เมื่อวันจันทร์ที่ 29 กันยายน 2568 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 พร้อมด้วยข้าราชการ พนักงานราชการ และเจ้าหน้าที่ ร่วมกิจกรรมเคารพธงชาติและร้องเพลงชาติไทย เวลา 08.00 น. ณ บริเวณหน้าอาคารสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 (อาคารใหม่) เนื่องในวันพระราชทานธงชาติไทย 28 กันยายน (Thai National Flag Day) ประจำปี 2568 เพื่อสร้างความภาคภูมิใจของคนในชาติและเป็นการน้อมรำลึกในพระมหากรุณาธิคุณของพระบาทสมเด็จพระมงกุฎเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว รัชกาลที่ 6 ที่ทรงพระราชทานธงไตรรงค์เป็นธงชาติไทยมาจนถึงปัจจุบัน The Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10 Commemorates Thai National Flag Day, 28 September 2025 On Monday, 29 September 2025, Mr. Ki่jsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10, presided over the commemorative activity held on the occasion of Thai National Flag Day 2025. The event was attended by civil servants, government officers, and staff members, who collectively participated in the flag salutation ceremony and sang the Thai national anthem at 08:00 a.m. in front of the new building of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10. This activity was organized to cultivate a sense of national pride among Thai citizens and to express gratitude for the royal benevolence of His Majesty King Vajiravudh (King Rama VI), who graciously designated the tricolour flag (Thong Trairong) as the national flag of Thailand, which has been in use to the present day.

วันอังคารที่ 23 กันยายน พ.ศ. 2568 สำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรี (สศท.10) จัดกิจกรรมถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้และแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้แบ่งปันในองค์กร เรื่อง “รายงานภาวะเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร ระดับจังหวัด” โดยมีนายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรี เป็นประธาน พร้อมด้วยเจ้าหน้าที่ สศท.10 เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมในครั้งนี้ ณ ห้องประชุมสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10ซึ่งกิจกรรมที่ถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้และแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้แบ่งปันในองค์กรในครั้งนี้ มีนางสาวสิริวัฒน์ สุวรรณศรี นักวิเคราะห์นโยบายและแผนชำนาญการพิเศษ เป็นวิทยากร โดยได้ถ่ายทอดความรู้เกี่ยวกับ ความสำคัญของการจัดทำรายงานภาวะเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรระดับจังหวัด ความหมาย คำศัพท์เฉพาะ วิธีการอ่านและการแปลตัวเลขในรายงานฯ และองค์ประกอบของรายงานฯ พร้อมทั้งเทคนิคในการนำเสนอรายงานฯ ในเวทีการประชุมระดับจังหวัด เพื่อให้เจ้าหน้าที่ของ สศท.10 มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับรายงานภาวะเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร ระดับจังหวัด สามารถอฺธิบายและเผยแพร่ข้อมูลภาวะเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรระดับจังหวัดให้กับเจ้าหน้าที่จากหน่วยงานอื่นทั้งในและนอกกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ รวมถึงสามารถนำเสนอรายงานฯ ในเวทีการประชุมอื่นๆ ได้ในอนาคต OAE 10 Organizes Internal Knowledge Sharing Activity on “Provincial Agricultural Economic Report” On Tuesday, September 23, 2025, the Office of Agricultural Economics, Zone 10 (OAE 10), organized an internal knowledge transfer and sharing activity on the topic of the “Provincial Agricultural Economic Report.” The event was presided over by Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics, Zone 10, at the meeting room of the Office of Agricultural Economics, Zone 10 The session featured Ms. Siriwat Suwannasri, Plan and Policy Analyst, Senior Professional Level, as the guest speaker. She provided in-depth knowledge on the importance of preparing provincial agricultural economic reports, including definitions, technical terminology, methods for interpreting and analyzing data in the report, as well as the structure and key components of the report. She also shared effective techniques for presenting the report at provincial-level meetings. The objective of this activity was to enhance the understanding of OAE 10 staff regarding the provincial agricultural economic report, enabling them to effectively explain and disseminate agricultural economic data to officials from both within and outside the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, as well as to farmers. Moreover, the training aimed to equip staff with the skills needed to present the report in various future forums.

วันศุกร์ที่ 19 กันยายน 2568 เวลา 08.00 น. นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรี มอบหมายให้ นางสาวรัตนาภรณ์ โยชน์ชัยสาร ผู้อำนวยการส่วนแผนพัฒนาเขตเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร เข้าร่วมพิธีปล่อยพันธุ์สัตว์น้ำเนื่องใน “วันประมงแห่งชาติ” ประจำปี พ.ศ. 2568 ซึ่งตรงกับวันที่ 21 กันยายน ของทุกปี โดยมีนางสาววริษฐา สงวนเสริมศรี รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดราชบุรี เป็นประธานในพิธี เพื่อรณรงค์ให้ประชาชนตระหนักถึงคุณค่าของทรัพยากรสัตว์น้ำ ตลอดจนมีส่วนร่วมในการอนุรักษ์และฟื้นฟูทรัพยากรสัตว์น้ำ ให้สามารถใช้ประโยชน์ได้อย่างยั่งยืน โดยจัดให้มีการปล่อยพันธุ์สัตว์น้ำตามแหล่งน้ำสาธารณะเป็นการฟื้นฟูทรัพยากรสัตว์น้ำและเพิ่มผลผลิตสัตว์น้ำในแหล่งน้ำ เป็นแหล่งผลิตอาหารโปรตีนจากธรรมชาติและเพื่อให้ประชาชนในเขตพื้นที่และบริเวณโกล้เคียงได้ใช้ประโยชน์ ณ วัดเกตุน้อยอัมพวัน หมู่ที่ 9 ตำบลคุ้งกระถิน อำเภอเมืองราชบุรี จังหวัดราชบุรี OAE Zone 10 Participates in Fish Releasing Ceremony on the Occasion of “National Fisheries Day” 2025 On Friday, September 19, 2025, at 8:00 a.m., Mr. Kijsart Onngenthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics (OAE) Zone 10, Ratchaburi Province, assigned Ms. Rattanaporn Yohnchaisarn, Director of the Agricultural Economic Development Planning Division, to participate in the fish releasing ceremony in celebration of “National Fisheries Day” 2025, which is observed annually on September 21. The ceremony, presided over by Ms. Warittha Sanguansermsri, Deputy Governor of Ratchaburi Province, aimed to raise public awareness of the value of aquatic resources, as well as to encourage community participation in conservation and restoration efforts for sustainable use. As part of the event, aquatic animals were released into public water sources to rehabilitate fishery resources, increase aquatic production, and provide natural protein food sources. This initiative also ensures that local residents and neighboring communities can continue to benefit from these resources. The ceremony took place at Wat Ketnoi Amphawan, Village No. 9, Khung Krathin Sub-district, Mueang Ratchaburi District, Ratchaburi Province.

วันศุกร์ที่ 12 กันยายน 2568 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรี มอบหมายให้นางสาวรัตนาภรณ์ โยชน์ชัยสาร ผู้อำนวยการส่วนแผนพัฒนาเขตเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร เข้าร่วม ประชุมคณะกรรมการขับเคลื่อนงานด้านการเกษตรระดับจังหวัด ครั้งที่ 3/2568โดยมี นางสาวศิริวรรณ เครือเล็ก เกษตรและสหกรณ์จังหวัดเพชรบุรี เป็นประธานในการประชุม พร้อมด้วยหัวหน้าส่วนราชการในสังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เข้าร่วมประชุม ณ ห้องประชุมสำนักงานเกษตรและสหกรณ์จังหวัดเพชรบุรี อำเภอท่ายาง จังหวัดเพชรบุรี เพื่อพิจารณาการจัดชั้นคุณภาพแปลงใหญ่ ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2568 โครงการระบบส่งเสริมเกษตรแบบแปลงใหญ่ ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569 รวมทั้งติดตามการขับเคลื่อนงานด้านการเกษตร อาทิ การบริหารจัดการน้ำจังหวัดเพชรบุรี และการเตรียมการป้องกันอุทกภัย การควบคุม กำจัด ป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาโรคระบาดในพืชและสัตว์ รายงานผลการขับเคลื่อนโครงการอาหาร (นม) เพื่อเด็กและเยาวชน และการช่วยเหลือเกษตรกรผู้เลี้ยงโคนมจังหวัดเพชรบุรี OAE Zone 10 Participates in the Provincial Agriculture Steering Committee Meeting (Phetchaburi) On Friday, September 12, 2025, Mr. Kijsart Onngenthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics (OAE) Zone 10, Ratchaburi Province, assigned Ms. Rattanaporn Yohnchaisarn, Director of the Agricultural Economic Development Planning Division, to attend the 3/2025 meeting of the Provincial Agriculture Steering Committee in Phetchaburi. The meeting was chaired by Ms. Siriwan Kruelek, Provincial Agriculture and Cooperatives Officer of Phetchaburi, and attended by heads of relevant government agencies under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives. It was held at the Office of Agriculture and Cooperatives, Tha Yang District, Phetchaburi Province. Key agenda items included:• Consideration of quality classification for large-scale farming plots for the fiscal year 2025.• Review of the large-scale farming extension program for fiscal year 2026.• Monitoring of ongoing agricultural initiatives, including water management in Phetchaburi Province and flood prevention measures.• Control, prevention, and solutions for plant and animal disease outbreaks.• Progress report on the School Milk Program for children and youth.• Assistance measures for dairy farmers in Phetchaburi Province.

ในระหว่างวันที่ 2 – 14 กันยายน 2568 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 ได้มอบหมายให้เจ้าหน้าที่ส่วนแผนพัฒนาเขตเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร ลงพื้นที่ติดตามสถานการณ์การผลิตสินค้าเกษตรที่สำคัญของจังหวัดราชบุรี นครปฐม กาญจนบุรี สมุทรสาคร สมุทรสงคราม เพชรบุรี และประจวบคีรีขันธ์ โดยได้ติดตามสถานการณ์ด้านการผลิต การตลาด และราคา รวมไปถึงปัญหาและอุปสรรคจากเกษตรกร เพื่อจัดทำรายงานภาวะเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรไตรมาส 3 ปี 2568 และแนวโน้ม ปี 2568 ระดับจังหวัดต่อไป Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10 conducts field visits to monitor the agricultural economy at the provincial level. Between September 2 to 14, 2025, Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10, assigned staff from the Agricultural Economic Zone Development Division to conduct field visits to monitor the production situation of key agricultural products in Ratchaburi, Nakhon Pathom, Kanchanaburi, Samut Sakhon, Samut Songkhram, Phetchaburi, and Prachuap Khiri Khan provinces. The team is monitoring production, marketing, pricing, as well as issues and obstacles faced by farmers to prepare a report on the agricultural economic situation for the third quarter of 2025 and trends for 2025 at the provincial level.

วันพุธที่ 3 กันยายน 2568 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรี มอบหมายให้ นางสาวรัตนาภรณ์ โยชน์ชัยสาร ผู้อำนวยการส่วนแผนพัฒนาเขตเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร เข้าร่วมประชุมทบทวนและแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลเศรษฐกิจจังหวัดโดยมีนางสาวศิริกันยา ศรศิลป์ คลังจังหวัดเพชรบุรี เป็นประธานในการประชุม โดยมีหน่วยงานที่สนับสนุนข้อมูลและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง อาทิ สำนักงานเกษตรและสหกรณ์จังหวัดเพชรบุรี สำนักงานเกษตรจังหวัดเพชรบุรี สำนักงานประมงจังหวัดเพชรบุรี สำนักงานปศุสัตว์จังหวัดเพชรบุรี ศูนย์วิจัยข้าวราชบุรี สำนักงานพาณิชย์จังหวัดเพชรบุรี เพื่อทบทวนข้อมูลภาคการเกษตรให้มีความครบถ้วนและถูกต้องในการนำไปใช้กลั่นกรอง วิเคราะห์ และปรับให้เหมาะสมกับสถานการณ์จริง ณ ห้องประชุมสำนักงานเกษตรจังหวัดเพชรบุรี อำเภอเมืองเพชรบุรี จังหวัดเพชรบุรี OAE Zone 10 Participates in Provincial Economic Review and Data Exchange Meeting On Wednesday, September 3, 2025, Mr. Kijsart Onngenthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics (OAE) Zone 10, Ratchaburi Province, assigned Ms. Rattanaporn Yoschaissan, Director of the Agricultural Economic Development Planning Division, to attend the Provincial Economic Review and Data Exchange Meeting. The meeting was chaired by Ms. Sirikanya Sornsill, Phetchaburi Provincial Treasury Officer, with participation from supporting and relevant agencies, including the Phetchaburi Provincial Office of Agricultural and Cooperatives, Phetchaburi Provincial Agriculture Office, Phetchaburi Provincial Fisheries Office, Phetchaburi Provincial Livestock Office, Ratchaburi Rice Research Center, and Phetchaburi Provincial Commerce Office. The objective of the meeting was to review and update agricultural sector data to ensure completeness and accuracy, supporting its use for screening, analysis, and adjustment in line with the actual situation. The meeting was held at the Conference Room of the Phetchaburi Provincial Agriculture Office, Mueang District, Phetchaburi Province.

วันจันทร์ที่ 1 กันยายน 2568 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรี มอบหมายให้ นางสาวรัตนาภรณ์ โยชน์ชัยสาร ผู้อำนวยการส่วนแผนพัฒนาเขตเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร เข้าร่วมประชุมคณะทำงานส่งเสริมพัฒนาอาชีพและการตลาด ภายใต้คณะอนุกรรมการนโยบายที่ดิน (คทช.) จังหวัดเพชรบุรี ครั้งที่4/2568 โดยมีนางวันเพ็ญ มังศรี รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดเพชรบุรี เป็นประธานในการประชุม พร้อมด้วยผู้แทนส่วนราชการในและนอกสังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ อาทิ ปลัดจังหวัด โยธาธิการและผังเมือง เกษตรและสหกรณ์จังหวัดเพชรบุรี เพื่อพิจารณาการช่วยเหลือในการส่งเสริมพัฒนาอาชีพและการตลาดให้กับราษฎรในพื้นที่ คทช. เพิ่มเติม ณ ห้องประชุมชั้น 3 สำนักงานสหกรณ์จังหวัดเพชรบุรี OAE Zone 10 Attends the 4/2025 Meeting of the Working Group on Career Promotion and Marketing under the Provincial Land Policy Subcommittee (NTC) in Phetchaburi On Monday, September 1, 2025, Mr. Kijsart Onngenthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10, assigned Ms. Rattanaporn Yoschaishan, Director of the Agricultural Economic Development Planning Division, to attend the 4/2025 Meeting of the Working Group on Career Promotion and Marketing under the Provincial Land Policy Subcommittee (NTC) in Phetchaburi. The meeting was chaired by Mrs. Wanpen Mangsri, Deputy Governor of Phetchaburi Province, and attended by representatives from government agencies both within and outside the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, including the Provincial Permanent Secretary, Department of Public Works and Town & Country Planning, and the Provincial Office of Agriculture and Cooperatives. The agenda focused on considering additional measures to support career promotion and marketing development for people residing in the NTC-designated land areas. The meeting took place in the 3rd-floor conference room of the Phetchaburi Provincial Cooperative Office.
