วันพุธที่ 16 กรกฎาคม 2568 2568 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรีมอบหมายให้นางสาวรัชตา วุฒิกิจเจริญ ผู้อำนวยการส่วนวิจัยและประเมินผล สำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จ.ราชบุรี ร่วมประชุมติดตามการปฏิบัติราชการในสังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ ตามแผนการตรวจราชการของผู้ตรวจราชการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2568 รอบที่ 2 เขตตรวจราชการที่ 3 โดยมีนายประภาส ภิญโญชีพ ผู้ตรวจราชการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ เป็นประธานในการประชุมพร้อมกันด้วยกับหน่วยงานภายใต้สังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ในจังหวัดกาญจนบุรี เพื่อร่วมกันสรุปความก้าวหน้าผลการดำเนินงาน ตามนโยบายสำคัญของกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ 9 นโยบาย โดยหน่วยงานที่รับผิดชอบโครงการ และสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรได้รับผิดชอบนโยบายที่ 9 การอำนวยความสะดวกด้านการเกษตร โครงการป้องกันภัยพืชผลทางการเกษตร กิจกรรมคือการประกันภัยข้าวนาปี ปีการผลิต 2568 มีผลการดำเนินงานดังนี้1.ข้อเสนอโครงการประกันข้าวนาปี ปีการผลิต 2568 ได้ผ่านการพิจารณาจากคณะกรรมการขับเคลื่อนการประกันภัยการเกษตร (รองปลัด กษ.ภัทราภรณ์ โสเจยยะ ทำหน้าที่ประธานแทนปลัด กษ.) เมื่อวันที่ 8 เมษายน25682.เมื่อวันที่ 26 มิถุนายน 2568 ที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการนโยบายและบริหารข้าวแห่งชาติ (นบข.) ได้มีมติเห็นชอบในหลักการโครงการประกันข้าวนาปี ปี 2568 เรียบร้อยแล้ว3.เมื่อวันที่ 30 มิถุนายน 2568 ธนาคารเพื่อการเกษตรและสหกรณ์การเกษตร (ธ.ก.ส.) ได้มีการประชุมคณะกรรมการฝ่ายจัดการของธนาคาร และมีมติเห็นชอบอุดหนุนค่าเบี้ยประกันสำหรับลูกค้าสินเชื่อฯ หลังจากนี้จะนำเสนอต่อคณะกรรมการกลั่นกรอง และคณะกรรมการ ธ.ก.ส.(บอร์ด) เพื่อให้ความเห็นชอบก่อนนำเข้าสู่การพิจารณาของคณะรัฐมนตรีต่อไป OAE Zone 10 Participated in the 2nd Monitoring and Evaluation Meeting of the Inspector-General, Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, Fiscal Year 2025, in Kanchanaburi Province On Wednesday, July 16, 2025, Mr.Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Zone 10 (OAE Zone 10), Ratchaburi Province, assigned Ms. Ratchata Wuttikitcharoen, Director of the Research and Evaluation Division, OAE Zone 10, to attend the monitoring and evaluation meeting of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives under the annual inspection plan of the Inspector-General for Fiscal Year 2025 (2nd Round) in Inspection Area 3. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Prapas Phinyocheep, Inspector-General of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, and attended by various agencies under the Ministry in Kanchanaburi Province. The purpose was to present progress updates on the implementation of the Ministry’s nine key policy agendas. The Office of Agricultural Economics is responsible for Policy No. 9: “Facilitating Agricultural Services.” The key project under this policy is the “Crop Protection Insurance Program” with the main activity being the Rice Insurance Program for the 2025 production year. วันพุธที่ 16 กรกฎาคม 2568 นายนายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรี เป็นประธานในการประชุมระดมความคิดเห็น (Focus Group) การศึกษาแนวทางการยกระดับเกษตรกรและสถาบันเกษตรกรให้เป็นผู้ประกอบการให้บริการทางการเกษตร จัดโดยส่วนแผนพัฒนาเขตเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร โดยมีผู้เข้าร่วมประชุมประกอบด้วย นายกองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลเขาล้าน หน่วยงานในสังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องและเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกข้าว มะพร้าวน้ำหอม มะพร้าวผลแก่ เข้าร่วมประชุม ณ ห้องประชุมองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลเขาล้าน อำเภอทับสะแก จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ และผ่านระบบออนไลน์ Zoom Meeting เพื่อรับทราบผลการศึกษาเบื้องต้น เรื่องแนวทางการพัฒนาศักยภาพเกษตรกรและสถาบันเกษตรกรให้เป็นผู้ประกอบการให้บริการทางการเกษตร และร่วมกันหาแนวทางยกระดับศักยภาพเกษตรกรและสถาบันเกษตรกรให้เป็นผู้ประกอบการให้บริการทางการเกษตรและสร้างรายได้ให้กับครัวเรือนเกษตรกรและเพิ่มสัดส่วนมูลค่าภาคบริการทางการเกษตรต่อไปOAE Zone 10 Organizes Focus Group to Explore Strategies for Upgrading Farmers and Agricultural Institutions into Agricultural Service EntrepreneursOn Wednesday, July 16, 2025, the Office of Agricultural Economics Zone 10 (OAE Zone 10), Ratchaburi Province, assigned the Agricultural Economic Development Planning Division to organize a focus group discussion on “Strategies for Upgrading Farmers and Agricultural Institutions into Agricultural Service Entrepreneurs.”Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of OAE Zone 10, presided over the meeting. Participants included the President of the Khao Lan Subdistrict Administrative Organization, representatives from agencies under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, relevant stakeholders, and local farmers engaged in rice farming, aromatic coconut, and mature coconut production.The meeting was held at the meeting room of the Khao Lan Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Thap Sakae District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, and was also conducted via Zoom Meeting. The objective was to share preliminary study findings on enhancing the capacity of farmers and agricultural institutions to become service-oriented agricultural entrepreneurs. Participants also worked collaboratively to identify potential approaches for boosting farmer capacity, increasing household income, and expanding the value contribution of the agricultural service sector.

วันอังคารที่ 15 กรกฎาคม 2568 นายนายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรี มอบหมายให้ส่วนแผนพัฒนาเขตเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร จัดประชุมระดมความคิดเห็น (Focus Group) การศึกษาการประกันภัยสินค้ายางพารา โดยมีนายสะอาด อนุกูลประชา นายกองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลเขาล้าน เป็นประธานในการประชุม และมีหน่วยงานในสังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องและเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกยางพารา เข้าร่วมประชุม ณ ห้องประชุมองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลเขาล้าน อำเภอทับสะแก จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ และผ่านระบบออนไลน์ Zoom Meeting เพื่อรับทราบผลการศึกษาการประกันภัยสินค้ายางพารา และร่วมกันหาแนวทางการประกันภัยสินค้ายางพาราให้มีความเหมาะสมและสอดคล้องกับความต้องการของเกษตรกร โดยการเปิดโอกาสให้ทุกท่านได้แลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็น เสนอแนวทางที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อพี่น้องเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกยางพาราOAE10 Organizes Focus Group Meeting on Rubber Crop Insurance StudyOn Tuesday, July 15, 2025, Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics 10 (OAE10), Ratchaburi Province, assigned the Agricultural Economic Development Planning Division to organize a focus group meeting on the study of rubber crop insurance. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Sa-ard Anukulpracha, President of the Khao Lan Subdistrict Administrative Organization, and attended by representatives from agencies under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, relevant stakeholders, and rubber farmers. The session was held at the meeting room of the Khao Lan Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Thap Sakae District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, with additional participation via Zoom Meeting. The objective was to present the findings of the rubber crop insurance study and to collaboratively explore appropriate and practical insurance models that meet the needs of rubber farmers. The meeting provided a platform for all participants to share ideas and propose useful recommendations for the benefit of the rubber farming community.

วันพฤหัสบดีที่ 3 กรกฎาคม 2568 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรี มอบหมายให้ นางสาวรัตนาภรณ์ โยชน์ชัยสาร ผู้อำนวยการส่วนแผนพัฒนาเขตเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร เข้าร่วมประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการเพื่อทบทวนและจัดทำแผนพัฒนาการเกษตรและสหกรณ์ของจังหวัดสมุทรสาคร (พ.ศ. 2566 – 2570)ฉบับทบทวน ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2570 โดยมีนายบรรพต จันทรวงษ์ ปลัดจังหวัดสมุทรสาคร เป็นประธานการประชุมพร้อมด้วยผู้แทนจากภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน เกษตรกรและผู้เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อทบทวนและจัดทำแผนพัฒนาการเกษตรของจังหวัดสมุทรสาคร ณ ห้องประชุมบรูด้า ชั้น 4 ท่าเรือภัตตาคาร ตำบลมหาชัย อำเภอเมืองสมุทรสาคร จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร OAE Zone 10 Participates in Workshop to Review and Revise the Samut Sakhon Provincial Agricultural and Cooperative Development Plan (2023–2027) On Thursday, July 3, 2025, Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Zone 10 (Ratchaburi Province), assigned Ms. Rattanaporn Yodchaisarn, Director of the Agricultural Economic Development Planning Division, to participate in a workshop for the review and revision of the Samut Sakhon Provincial Agricultural and Cooperative Development Plan (2023–2027), Fiscal Year 2027 edition. The workshop was chaired by Mr. Banphot Chantrawong, Chief District Officer of Samut Sakhon Province, and attended by representatives from government agencies, the private sector, farmers, and other stakeholders. The objective was to collaboratively review and update the agricultural and cooperative development strategy for the province. The event was held at the Bruda Conference Room, 4th Floor, Tha Ruea Restaurant, Mahachai Subdistrict, Mueang Samut Sakhon District, Samut Sakhon Province.

วันอังคารที่ 1 กรกฎาคม 2568นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 พร้อมด้วยเจ้าหน้าที่ ร่วมกันจัดกิจกรรม 5ส. ทำความสะอาดและจัดระเบียบห้องทำงาน จัดสถานที่ภายในอาคาร และพื้นที่บริเวณโดยรอบสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 เพื่อเป็นการปรับปรุงสภาพแวดล้อมที่ทำงานให้เป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย สวยงามและน่าอยู่ อันจะส่งผลให้การทำงานเป็นระบบ และมีประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานมากขึ้น OAE Region 10 Conducts 5S Activity for 2025 – Second Round On Tuesday, July 1, 2025, Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10, together with the staff, organized the second 5S activity of the year. The team worked together to clean and organize their workspaces, arrange areas within the building, and tidy up the surroundings of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10. This initiative aims to improve the work environment, making it more orderly, pleasant, and conducive to efficiency. A clean and well-organized space contributes to a more systematic and productive work process.

The meeting was chaired by Ms. Siriwan Khruelak, Phetchaburi Provincial Agricultural and Cooperative Officer, and attended by representatives from both internal and external agencies under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives. Participants included representatives from the Rice Seed Center, the Provincial Commerce Office, and the Provincial Chamber of Commerce. The objective of the meeting was to review and consider the rice commodity-based development plan for Phetchaburi Province for the upcoming fiscal year, ensuring that the plan is aligned with the local agricultural context and national development goals. The meeting took place at the conference room of the Phetchaburi Provincial Agriculture and Cooperatives Office, Tha Yang District.
