วันพุธที่ 12 สิงหาคม 2569 เวลา 07.00 น. นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 พร้อมด้วยนางสาวรัชตา วุฒิกิจเจริญ ผู้อำนวยการส่วนวิจัยและประเมินผล และเจ้าหน้าที่ เข้าร่วมพิธีเจริญพระพุทธมนต์ และทำบุญตักบาตร เนื่องในวันคล้ายวันพระราชสมภพสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชินีนาถ พระบรมราชชนนีพันปีหลวง และวันแม่แห่งชาติ 12 สิงหาคม 2569 โดยมีนางสาวฐิติลักษณ์ คำพา ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดราชบุรี เป็นประธานในพิธี พร้อมด้วยหัวหน้าส่วนราชการ ข้าราชการ พนักงานรัฐวิสาหกิจ เจ้าหน้าที่ และประชาชนทั่วไปเข้าร่วม โดยมีพิธีเจริญพระพุทธมนต์และทำบุญตักบาตรถวายพระราชกุศล ณ บริเวณด้านหน้าอาคารโรงยิมเนเซี่ยมจังหวัดราชบุรี อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดราชบุรี ROAE10 Participates in Buddhist Chanting and Alms-Giving Ceremony on the Auspicious Occasion of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother’s Birthday Anniversary and National Mother’s DayOn Wednesday, 12 August 2026, at 7:00 a.m. Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn Director of Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 10 (ROAE10), together with Ms. Ratchata Wutthikitcharoen, Director of the Research and Evaluation Division and ROAE10 officials, participated in a Buddhist chanting and alms-giving ceremony held on the occasion of the birthday anniversary of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother and National Mother’s Day, 12 August 2026.The ceremony was presided over by Ms. Thitilak Khampha, Governor of Ratchaburi Province, and attended by heads of government agencies, government officials, employees of state-owned enterprises officials and members of the public. The ceremony included Buddhist chanting and an alms-giving ceremony to make merit and dedicate the merit to Her Majesty the Queen Mother. The event was held in front of the Ratchaburi Provincial Gymnasium Building Mueang Ratchaburi District Ratchaburi Province.

วันพฤหัสบดีที่ 6 สิงหาคม พ.ศ. 2569 นายครองศักดิ์ สงรักษา รองเลขาธิการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร มอบหมายให้นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรี พร้อมด้วยเจ้าหน้าที่เข้าร่วมพิธีเปิดโครงการตลาดองค์ความรู้ สู่การพัฒนาเกษตรนวัตกรรมเพื่อความยั่งยืนเกษตรกรไทยพร้อมทั้ง ร่วมจัดนิทรรศการภายในงาน ณ อาคารศูนย์ท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตร สำนักงานเกษตรจังหวัดกาญจนบุรี อำเภอเมืองกาญจนบุรี จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี โดยมีนางสาวปิยะรัฐชย์ ติยะไพรัชรัฐมนตรีช่วยว่าการกระทรวงเกษตร และสหกรณ์ เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดการจัดโครงการในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมและถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ เทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมทางการเกษตรที่ทันสมัยให้แก่เกษตรกร เพื่อนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิตลดต้นทุน และสร้างความยั่งยืนในการประกอบอาชีพเกษตรกรรมสอดรับกับแนวทาง การพัฒนาเกษตรกรไทยให้มีความเข้มแข็งและสามารถแข่งขันได้ ในยุคปัจจุบันทั้งนี้ สศท10.ได้ร่วมจัดนิทรรศการนำเสนอข้อมูลสารสนเทศเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรผ่าน 3 องค์ความรู้ได้แก่ 1) รู้ก่อนลดเสี่ยงการวางแผนและบริหาร ความเสี่ยงพื้นที่ จ.กาญจนบุรีผ่าน Agri-Map เฝ้าระวังพื้นที่เสี่ยงภัยแล้ง และน้ำท่วมซ้ำซาก 2) ลดต้นทุนเพิ่มกำไรการบริหารจัดการต้นทุนและช่วงเวลา เก็บเกี่ยวตามปฏิทินราคา (Crop Calendar) และ 3) ตลาดนำ ราคานำทาง ทำความเข้าใจโครงสร้างห่วงโซ่อุปทาน (Supply Chain) สินค้าเกษตรสำคัญ อาทิ ข้าว มันสำปะหลัง ข้าวโพดเลี้ยงสัตว์ และสับปะรดเพื่อให้เกษตรกรนำข้อมูล ไปใช้วางแผนการผลิต ลดความเสี่ยง และยกระดับรายได้ได้อย่างยั่งยืน ROAE 10 Participates in the Opening Ceremony of the “Knowledge Marketplace for Innovative Agricultural Development towards Sustainable Thai Agriculture” Project in Kanchanaburi ProvinceThursday, 6 August 2026 – Mr. Krongsak Songraksa, Deputy Secretary-General of the Office of Agricultural Economics (OAE), assigned Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 10 (ROAE 10), Ratchaburi, together with OAE RO10 officials, to participate in the opening ceremony of the “Knowledge Marketplace for Innovative Agricultural Development towards Sustainable Thai Agriculture” project and to organize an exhibition at the Agricultural Tourism Center Building, Kanchanaburi Provincial Agricultural Office, Mueang Kanchanaburi District, Kanchanaburi Province.The opening ceremony was presided over by Ms. Piyarat Tiyapairat, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives. The project aims to promote and disseminate modern agricultural knowledge, technologies, and innovations to farmers, enabling them to improve production efficiency, reduce production costs, and strengthen the sustainability of their agricultural livelihoods. The initiative also supports the development of Thai farmers to become more resilient and competitive in the modern agricultural sector.On this occasion, OAE RO10 presented an agricultural economic information exhibition featuring three key knowledge areas:1.Know in Advance, Reduce Risks – Planning and managing agricultural risks in Kanchanaburi Province through the Agri-Map system, including monitoring drought-prone and recurrent flood-risk areas.2.Reduce Costs, Increase Profits – Farm cost management and optimal harvesting schedules based on the Crop Calendar to enhance production efficiency and profitability.3.Market-Oriented Production with Price Guidance – Enhancing farmers’ understanding of the supply chain of major agricultural commodities, including rice, cassava, maize, and pineapple, to support production planning, risk reduction, and sustainable income improvement.The exhibition aimed to provide farmers with practical agricultural economic information that can be applied to production planning, farm management, and decision-making, ultimately contributing to greater productivity, resilience, and long-term sustainable agricultural development.

วันศุกร์ที่ 31 กรกฎาคม 2569 นายพีรพันธ์ คอทอง เลขาธิการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร มอบหมายให้ นายชนวัฒน์ สิทธิธูรณ์ รองเลขาธิการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร พร้อมด้วย นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 ร่วมติดตามการลงพื้นที่ตรวจราชการในพื้นที่จังหวัดราชบุรีของ นายสรวุฒิ เนื่องจำนงค์ เลขานุการรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ โดย เวลา 09.40 น. ได้มอบหมายให้ นายศรัณยสัณฑ์ วีรกุลสุนทร รองผู้บัญชาการศูนย์อำนวยการร่วมพิทักษ์ความมั่นคงทางเกษตรและอาหารพระพิรุณ กระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ เป็นประธานในพิธีมอบใบรับรองมาตรฐานสินค้าเกษตรการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีสำหรับพืช (GAP) ในการดำเนินงานโครงการราชบุรีประชารัฐ 2 “ผลผลิตเกษตรปลอดภัย พาไทยไปครัวโลก ด้วยมาตรฐาน (GAP)” ให้แก่เกษตรกรที่ผ่านการรับรอง จำนวน 38 ราย รวม 42 แปลง ซึ่งเป็นผลสำเร็จของการดำเนินโครงการที่เริ่มดำเนินการมาตั้งแต่เดือนพฤศจิกายน 2567 ต่อเนื่องถึงเดือนเมษายน 2568 และเสร็จสมบูรณ์เมื่อเดือนสิงหาคม 2568 ที่ผ่านมา ณ ที่ทำการผู้ใหญ่บ้านหมู่ 1 ตำบลดอนไผ่ อำเภอดำเนินสะดวก จังหวัดราชบุรี โดยมีนายคมกริช เจริญพัฒนสมบัติ รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดราชบุรี หัวหน้าส่วนราชการ ผู้แทนภาคเอกชน ผู้นำท้องถิ่น และพี่น้องเกษตรกรในพื้นที่ ร่วมให้การต้อนรับ OAE Participates in GAP Certification Award Ceremony, Advancing the Ratchaburi Pracharath 2 Project: “Safe Agricultural Produce: Driving Thailand to Become the Kitchen of the World” On Friday, July 31, 2026, Mr. Peeraphan Kothong, Secretary-General of the Office of Agricultural Economics (OAE), assigned Mr. Chanawat Sitthitoon, Deputy Secretary-General of the OAE, alongside Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 10, to join the official inspection visit in Ratchaburi Province led by Mr. Sorawut Nuengchamnong, Secretary to the Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives. At 09:40 AM, Mr. Sorawut designated Mr. Saranyasan Weerakulsundhorn, Deputy Commander of the Phra Phirun Joint Operations Center for Agriculture and Food Security (Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives), to preside over the Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) certification award ceremony. Under the Ratchaburi Pracharath 2 Project, themed “Safe Agricultural Produce: Driving Thailand to Become the Kitchen of the World through GAP Standards,” certificates were presented to 38 certified farmers covering a total of 42 farm plots.This achievement marks the successful outcome of the project, which commenced in November 2024, continued through April 2025, and reached completion in August 2025. The ceremony took place at the Village Headman’s Office, Village No. 1, Don Phai Sub-district, Damnoen Saduak District, Ratchaburi Province. The delegation was warmly welcomed by Mr. Komkrit Charoenphattanasombat, Deputy Governor of Ratchaburi Province, along with heads of local government agencies, private sector representatives, local leaders, and local farmers.

The ceremony was held in front of the Ratchaburi Provincial Gymnasium, Mueang Ratchaburi District, Ratchaburi Province.Miss Thitilak Khampa, Governor of Ratchaburi Province, led the oath-taking ceremony, with the participation of heads of government agencies, judicial officers, civil servants, state enterprise employees, military and police officers, the President of the Provincial Interior Housewives Association, representatives from the private sector, students, and members of the public.Ratchaburi Province organized the ceremony in celebration of the Auspicious Occasion of His Majesty the King’s Birthday Anniversary on 28 July 2026. The event provided an opportunity for civil servants and government officials to reaffirm their unwavering commitment to performing their duties in accordance with the royal aspirations, to uphold the highest standards of integrity as public servants, and to dedicate themselves to serving the people and contributing to the nation’s prosperity.The ceremony concluded with all participants singing the Royal Anthem (Sansoen Phra Barami) followed by the royal tribute song Sadudi Chom Raja.

The ceremony was held to express loyalty and profound gratitude for His Majesty’s boundless benevolence.The event took place in front of the Ratchaburi Provincial Gymnasium, Mueang Ratchaburi District, Ratchaburi Province. Miss Thitilak Khampa, Governor of Ratchaburi Province, presided over the ceremony as the lay representative, leading government officials and people from all sectors. The monastic ceremony was presided over by Phra Dharmapanyabhorn, Advisor to the Ecclesiastical Governor of Region 15 and Abbot of Wat Mahathat Worawihan. Also in attendance were heads of government agencies, judicial officers, civil servants, state enterprise employees, military and police officers, the President of the Provincial Interior Housewives Association, representatives from the private sector, students, and residents of Ratchaburi Province.The royal commemorative event included Buddhist chanting and a merit-making and alms-giving ceremony. At 7:00 a.m., the Governor of Ratchaburi Province, as the ceremony’s presiding official, lit incense and candles in homage to the Triple Gem and presented ceremonial incense and candle offerings before the royal portrait of His Majesty the King. Ten senior Buddhist monks then chanted sacred Buddhist prayers. The presiding official, together with senior government officials, presented robes and traditional offerings to the monks, who subsequently bestowed blessings. The Governor then led heads of government agencies and participants from all sectors in offering rice, dried food, and other essential items to 75 monks and novice monks as a royal merit-making tribute dedicated to His Majesty the King.

วันพฤหัสบดีที่ 23 กรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2569 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 พร้อมด้วยเจ้าหน้าที่ รับประทานอาหารร่วมกัน หลังจากนั้นได้ทำกิจกรรม ตีปิงปอง ถือเป็นการร่วมกิจกรรมสร้างความผาสุกและความผูกพันต่อองค์กร สร้างความสุขและคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีของบุคลากรของสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 ROAE10 Organizes Activities to Promote Employee Well-being and Organizational EngagementOn Thursday, 23 July 2026, Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 10 (ROAE10), together with the office staff, participated in activities aimed at promoting employee well-being and strengthening organizational engagement.The activities began with a shared meal, followed by a table tennis session. These activities were organized to foster a positive and supportive workplace, strengthen relationships among staff, and enhance the overall well-being and quality of life of personnel at the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 10.
