วันศุกร์ที่ 28 พฤศจิกายน พ.ศ. 2568 สำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 (สศท.10) จัดกิจกรรมแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ภายในองค์กร ครั้งที่ 1 ปีงบประมาณ 2569 เรื่อง การสร้างเครือข่าย และพัฒนาทักษะพี่เลี้ยงกองทุนปรับโครงสร้างการผลิตภาคเกษตร (FTA) ให้แก่เจ้าหน้าที่และบุคลากรของ สศท.10 โดยมีนายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 เป็นประธานในกิจกรรมฯ และมีนายชลันธร เงินประดับ เศรษฐกรชำนาญการ เป็นผู้บรรยาย ซึ่งได้บรรยายและให้ความรู้ตั้งแต่ความหมายและที่มาของโครงการ คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัครขอรับการสนับสนุนจากกองทุนฯ เกณฑ์การพิจารณาเบื้องต้น ขั้นตอนการดำเนินงาน รายละเอียดการเขียนโครงการเพื่อขอรับการสนับสนุนฯ และแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นเพิ่มเติมระหว่างผู้บรรยายกับผู้เข้ารับฟังการบรรยายในครั้งนี้ เพื่อเป็นความรู้เบื้องต้น และเป็นประโยชน์ต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ สศท.10 ให้สามารถตอบข้อซักถาม แนะนำและเผยแพร่โครงการฯ ดังกล่าว ให้แก่เกษตรกรในพื้นที่รับผิดชอบได้อย่างถูกต้อง OAE 10 Organizes Internal Knowledge-Sharing Activity for The Staff. On Friday, 28 November 2025, the Office of Agricultural Economics Zone 10 (OAE 10) organized its first internal knowledge-sharing activity for Fiscal Year 2026 under the theme Building Networks and Developing Mentoring Skills for the Agricultural Production Restructuring Fund (FTA) for the staff.Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of OAE Zone 10, presided over the activity, while Mr. Chalanthorn Ngernpradab, Senior Agricultural Economist, served as the lecturer. The session covered topics ranging from the definition and background of the project, eligibility criteria for applicants, initial assessment guidelines, operational procedures, and details on drafting project proposals for fund requests.The event also included an open discussion session, allowing participants to exchange ideas and gain a deeper understanding of the fund. This knowledge will enable OAE Zone 10 staff to respond to inquiries, provide guidance, and disseminate accurate information about the project to farmers within their responsible areas.

The meeting was held at the Erawan Meeting Room, 4th Floor, Kanchanaburi Provincial Hall, and chaired by Mr. Sitthiweer Wannapruek, Deputy Governor of Kanchanaburi Province.The meeting brought together heads of government agencies and relevant organizations to continue advancing the policies of the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives (Captain Thammanat Prompao), monitor progress on directives issued by the Minister and Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives, oversee the implementation of the “Phirunrat Agricultural Service Center,” manage agricultural disaster situations in Kanchanaburi Province, and consider the development of the provincial monthly agricultural production calendar for food security and nutrition management for 2025. The information generated will be utilized for the benefit of Kanchanaburi Province.

วันอังคารที่ 25 พฤศจิกายน พ.ศ. 2568 เวลา 07.00 น. นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 มอบหมายให้เจ้าหน้าที่ส่วนวิจัยและประเมินผล ร่วมพิธีเจริญพระพุทธมนต์ พิธีวางพวงมาลาถวายราชสักการะพระบาทสมเด็จพระมงกุฎเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว และพิธีวางพานพุ่มดอกไม้ถวายสักการะสมเด็จพระเจ้าภคินีเธอ เจ้าฟ้าเพชรรัตนราชสุดา สิริโสภาพัณณวดี และทำบุญตักบาตรถวายพระราชกุศล โดยมีนางสาวฐิติลักษณ์ คำพา ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดราชบุรี เป็นประธานในพิธี พร้อมด้วยหัวหน้าส่วนราชการ หน่วยงานรัฐวิสาหกิจ องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น ภาคเอกชน และภาคประชาชน ณ บริเวณด้านหน้าอาคารโรงยิมเนเซี่ยมราชบุรี อำเภอเมืองราชบุรี จังหวัดราชบุรี Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10 participated in the ceremony honoring His Majesty King Rama VI on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of his death on November 25, 2025, and in honoring Her Royal Highness Princess Bejaratana Rajasuda Siri Sobhaphannawadi on the occasion of her 100th birthday on November 24, 2025.On Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at 7:00 a.m., Mr. Kijsart Onngenthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10, assigned staff from the Research and Evaluation Division to participate in Buddhist chanting, wreath-laying ceremony for His Majesty King Rama VI, and floral wreath-laying ceremony for Her Royal Highness Princess Bejaratana Rajasuda Siri Sobhaphannawadi. The ceremony also included alms-giving to monks in honor of Her Royal Highness Princess Bejaratana Rajasuda Siri Sobhaphannawadi. Ms. Thitilak Khampha, Governor of Ratchaburi Province, presided over the ceremony, along with heads of government agencies. State enterprises, local administrative organizations, private sector and the public sector at the front of the Ratchaburi Gymnasium building, Mueang Ratchaburi District, Ratchaburi Province.

The meeting included an explanation of the operational procedures and preparations for the project. Mr. Suphat Onkhong, Ratchaburi Provincial Agricultural Officer, presided over the meeting at the Ratchaburi Provincial Agricultural Office meeting room, Mueang District, Ratchaburi Province.

ในระหว่างวันที่ 17 – 23 พฤศจิกายน 2568 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 ได้มอบหมายให้เจ้าหน้าที่ส่วนแผนพัฒนาเขตเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร ลงพื้นที่ติดตามสถานการณ์การผลิตสินค้าเกษตรที่สำคัญของจังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ เพชรบุรี กาญจนบุรี นครปฐม และสมุทรสาคร โดยได้ติดตามสถานการณ์ด้านการผลิต การตลาด และราคา รวมไปถึงปัญหาและอุปสรรคจากเกษตรกร เพื่อจัดทำรายงานภาวะเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรระดับจังหวัด และระดับภาค (ภาคกลาง) ปี 2568 และแนวโน้ม ปี 2569 ต่อไป Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10 conducts field visits to monitor the agricultural economy at the provincial level and regional levels (Central Region). Between November 17 to 23, 2025, Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10, assigned staff from the Agricultural Economic Zone Development Division to conduct field visits to monitor the production situation of key agricultural products in Prachuap Khiri Khan, Phetchaburi, Kanchanaburi, Nakhon Pathom and Samut Sakhon provinces. The team is monitoring production, marketing, pricing, as well as issues and obstacles faced by farmers to prepare a report on the agricultural economic situation at the provincial and regional levels (Central Region) in 2025 and trends for 2026 onwards.

ันอังคารที่ 18 พฤศจิกายน 2568 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรี มอบหมายให้นางสาวรัตนาภรณ์ โยชน์ชัยสาร ผู้อำนวยการส่วนแผนพัฒนาเขตเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร เข้าร่วมประชุมศูนย์ติดตามและแก้ไขปัญหาภัยพิบัติด้านการเกษตรจังหวัดราชบุรี ครั้งที่ 10/2568 ณ ห้องประชุมสำนักงานเกษตรและสหกรณ์จังหวัดราชบุรี และผ่านระบบออนไลน์ Zoom Meeting โดยมีนายวิทยา แก้วมี ผู้ตรวจราชการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ เป็นประธานการประชุม เพื่อติดตามการคาดหมายลักษณะอากาศ สถานการณ์และการบริหารจัดการน้ำในจังหวัด การแจ้งเตือนภัยด้านการเกษตร ด้านพืช ประมง ปศุสัตว์ การเตรียมการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาการเผาในพื้นที่เกษตร และเตรียมความพร้อมจัดทำแผนป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัยด้านการเกษตรในช่วงภัยแล้ง ปี 2568/69 Meeting of the Ratchaburi Provincial Center for Monitoring and Resolving Agricultural Disaster Issues No. 10/2025On Tuesday, 18 November 2025, Mr. Kitsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10, Ratchaburi Province, assigned Ms. Rattanaporn Yohnchaisarn, Director of the Agricultural Economic Development Planning Division, to attend the 10/2025 Meeting of the Ratchaburi Provincial Center for Monitoring and Resolving Agricultural Disaster Issues. The meeting was held at the Meeting Room of the Provincial Office of Agriculture and Cooperatives, Ratchaburi, and via Zoom Meeting.The session was chaired by Mr. Wittaya Kaewmee, Inspector-General of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives. The meeting aimed to follow up on the weather outlook, water situation and management in the province, and agricultural disaster warnings across crop, fisheries, and livestock sectors. Discussions also covered preparedness and mitigation measures for agricultural burning, as well as preparations for the Agricultural Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Plan for the 2025/26 drought season.
