Hom Thong bananas.
The outcomes and recommendations from this meeting will contribute to the formulation of development guidelines and policy recommendations for enhancing high-value processed agricultural products derived from Hom Thong bananas. These efforts aim to strengthen competitiveness, increase income opportunities for farmers and entrepreneurs, and support the sustainable development of Thailand’s agricultural sector.
