วันอังคารที่ 21 กรกฎาคม 2569 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรี เป็นประธานในการเปิดการประชุมฯ พร้อมด้วยนางสาวรัตนาภรณ์ โยชน์ชัยสาร ผู้อำนวยการส่วนแผนพัฒนาเขตเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร และเจ้าหน้าที่ส่วนแผนพัฒนาเขตเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร จัดประชุมเพื่อระดมความเห็น เรื่อง แนวทางการบริหารจัดการสินค้าเกษตรเพื่อสร้างมูลค่าเพิ่มด้วยคาร์บอนเครดิต ภายใต้โครงการศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาในการสร้างโอกาส เพิ่มรายได้และความยั่งยืนการเกษตร ณ ห้องประชุมองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบัวปากท่า อำเภอบางเลน จังหวัดนครปฐม โดยมีผู้เข้าร่วมประชุม ได้แก่ หน่วยงานภาครัฐ เอกชนที่เกี่ยวข้อง สถาบันการศึกษา และตัวแทนเกษตรกรในพื้นที่ โดยวัตถุประสงค์ของการศึกษาในครั้งนี้ คือ แนวทางการบริหารจัดการสินค้าเกษตรเพื่อสร้างมูลค่าเพิ่มด้วยคาร์บอนเครดิตในสินค้าข้าว ซึ่งได้มีการนำเสนอผลการศึกษาเบื้องต้น ตลอดจนเปิดเวทีแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะ เพื่อนำไปสู่ข้อเสนอเชิงนโยบายและมาตรการในการส่งเสริมการผลิตข้าวแบบคาร์บอนต่ำ และเชื่อมโยงตลาดคาร์บอนเครดิตต่อไป On Tuesday, 21 July 2026, , Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10, Ratchaburi Province, presided over the opening ceremony of the consultation meeting. He was joined by Ms. Rattanaporn Yotchaisan, Director of the Agricultural Economic Zone Development Planning Division, and officials from the division.The meeting was organized to gather stakeholders’ opinions on “Agricultural Commodity Management Approaches for Value Creation through Carbon Credits” under the project entitled “A Study on Development Approaches to Create Opportunities, Increase Income, and Promote Agricultural Sustainability.” The event was held at the Buapaktha Subdistrict Administrative Organization Meeting Room, Bang Len District, Nakhon Pathom Province. Participants included representatives from government agencies, private sector organizations, academic institutions, and local farmer groups. The objective of this study is to explore management approaches for creating added value in rice production through carbon credits. During the meeting, preliminary study findings were presented, followed by an open forum for the exchange of opinions and recommendations. The inputs gathered will contribute to the formulation of policy recommendations and measures to promote low-carbon rice production and strengthen linkages with carbon credit markets in the future.

วันศุกร์ที่ 17 กรกฎาคม 2569 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรี เป็นประธานในการเปิดการประชุมฯ พร้อมด้วยนางสาวรัตนาภรณ์ โยชน์ชัยสาร ผู้อำนวยการส่วนแผนพัฒนาเขตเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร และเจ้าหน้าที่ส่วนแผนพัฒนาเขตเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร จัดประชุมเพื่อระดมความเห็น การศึกษาแนวทางการจัดการความเปราะบางและปรับตัวเชิงพื้นที่ของเกษตรกรต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ ภายใต้โครงการศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาในการสร้างโอกาส เพิ่มรายได้และความยั่งยืนการเกษตร ณ ห้องประชุมที่ว่าการอำเภอพนมทวน อำเภอพนมทวน จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี โดยมีผู้เข้าร่วมประชุม ได้แก่ หน่วยงานราชการที่เกี่ยวข้องและตัวแทนเกษตรกรในพื้นที่ โดยวัตถุประสงค์ของการศึกษาในครั้งนี้ คือ การศึกษาแนวทางการจัดการความเปราะบางและปรับตัวเชิงพื้นที่ของเกษตรกรต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศของภาคตะวันตก (จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี นครปฐม และเพชรบุรี) ซึ่งได้มีการนำเสนอผลการศึกษาเบื้องต้น การวิเคราะห์ Paint Point และ Gain Point ตลอดจนเปิดเวทีแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะ เพื่อร่วมกันกำหนดแนวทางการจัดการความเปราะบางและปรับตัวเชิงพื้นที่ของเกษตรกรต่อการการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ เพื่อนำไปสู่ข้อเสนอเชิงนโยบายและมาตรการที่เป็นรูปธรรมต่อไปได้ The Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10 (OAE 10) organized a meeting to gather opinions and study approaches for managing vulnerabilities and area-based adaptation of farmers to climate change in the western region (Nakhon Pathom, Kanchanaburi, and Phetchaburi Provinces). On Friday, July 17, 2026, Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10, Ratchaburi Province, presided over the opening of the meeting. He was joined by Ms. Rattanaporn Yochchaisarn, Director of the Agricultural Economic Development Planning Division, along with planning officers. The meeting was held at the Phanom Thuan District Office, Kanchanaburi Province, with participants including relevant government agencies and farmer representatives from the area. The objective of this study is to explore approaches for managing vulnerabilities and area-based adaptation of farmers to climate change in the western region (Nakhon Pathom, Kanchanaburi, and Phetchaburi Provinces). Preliminary study results were presented, including an analysis of Pain Points and Gain Points, followed by an open forum for exchanging opinions and recommendations. The aim is to jointly determine practical approaches for managing vulnerabilities and adaptation of farmers to climate change, leading to concrete policy proposals and measures in the future.

วันพฤหัสบดีที่ 16 กรกฎาคม 2569 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรี เป็นประธานในการเปิดการประชุมฯ พร้อมด้วยนางสาวรัตนาภรณ์ โยชน์ชัยสาร ผู้อำนวยการส่วนแผนพัฒนาเขตเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร และเจ้าหน้าที่ส่วนแผน จัดประชุมเพื่อระดมความเห็น การศึกษาแนวทางการยกระดับสินค้าเกษตรมูลค่าสูง ด้วยเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรม เพื่อเป็นฐานการผลิตและบริการในพื้นที่ระเบียงเศรษฐกิจ กรณีศึกษาสินค้ามะพร้าวน้ำหอม จังหวัดนครปฐม ภายใต้โครงการศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาในการสร้างโอกาส เพิ่มรายได้และความยั่งยืนการเกษตร โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ของการศึกษา 1) เพื่อศึกษาห่วงโซ่คุณค่าการผลิตสินค้าเกษตรมูลค่าสูงด้วยเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรม 2) เพื่อจัดทำแนวทางการยกระดับสินค้าเกษตรมูลค่าสูงด้วยเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรม เพื่อเป็นฐานการผลิตและบริการในพื้นที่ระเบียงเศรษฐกิจ สำหรับใช้เป็นข้อมูลประกอบการจัดทำแผนงาน/โครงการตลอดห่วงโซ่คุณค่า (Value Chain) และส่งเสริมสินค้าเกษตรมูลค่าสูงในพื้นที่ระเบียงเศรษฐกิจ โดยมีผู้เข้าร่วมประชุม ประกอบด้วย เกษตรกร กลุ่มเกษตรกร ผู้ประกอบการ เจ้าหน้าที่หน่วยงานภาครัฐ สถาบันการศึกษา และผู้ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องการประชุมครั้งนี้ส่วนแผนพัฒนาเขตเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร ได้นำเสนอผลการศึกษาเบื้องต้น ตลอดจนเปิดเวทีแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะ เพื่อร่วมกันกำหนดแนวทางการพัฒนาห่วงโซ่อุปทาน การสร้างมูลค่าเพิ่มผ่านการแปรรูป และการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมทางการเกษตรในการผลิตและการตลาดของสินค้ามะพร้าวน้ำหอม ตลอดจนแนวทางการยกระดับสินค้าเกษตรมูลค่าสูง ด้วยเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรม เพื่อเป็นฐานการผลิตและบริการในพื้นที่ระเบียงเศรษฐกิจ เพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพการแข่งขัน สร้างรายได้ให้เกษตรกรและผู้ประกอบการ ตลอดจนส่งเสริมการพัฒนาภาคเกษตรของประเทศอย่างยั่งยืน ROAE 10 Holds Stakeholder Consultation to Explore Approaches for Enhancing High-Value Agricultural Products through Technology and Innovation: A Case Study of Aromatic Coconut in Nakhon Pathom On 16 July 2026, Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 10 (ROAE 10), Ratchaburi, presided over the opening of a stakeholder consultation meeting on the Study on Approaches to Enhancing High-Value Agricultural Products through Technology and Innovation as a Production and Service Base in the Economic Corridor: A Case Study of Aromatic Coconut in Nakhon Pathom Province. The meeting was attended by Ms. Rattanaporn Yotchaisan, Director of the Agricultural Economic Zone Development Planning Division, together with officials from the division. The consultation was organized under the Project on Development Approaches for Creating Opportunities, Increasing Farmers’ Income, and Promoting Sustainable Agriculture. The study aims to: (1) examine the value chain of high-value agricultural products supported by technology and innovation; and (2) formulate practical approaches for upgrading high-value agricultural products through technology and innovation to strengthen production and service bases within the Economic Corridor. The study findings will support the formulation of value chain-based development plans and projects, while promoting high-value agricultural products in the Economic Corridor. Participants included farmers, farmer groups, entrepreneurs, representatives from government agencies, academic institutions, and other stakeholders involved in the aromatic coconut industry. During the meeting, the Agricultural Economic Zone Development Planning Division presented the preliminary findings of the study and facilitated discussions to gather recommendations from stakeholders. The consultation focused on strengthening the supply chain, creating added value through product processing, and promoting the application of agricultural technologies and innovations in production and marketing. Participants also exchanged views on strategic approaches to upgrading aromatic coconut as a high-value agricultural product to enhance the Economic Corridor as a competitive production and service base. The recommendations and information obtained from the consultation will contribute to the development of practical policy recommendations and future development projects. Ultimately, the initiative is expected to strengthen the competitiveness of Thailand’s agricultural sector, enhance income opportunities for farmers and agribusiness entrepreneurs, and promote sustainable agricultural development.

เมื่อวันที่ 7 – 8 กรกฎาคม 2569 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรี พร้อมด้วยเจ้าหน้าที่ส่วนวิจัยและประเมินผล เข้าร่วมประชุมติดตามผลการดำเนินงานตามแผนการตรวจราชการของผู้ตรวจราชการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ โดยนางสุวรรณี ศรีสุวรรณ์ ผู้ตรวจราชการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569 รอบที่ 2 ในการลงพื้นที่เขตตรวจราชการที่ 4 ได้แก่ จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ จังหวัดเพชรบุรี และจังหวัดสมุทรสงครามการประชุมดังกล่าวมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อติดตามความก้าวหน้าผลการดำเนินงานของหน่วยงานในสังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายและแผนการดำเนินงานของกระทรวง พร้อมทั้งกำกับ ติดตาม และขับเคลื่อนการดำเนินงานให้บรรลุเป้าหมายอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยครอบคลุมนโยบายสำคัญ 6 ด้าน ได้แก่ (1) การเร่งรัดการจัดที่ดินทำกินให้แก่เกษตรกร (2) การบริหารจัดการน้ำทั้งระบบ (3) การยกระดับสินค้าเกษตรและบริการมูลค่าสูง (4) การยกระดับศักยภาพเกษตรกรและสถาบันเกษตรกรให้มีความเข้มแข็ง (5) การบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรทางการเกษตร และ (6) การป้องกันและปราบปรามสินค้าเกษตรผิดกฎหมายหรือสินค้าเกษตรเถื่อนทั้งนี้ ที่ประชุมได้รับทราบผลการดำเนินงาน ปัญหา อุปสรรค ตลอดจนข้อเสนอแนะจากหน่วยงานในพื้นที่สังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ เพื่อนำไปใช้เป็นข้อมูลในการกำหนดแนวทางการขับเคลื่อนภารกิจด้านการเกษตรให้เกิดผลสัมฤทธิ์อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม สามารถตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของเกษตรกรในพื้นที่ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและยั่งยืน ROAE 10 Participates in the Follow-up Meeting on the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives’ Inspection Plan for Inspection Region 4, Fiscal Year 2026 (Round 2)On 7–8 July 2026, Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 10 (ROAE 10), Ratchaburi, together with officials from the Research and Evaluation Division, participated in the follow-up meeting on the implementation of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives’ inspection plan. The meeting was led by Ms. Suwannee Srisuwan, Inspector General of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, as part of the Fiscal Year 2026 Inspection Plan (Round 2) during field visits to Inspection Region 4, covering Prachuap Khiri Khan, Phetchaburi, and Samut Songkhram Provinces. The meeting aimed to monitor the progress of operations undertaken by agencies under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives to ensure alignment with the Ministry’s policies and operational plans. It also served to supervise, monitor, and drive the effective implementation of key initiatives toward achieving their intended objectives. The discussions focused on six major policy areas: (1) accelerating agricultural land allocation for farmers; (2) integrated water resources management; (3) enhancing high-value agricultural products and services; (4) strengthening the capacity of farmers and farmer institutions; (5) sustainable management of agricultural resources; and (6) prevention and suppression of illegal agricultural products and agricultural smuggling.During the meeting, participating agencies under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives presented updates on operational progress, key challenges, constraints, and recommendations. The information gathered will be utilized to formulate practical approaches for advancing agricultural development, ensuring tangible outcomes while effectively and sustainably addressing the needs of farmers in the region.

This activity reflects ROAE 10’s commitment to contributing to society and promoting a spirit of volunteerism and public service among its personnel.

วันจันทร์ที่ 6 กรกฎาคม 2569 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 พร้อมด้วยข้าราชการ พนักงานราชการ และเจ้าหน้าที่ ร่วมกันบริจาคน้ำดื่มและขนม ให้ผู้เข้ารับบริการ ณ โรงพยาบาลศูนย์ราชบุรี จัดเป็นกิจกรรมเพื่อสังคม โดยให้บุคลากรภายในหน่วยงานได้มีส่วนร่วม ภายใต้วัฒนธรรมองค์กรของ สศก. “BALANCE” ROAE10 Organizes a Community Service Activity under the OAE Organizational Culture “BALANCE” On Monday, 6 July 2026, Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 10 (ROAE10), together with government officials, government employees, and staff, donated bottled drinking water and snacks to patients and visitors at Ratchaburi Hospital.The activity was organized as part of the office’s community service initiative, encouraging all personnel to actively contribute to society in accordance with the Office of Agricultural Economics’ organizational culture, “BALANCE.”

วันอังคารที่ 30 มิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2569 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรี เป็นประธานในการจัดกิจกรรมแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ภายในองค์กรประจำเดือนมิถุนายน 2569 โดยได้จัดกิจกรรมแลกเปลี่ยนรู้ เรื่อง “การศึกษาต้นทุนส่วนเพิ่มและการลดก๊าซเรือนกระจกจากการใส่ปุ๋ยตามค่าวิเคราะห์ดิน” โดยมีนายสิทธิกร ยิ่งวงษ์ นักวิเคราะห์นโยบายและแผนปฏิบัติการ ส่วนวิจัยและประเมินผล เป็นผู้บรรยาย ซึ่งในเนื้อหาของการบรรยายจะประกอบไปด้วย ความความสำคัญของการศึกษางานวิจัย กรอบการวิจัย ผลการศึกษา และข้อเสนอแนะสำหรับเกษตรกร และภาครัฐ การจัดกิจกรรมในครั้งนี้ นอกจากจะช่วยเพิ่มพูนความรู้ความเข้าใจในเรื่องการลดก๊าซเรือนกระจกในภาคเกษตรกรรมให้แก่บุคลากรแล้ว ยังถือเป็นเวทีสำคัญในการเสริมสร้างศักยภาพด้านการวิจัย และกระตุ้นให้เกิดการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ร่วมกันภายในองค์กรอย่างยั่งยืน OAE 10 Holds Internal Knowledge Sharing Session for June 2026 On Tuesday, 30 June 2026, Mr. kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics 10 (Ratchaburi), presided over the Office’s monthly internal knowledge-sharing session for June 2026The session featured a presentation entitled “A Study on Incremental Costs and Greenhouse Gas Emission Reduction through Soil Test-Based Fertilizer Application,” delivered by Mr. Sitthikorn Yingwong, Policy and Plan Analyst, Practitioner Level, Research and Evaluation Section.The presentation covered the significance of the research, the research framework, key findings, and recommendations for both farmers and government agencies regarding the adoption of soil test-based fertilizer application as a means to enhance production efficiency while reducing greenhouse gas emissions in the agricultural sector.The activity not only enhanced staff members’ knowledge and understanding of greenhouse gas mitigation in agriculture but also served as an important platform for strengthening research capacity and fostering a sustainable culture of knowledge sharing and organizational learning.
