ผอ.สศท.10 ร่วมพิธีเปิด “ศูนย์ปฏิบัติการฝนหลวงภาคใต้ตอนบน” จังหวัดเพชรบุรี วันที่ 17 กรกฎาคม 2568นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 (สศท.10) เข้าร่วมพิธีเปิดอาคาร ศูนย์ปฏิบัติการฝนหลวงภาคใต้ตอนบน ณ ตำบลสามพระยา อำเภอชะอำ จังหวัดเพชรบุรี 📌 ศูนย์แห่งนี้มีบทบาทสำคัญในการปฏิบัติภารกิจฝนหลวง ครอบคลุมพื้นที่ 8 จังหวัด ได้แก่✅ เพชรบุรี✅ ประจวบคีรีขันธ์✅ ราชบุรี✅ สมุทรปราการ✅ สมุทรสาคร✅ สมุทรสงคราม✅ ชุมพร✅ ระนอง โดยมี พลอากาศเอกชลิต พุกผาสุข องคมนตรี ให้เกียรติเป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดอย่างเป็นทางการ 👏🎖️ Director of OAE Region 10 Attends the Inauguration Ceremony of the Upper Southern Royal Rainmaking Operations Center Building in Phetchaburi Province On Thursday, 17 July 2025, Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10, attended the inauguration ceremony of the Upper Southern Royal Rainmaking Operations Center building, located in Sam Phraya Subdistrict, Cha-am District, Phetchaburi Province. The center is responsible for operations across eight provinces in the upper southern region, namely Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Ratchaburi, Samut Prakan, Samut Sakhon, Samut Songkhram, Chumphon, and Ranong. The inauguration ceremony was presided over by Air Chief Marshal Chalit Pukbhasuk, Privy Councillor.

วันอังคารที่ 15 กรกฎาคม 2568 นางธัญธิตา บุญญมณีกุล รองเลขาธิการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร พร้อมด้วยผู้แทนศูนย์สารสนเทศการเกษตรและศูนย์ประเมินผลเข้าตรวจเยี่ยมการดำเนินงานของสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 รับฟังผลการดำเนินงาน ปัญหา อุปสรรค การดำเนินงานที่ผ่านมา พร้อมแนะแนวทางในการปฏิบัติงาน อีกทั้งเยี่ยมชมความเรียบร้อยและความก้าวหน้าในการดำเนินงานโครงการก่อสร้างอาคารสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 โดยมี นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 พร้อมเจ้าหน้าที่ให้การต้อนรับ จากนั้นในช่วงบ่ายได้ลงพื้นที่เยี่ยมชมสวนทุเรียนตะนาวศรีราชบุรี สวนผู้ใหญ่โชติ ตำบลยางหัก อำเภอปากท่อ จังหวัดราชบุรี เพื่อเยี่ยมเยียนเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกทุเรียน พร้อมให้คำแนะนำช่องทางการตลาดและการนำผลผลิตมาจำหน่าย ซึ่งมีนายโชติ คุ้มครอง เจ้าของสวน นำเยี่ยมชมและให้การต้อนรับ Mrs. Thanthita Boonyamanikul, Deputy Secretary-General of the Office of Agricultural Economics, visited the operations of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10 RatchaburiProvince. On Tuesday, July 15, 2025, Mrs. Thanthita Boonyamanikul, Deputy Secretary-General of the Office of Agricultural Economics, along with representatives from the Agricultural Information Center and the Evaluation Center, visited the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10. The purpose of the visit was to review its operations, listen to reports on performance, challenges, and obstacles encountered, and provide guidance on operational practices. They also inspected the progress and organization of the construction project for the new office building of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10. The delegation was welcomed by Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10, along with staff members. In the afternoon, the group visited the Tanao Sri Durian Orchard in Ratchaburi Province, specifically Phuyai Chot’s orchard located in Yang Hak Subdistrict, Pak Tho District. The purpose was to meet with durian farmers and offer advice on marketing channels and product distribution. Mr. Chot Khumkhrong, the orchard owner, welcomed and guided the delegation through the visit.

วันพฤหัสบดีที่ 12 มิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2568 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 ได้รับเชิญให้เป็นวิทยากรร่วมบรรยายในการฝึกอบรม เรื่อง การบริหารจัดการข้อมูลขนาดใหญ่ Big Data เพื่อการพยากรณ์ข้อมูลสินค้าเกษตร ให้แก่ผู้เข้าร่วมฝึกอบรม จำนวน 100 คน ผ่านทางระบบออนไลน์ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ผู้เข้าร่วมการฝึกอบรมสามรถปฏิบัติตนในฐานะนักบริหารระดับกลาง เข้าใจบทบาทหน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ มีความพร้อมทางด้านภาวะผู้นำและการบริหารจัดการทีมงาน เข้าใจวิธีคิดและการทำงานแบบ Agile Leader สามารถปรับแนวคิด มุมมอง วิธีการทำงาน การสื่อสาร บุคลิกภาพ ตลอดจนวิธีการแก้ปัญหาที่เหมาะสมกับการบริหารองค์กร เชื่อมโยงบูรณาการปรับตัวให้มีความยืดหยุ่นในวิธีคิดและการทำงาน Director of OAE Region 10 Invited as a Guest Speaker in the 2025 Intermediate Agricultural Extension Executive Program (IAEEP) On Thursday, June 12, 2025, Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10, was invited as a guest speaker in a training session under the 2025 Intermediate Agricultural Extension Executive Program (IAEEP). He delivered a lecture on the topic “Big Data Management for Agricultural Product Forecasting” to approximately 100 participants via an online platform. The objective of the training is to enable participants, as mid-level executives, to understand their roles and responsibilities, demonstrate leadership and team management readiness, adopt Agile Leader mindsets and practices, and adapt their thinking, perspectives, working methods, communication, and personal conduct. Additionally, the program aims to develop appropriate problem-solving strategies that align with effective organizational management, promoting integration and flexibility in both thinking and operational approaches.

ผอ.สศท.10 เข้าร่วมประชุมคณะทำงานขับเคลื่อนการจัดที่ดินทำกินในเขตปฏิรูปที่ดิน อ.จอมบึง จ.ราชบุรี

วันพุธที่ 11 มิถุนายน 2568 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 ได้เข้าร่วมประชุมคณะทำงานขับเคลื่อนการจัดที่ดินทำกินในเขตปฏิรูปที่ดิน อ.จอมบึง จ.ราชบุรี ณ ห้องประชุม กระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ โดยมี นายอิทธิ ศิริลัทธยากร รัฐมนตรีช่วยว่าการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ เป็นประธานการประชุมขับเคลื่อนงานการดำเนินการจัดที่ดินทำกินในเขตปฏิรูปที่ดิน พื้นที่ หมู่ที่ 10 ต.รางบัว อ.จอมบึง จ.ราชบุรี โดยมีหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ได้แก่ สำนักงานการปฏิรูปที่ดินเพื่อเกษตรกรรม (ส.ป.ก.) กรมส่งเสริมการเกษตร กรมชลประทาน กรมพัฒนาที่ดิน กรมปศุสัตว์ สำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร เข้าร่วม ณ ห้องประชุม 134 กระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อจัดที่ดินให้เกษตรกร โดยเน้นการทำเกษตรมูลค่าสูง การส่งเสริมการพัฒนาอาชีพ และการพัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน ทั้งด้านการบริหารจัดการแหล่งน้ำ ระบบกระจายน้ำ การจัดสรรแปลงที่ดินให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด โดยนำร่องในพื้นที่ระยะเริ่มต้น ประมาณ 2,088 ไร่ เพื่อยกระดับรายได้ของเกษตรกรให้เพิ่มขึ้น พร้อมกันนี้ ได้มอบหมายให้ ส.ป.ก. นำข้อเสนอแนะในที่ประชุมไปปรับปรุงแก้ไขดำเนินการร่วมกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้การดำเนินการเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และเกิดเป็นรูปธรรม Director of OAE Region 10 Participates in the Working Group Meeting on Agricultural Land Allocation in Land Reform Areas, Chom Bueng District, Ratchaburi Province On Wednesday, June 11, 2025, Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10, attended the working group meeting on the implementation of agricultural land allocation in land reform areas of Chom Bueng District, Ratchaburi Province. The meeting was held at the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, and chaired by Mr. Itthi Sirilatthayakorn, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives.The agenda focused on driving forward the land allocation initiative in Moo 10, Rang Bua Subdistrict, Chom Bueng District, Ratchaburi Province. Participating agencies included the Agricultural Land Reform Office (ALRO), Department of Agricultural Extension, Royal Irrigation Department, Land Development Department, Department of Livestock Development, and the Office of Agricultural Economics. The key objective of the initiative is to allocate land to farmers with an emphasis on high-value agriculture, promotion of occupational development, and infrastructure improvements, particularly in water resource management and distribution systems. The initial pilot phase will cover approximately 2,088 rai, aiming to enhance farmers’ income and improve quality of life. Additionally, ALRO was assigned to incorporate the meeting’s recommendations into its operational plans, in collaboration with relevant agencies, to ensure effective implementation and tangible outcomes.
