วันอังคารที่ 18 พฤศจิกายน 2568 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรี มอบหมายให้นางสาวรัชตา วุฒิกิจเจริญ ผู้อำนวยการส่วนวิจัยและประเมินผล เข้าร่วมประชุมศูนย์ติดตามและแก้ไขปัญหาภัยพิบัติด้านการเกษตรจังหวัดนครปฐม ครั้งที่ 11/2568 โดยมีนางสาวเอื้องพร นพคุณ เกษตรและสหกรณ์จังหวัดนครปฐม เป็นประธานการประชุม ณ ห้องประชุมสำนักงานเกษตรและสหกรณ์จังหวัดนครปฐม เพื่อการรับมือจากสถานการณ์ อุทกภัย 2568 ภัยแล้ง 2568/2569 และการบริหารจัดการน้ำในจังหวัด การแจ้งเตือนภัยด้านการเกษตร ด้านพืช ประมง ปศุสัตว์ การเตรียมการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาการเผาในพื้นที่เกษตร และเตรียมความพร้อมจัดทำแผนป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัยด้านการเกษตรในช่วงภัยแล้ง ปี 2568/69 The Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10 (OAE 10) participated in a meeting of the Agricultural Disaster Monitoring and Mitigation Center, Nakhon Pathom Province.On Tuesday, 18 November 2025, Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10, Ratchaburi Province, assigned Ms. Ratchata Wuttikcharoen, Director of the Research and Evaluation Division, to attend the 11th Meeting (2025) of the Agricultural Disaster Monitoring and Mitigation Center of Nakhon Pathom Province. The meeting was chaired by Ms. Ueangporn Noppakhun, Provincial Agriculture and Cooperatives Officer of Nakhon Pathom, and was held at the meeting room of the Office of Agriculture and Cooperatives, Nakhon Pathom Province.The meeting aimed to address preparedness and response measures for the 2025 flood situation, the 2025/2026 drought, and provincial water management, including agricultural disaster early warning systems for crops, fisheries, and livestock. It also covered preparations for the prevention and mitigation of agricultural burning, as well as readiness for the formulation of the Agricultural Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Plan during the drought period of 2025/2026.

The meeting was chaired by Ms. Siriwan Khruealek, Phetchaburi Provincial Agriculture and Cooperatives Officer, with the participation of heads of relevant government agencies under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives. The meeting was held at the Conference Room of the Phetchaburi Provincial Office of Agriculture and Cooperatives, Tha Yang District, Phetchaburi Province. The meeting aimed to consider the preparation of the Agricultural Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Plan during the dry season for Fiscal Year 2025/2026 in Phetchaburi Province. In addition, participants were informed of measures to prevent and address agricultural burning for Fiscal Year 2025/2026, as well as reports on assistance provided to farmers affected by agricultural disasters.

วันที่พฤหัสบดีที่ 11 ธันวาคม 2568 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรี มอบหมายให้นางสาวรัชตา วุฒิกิจเจริญ ผู้อำนวยการส่วนวิจัยและประเมินผล เข้าร่วมพิธีเปิดงานโดยมีนายพุทธพงษ์ สุริยะสิงห์ รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดราชบุรี เป็นประธานเปิดงานโครงการคลินิกเกษตรเคลื่อนที่ในพระราชานุเคราะห์สมเด็จพระบรมโอรสาธิราช ฯ สยามมกุฎราชกุมาร ที่ศาลาเอนกประสงค์เทศบาลตำบลด่านทับตะโก อำเภอจอมบึง จังหวัดราชบุรี ซึ่งสำนักงานเกษตรจังหวัดราชบุรี ร่วมกับหน่วยงานในสังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ จังหวัดราชบุรี จัดขึ้นเพื่อให้บริการแก่เกษตรกรในการแก้ไขปัญหาด้านการผลิตทางการเกษตรได้อย่างรวดเร็ว และสอดคล้องกับความต้องการของเกษตรกร ซึ่งมีการบูรณาการความร่วมมือกัน ระหว่างหน่วยงานวิชาการ หน่วยงานส่งเสริมการเกษตร และหน่วยงานอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ร่วมพัฒนาฟื้นฟูเกษตรกร ให้สามารถทำการผลิตทางการเกษตรได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และยั่งยืน โครงการคลินิกเกษตรเคลื่อนที่ฯ ในครั้งนี้เป็นการดำเนินการไตรมาสที่ 1 ซึ่งจะจัดขึ้นทุก 3 เดือน ตลอดปีงบประมาณ 2569 โดยกิจกรรมภายในงานมีหน่วยงานในจังหวัดราชบุรี สังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ ภาคเอกชน และหน่วยจิตอาสา 904 จังหวัดราชบุรี บูรณาการออกหน่วยบริการประชาชน อาทิ คลินิกด้านดิน, พืช, ปศุสัตว์, ประมง, ชลประทาน, ข้าว, การทำบัญชีครัวเรือน, กฎหมาย, สหกรณ์, บริการด้านสาธารณสุข ตรวจสารพิษตกค้างในเลือด การสาธิตการใช้พลังงานให้คุ้มค่า และทำหมันฉีดวัคซีนสัตว์เลี้ยง เป็นต้น การออกร้านจำหน่ายสินค้าเกษตร ซึ่งมีเกษตรกร และประชาชนในพื้นที่และใกล้เคียงสนใจมารับบริการกว่า 200 คน OAE Region 10 Participates in the Opening Ceremony of the Mobile Agricultural Clinic Project in Dan Thap Takhro Subdistrict, Chom Bueng District, Ratchaburi ProvinceOn Thursday 11 December 2025, Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10, Ratchaburi Province, assigned Ms. Ratchata Wutthikitcharoen, Director of the Research and Evaluation Division, to participate in the opening ceremony of the Mobile Agricultural Clinic Project under the Royal Patronage of His Royal Highness the Crown Prince. The event was presided over by Mr. Putthapong Suriyasinh, Deputy Governor of Ratchaburi Province, and held at the Dan Thap Takhro Subdistrict Municipality Multi-purpose Pavilion, Chom Bueng District, Ratchaburi Province.The project was organized by the Ratchaburi Provincial Agriculture Office in collaboration with agencies under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives in Ratchaburi Province. Its objective is to provide agricultural services to farmers, enabling prompt resolution of production-related issues in alignment with farmers’ needs. The project integrates cooperation among academic institutions, agricultural extension agencies, and other relevant organizations to support and rehabilitate farmers, helping them achieve efficient and sustainable agricultural production.This Mobile Agricultural Clinic activity marks the first-quarter implementation and will be conducted every three months throughout Fiscal Year 2026. The event featured service units from various agencies in Ratchaburi Province under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, as well as private sector partners and the Ratchaburi Volunteer Unit 904. Services offered included soil, crop, livestock, fisheries, irrigation, and rice clinics; household accounting guidance; legal and cooperative consultations; public health services; blood toxin screening; demonstrations on energy-efficient practices; and sterilization and vaccination services for pets. Agricultural product booths were also available.The event drew the interest of more than 200 farmers and local residents who participated and received services.

วันจันทร์ที่ 8 ธันวาคม 2568 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรี มอบหมายให้นางสาวรัชตา วุฒิกิจเจริญ เข้าร่วมประชุมคณะทำงานด้านการส่งเสริมพัฒนาอาชีพและการตลาด จังหวัดราชบุรี ครั้งที่ 1/2569 โดยมีนางสาววริษฐา สงวนเสริมศรี รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดราชบุรี เป็นประธานในการประชุม ณ ห้องประชุมลำภาชี ชั้น 5 ศาลากลางจังหวัดราชบุรี วัตถุประสงค์ในการประชุมครั้งนี้เพื่อติดตามผลการปฏิบัติงานโครงการส่งเสริมและพัฒนาอาชีพเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาที่ดินทำกินให้แก่เกษตรกร ตามกรอบภารกิจ 6 ด้าน ภายใต้โครงการจัดที่ดินตามนโยบายของรัฐบาล ทั้งนี้ในปี 2569 ทางคณะทำงานฯ ได้มีแผนการจัดอบรมให้ความรู้แก่เกษตรกร ควบคู่กับแผนการพัฒนาอาชีพและการตลาด แผนการส่งเสริมการรวมกลุ่ม และมอบหมายให้หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องดำเนินการตามแผนงานและรับทราบผลการดำเนินงานต่อไป On Monday, 8 December 2025, Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10, Ratchaburi Province, assigned Ms. Ratchata Wuttikitcharoen to attend the Meeting of the Working Group on Career Development and Marketing Promotion of Ratchaburi Province (Session 1/2026). The meeting was chaired by Ms. Warittha Sanguansermsri, Deputy Governor of Ratchaburi Province, and was held at Lamphachi Meeting Room, 5th Floor, Ratchaburi Provincial Hall.The objective of this meeting was to follow up on the implementation progress of the Career Promotion and Development Project aimed at addressing issues related to agricultural land use for farmers, in line with the six task frameworks under the Government’s Land Allocation Policy. For the year 2026, the Working Group has planned training programs to enhance farmers’ knowledge alongside career and marketing development plans, as well as initiatives to promote farmer group formation. Relevant agencies were assigned to carry out the planned activities and to report on future operational progress accordingly.

วันพฤหัสบดีที่ 4 ธันวาคม 2568 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรี มอบหมายให้ นางสาวรัชตา วุฒิกิจเจริญ ผู้อำนวยการส่วนวิจัยและประเมินผล พร้อมด้วยเจ้าหน้าที่ เข้าร่วมหารือแนวทางการติดตามผลการส่งเสริมการดำเนินงานศูนย์สาธิตสหกรณ์โครงการหุบกะพง โดยมี นางสาวสุธาทิพย์ สัจจมาศ ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์สาธิตสหกรณ์โครงการหุบกะพง พร้อมด้วยบุคลากรศูนย์สาธิตฯ เข้าร่วมให้ข้อมูล และนำพาเยี่ยมชมกิจกรรมการส่งเสริมอาชีพให้กับเกษตรกรที่เป็นสมาชิกในโครงการหุบกระพง ประกอบด้วย 1) กิจกรรมแปรรูปผลิตภัณฑ์จักสานป่านศรนารายณ์ 2) กิจกรรมกลุ่มการเลี้ยงโคเนื้อ รวมเจริญฟาร์ม และ 3) กิจกรรมการทำเกษตรอินทรีย์ บ้านไร่ยอดสุข ชีวะวิถีแบบพอเพียง Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10 participated in a discussion on monitoring the results of the promotion of the Hub Kapong Cooperative Demonstration Center. On Thursday, December 4, 2025, Mr. Kijsart Onngenthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics 10, Ratchaburi Province, assigned Ms. Ratchata Wuttikitcharoen, Director of the Research and Evaluation Division, and staff to discuss monitoring the results of the promotion of the Hub Kapong Cooperative Demonstration Center. Ms. Suthatip Sajjamas, Director of the Hub Kapong Cooperative Demonstration Center, along with center personnel, provided information and led a tour of the career promotion activities for farmers participating in the Hub Kapong project, including: 1) Sisal hemp product processing activities; 2) Ruam Charoen Farm beef cattle raising group activities; and 3) Ban Rai Yod Suk organic farming activities, a self-sufficient lifestyle.

ระหว่างวันที่ 1 -3 ธันวาคม 2568 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรี มอบหมายให้ เจ้าหน้าที่ส่วนสารสนเทศการเกษตร สศท.10เข้าร่วมอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ “การเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการจัดเก็บข้อมูลต้นทุนพืช อัตราจ้างและเครื่องจักรกลการเกษตร” โดยมี นางธัญธิตา บุญยมณีกุล รองเลขาธิการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร เป็นประธานเปิดการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ “การเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการจัดเก็บข้อมูลต้นทุนการผลิตพืช อัตราจ้างและเครื่องจักรกลการเกษตร” ในการนี้ ดร.กฤช เอี่ยมฐานนท์ ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์สารสนเทศการเกษตร ได้กล่าวรายงานวัตถุประสงค์การจัดอบรม จากนั้นผู้เข้าร่วมได้รับฟังการบรรยายเรื่อง นโยบาย Agriculture Service Provider (ASP) และแนวทางสำรวจอัตราค่าบริการเครื่องจักรกลการเกษตร เพื่อสร้างความเข้าใจเชิงลึกด้านกระบวนการสำรวจข้อมูลภาคเกษตร ในระหว่างการอบรมได้มีการให้ผู้เข้าร่วมฝึกอบรม ศึกษาดูงาน ณ เจียไต๋ เอ็กซ์พีเรียนซ์ จ.ฉะเชิงเทรา และ คูโบต้า ฟาร์ม จ.ชลบุรี และลงพื้นที่ปฏิบัติงานจริงในแปลงทดสอบ จำนวน 4 จุด ได้แก่ ตำบลหนองปรือ (จุดที่ 1–2) ตำบลหมอนนาง (จุดที่ 3) และตำบลวัดโบสถ์ (จุดที่ 4) อำเภอพนัสนิคม จังหวัดชลบุรี เพื่อฝึกเก็บข้อมูลอัตราค่าบริการเครื่องจักรกลการเกษตรทั้งภาคสนาม พร้อมฝึกคำนวณอัตราค่าจ้างในช่วงเย็น เพื่อให้ผู้เข้าร่วมสามารถนำองค์ความรู้ไปประยุกต์ใช้กับการปฏิบัติงานจริงได้อย่างถูกต้องและเป็นมาตรฐาน OAE 10 Participates in Workshop on “Enhancing Efficiency in Collecting Crop Cost, Wage Rate, and Agricultural Machinery Data” in Chachoengsao and Chonburi Provinces. From December 1 – 3, 2025, Mr. Kitsarat Ongerntayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics (OAE) 10, Ratchaburi Province, assigned staff from the Agricultural Information Section of OAE 10 to attend the practical workshop on “Enhancing Efficiency in Collecting Crop Cost, Wage Rate, and Agricultural Machinery Data.” The workshop on “Enhancing Efficiency in Collecting Crop Production Cost, Wage Rate, and Agricultural Machinery Data” was officially opened by Mrs. Thantita Boonyamaneekul, Deputy Secretary-General of the Office of Agricultural Economics. Dr. Krit Eamthanon, Director of the Agricultural Information Center, reported on the objectives of the training. Subsequently, participants received a lecture on the Agriculture Service Provider (ASP) Policy and guidelines for surveying agricultural machinery service rates, aiming to build an in-depth understanding of the agricultural data survey process. During the training, participants conducted study visits to Chia Tai Experience in Chachoengsao Province and Kubota Farm in Chonburi Province. They also performed hands-on field work at four test plots in Phanat Nikhom District, Chonburi Province, specifically in: Nong Prue Subdistrict (Points 1–2) Mon Nang Subdistrict (Point 3) Wat Bot Subdistrict (Point 4) The field practice focused on collecting data on agricultural machinery service rates. This was followed by an evening session dedicated to practicing the calculation of wage rates, ensuring that participants can accurately and systematically apply the knowledge to their real-world operations.

วันศุกร์ที่ 28 พฤศจิกายน 2568 เวลา 10.00 น. นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรี มอบหมายให้ นางสาวสิริวัฒน์ สุวรรณศรี นักวิเคราะห์นโยบายและแผนชำนาญการพิเศษ ร่วมงานประชาสัมพันธ์มะพร้าวน้ำหอมของดี จังหวัดราชบุรี ภายใต้แนวคิด “Coconut GI & Food Fair @ Ratchaburi” โครงการพัฒนาการเกษตรเพื่อเพิ่มมูลค่าสินค้าเกษตรของดีราชบุรี ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569 โดยมีนายคมกริช เจริญพัฒนสมบัติ รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดราชบุรี เป็นประธานเปิดงานฯ ซึ่งสำนักงานเกษตรจังหวัดราชบุรีจัดขึ้นเพื่อประชาสัมพันธ์และสร้างการรับรู้มะพร้าวน้ำหอมจังหวัดราชบุรีให้เป็นที่รู้จักมากขึ้น ภายในงานประกอบด้วย นิทรรศการแสดงมะพร้าวน้ำหอมและของดีจังหวัดราชบุรี การจำหน่ายมะพร้าวน้ำหอม ผลิตภัณฑ์จากมะพร้าวน้ำหอม และสินค้าโดดเด่นของดีจังหวัดราชบุรี อาทิ พันธุ์มะพร้าวน้ำหอม สังขยามะพร้าวน้ำหอม ไข่ผำ มะนาว น้ำผึ้ง หม้อแกงโบราณ บ้าบิ่นมะพร้าวน้ำหอม กุ้งย่าง ไก่งวง น้ำผึ้งชันโรง ฯลฯ จำนวนมากกว่า 30 ร้านค้า ทั้งนี้งานจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 28-30 พฤศจิกายน 2568 ณ บริเวณศูนย์จำหน่ายสินค้าเกษตรจังหวัดราชบุรี (OTOP) ตำบลวัดแก้ว อำเภอบางแพ จังหวัดราชบุรี Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10 (OAE 10), Ratchaburi Province28 November 2025OAE Region 10 Joins “Coconut GI & Food Fair @ Ratchaburi” to Promote Ratchaburi’s Signature Aromatic CoconutOn Friday, 28 November 2025 at 10.00 a.m., Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10 (OAE 10), Ratchaburi Province, assigned Ms. Siriwat Suwannasri, Senior Policy and Planning Analyst, to attend the promotional event for Ratchaburi’s renowned aromatic coconut under the theme “Coconut GI & Food Fair @ Ratchaburi.” The event is part of the Agricultural Development Project for Value Addition of Ratchaburi’s Premium Agricultural Products for Fiscal Year 2026.The event was presided over by Mr. Komgrit Charoenphattanasombat, Deputy Governor of Ratchaburi Province. Organized by the Ratchaburi Provincial Agricultural Office, the fair aims to promote and raise awareness of Ratchaburi aromatic coconut, a distinguished agricultural product widely recognized for its quality.The fair featured an exhibition showcasing aromatic coconuts and other outstanding local products, along with sales of fresh coconuts, coconut-based products, and various signature goods of Ratchaburi Province. These included aromatic coconut varieties, coconut custard (Sangkhaya), Wolffia (“Kai Pam”), limes, honey, traditional Thai custard desserts, coconut babing cakes, grilled prawns, turkey products, stingless bee honey, and more—offered by over 30 vendors.The event is being held from 28–30 November 2025 at the Ratchaburi Provincial Agricultural Products Distribution Center (OTOP), Wat Kaew Subdistrict, Bang Phae District, Ratchaburi Province.
