เมื่อวันอังคารที่ 9 กันยายน 2568 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรี ได้รับเกียรติ เข้าร่วมในการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการนานาชาติและเวทีเยาวชนในหัวข้อ “การศึกษาเพื่อธุรกิจการเกษตรอย่างยั่งยืนและการพัฒนาชนบท” ณ ศูนย์ประชุมสถาบันเทคโนโลยีแห่งเอเชีย (AITCC) กรุงเทพมหานคร ในการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการและเวทีเยาวชนครั้งนี้ได้รวบรวมผู้เชี่ยวชาญรุ่นใหม่, ผู้กำหนดนโยบาย ผู้ประกอบการ นักวิจัย ภาคีการพัมนา นักศึกษาและผู้นำเยาวชน เพื่อร่วมกันสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมสำหรับอนาคตธุรกิจการเกษตรและการพัฒนาชนบทที่ยั่งยืน ความรู้และข้อมูลเชิงลึกซึ่งจะเป็นแรงบันดาลใจอันยิ่งใหญ่ให้กับผู้เข้าร่วมประชุมต่อไป Director of OAE 10 Joins International Workshop and Youth Forum. On Tuesday, September 9, 2025, Mr. Kijsart Ongernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics 10 (OAE 10), Ratchaburi Province, was joined at the International Workshop and Youth Forum on “Education for Sustainable Agribusiness and Rural Development,” held at the AIT Conference Center (AITCC), Bangkok. This workshop and youth forum brought together young professionals, policymakers, entrepreneurs, researchers, development partners, students, and youth leaders to co-create innovative solutions for the future of sustainable agribusiness and rural development. His knowledge and insights will serve as a great inspiration to the participants.

ผอ.สศท.10 เข้าร่วมเป็นวิทยากรพิเศษ โครงการพัฒนาบุคลิกภาพเพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนเข้าสู่สถานประกอบการ ณ วิทยาลัยการอาชีพพระสมุทรเจดีย์ เมื่อวันอาทิตย์ที่ 7 กันยายน 2568 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรี ได้รับเกียรติเป็น วิทยากรพิเศษ ถ่ายทอดความรู้และประสบการณ์อันทรงคุณค่าผ่านการบรรยายเรื่อง การพัฒนาบุคลิกภาพเพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนเข้าสู่สถานประกอบการ ภายใต้ชื่อโครงการเดียวกัน ณ หอประชุม อาคารอำนวยการ วิทยาลัยการอาชีพพระสมุทรเจดีย์โดยเนื้อหาการบรรยายครอบคลุมตั้งแต่การวางตัว การสื่อสารอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ การสร้างความประทับใจ ไปจนถึง การจำลองสถานการณ์สัมภาษณ์งาน เพื่อให้นักศึกษาได้ลองคิด วางแผน และฝึกฝนการตอบคำถามเสมือนจริง ซึ่งช่วยให้นักศึกษาไม่เพียงได้ความรู้เชิงทฤษฏีแต่ยังได้ประสบการณ์ตรงที่สามารนำไปใช้ได้จริงในอนาคตบรรยากาศภายในหอประชุมเต็มไปด้วยรอยยิ้ม ความตั้งใจ และความสนุกสนาน นักศึกษาทุกคนต่างแสดงออกถึงความมุ่งมั่น ตั้งใจฟัง และมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมอย่างกระตือรือร้นโครงการในวันนี้จึงไม่เพียงแค่เป็นกิจกรรมเรียนรู้ แต่ยังเป็น ก้าวแรกแห่งความสำเร็จ ที่จะช่วยให้นักศึกษามีความพร้อมทั้งร่างกาย จิตใจ และความมั่นใจในการก้าวสู่เส้นทางอาชีพ Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics 10 (ROAE 10) in Ratchaburi Province, was a special guest speaker at the Personality Development Project for Career Readiness at Phra Samut Chedi Vocational College. On Sunday, September 7, 2025, Mr. Kijsart Ongernthayakorn, Director of ROAE 10, was honored to be a special guest speaker at the college. He shared his valuable knowledge and experience on Personality Development for Career Readiness, a talk with the same title as the project itself. The event took place at the auditorium in the main building of Phra Samut Chedi Vocational College. The lecture covered a range of topics, from effective communication and making a positive impression to a mock job interview session. This practical exercise allowed students to think, plan, and practice answering questions in a realistic setting. This approach ensured that students not only gained theoretical knowledge but also direct experience that they can apply in their future careers. The atmosphere in the auditorium was filled with smiles, determination, and enjoyment. All the students showed great enthusiasm and actively participated in the activities. This project was more than just a learning activity; it was the first step toward success, helping students prepare themselves both physically and mentally, and giving them the confidence to embark on their professional journeys.

On August 17, 2025, Mr. Kijsarth Onngenthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10, along with officials from the Agricultural Economic Zone Development Plan Division, attended the first workshop on increasing the efficiency of the work of officials of the Office of Agricultural Economics Regions 1-12, focusing on results (Performance-based Management), from August 17-19, 2025 to increase efficiency of work for officers from Oae 1-12 and from the central office at Songkhla Ballroom, BP Samila Beach Hotel & Resort, Songkhla Province.

Ms. Thitilak Khampha, Governor of Ratchaburi Province, presided over the ceremony. Heads of government agencies, state enterprises, local administrative organizations, the private sector, and the public, respectively, laid gold and silver wreaths, respectively, for civil servants and members of the public to express their gratitude and loyalty at the Ratchaburi Gymnasium, Mueang District, Ratchaburi Province.

Ms. Thitilak Khampha, Governor of Ratchaburi Province, presided over the ceremony, along with heads of government agencies, civil servants, state enterprise employees, officials, and the general public. The ceremony included a Buddhist chanting ceremony and alms-giving ceremony in honor of Her Majesty the Queen in front of the Ratchaburi Provincial Gymnasium in Mueang District, Ratchaburi Province.

วันศุกร์ที่ 8 สิงหาคม 2568 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 เป็นประธานการประชุมคณะทำงานพัฒนาคุณภาพข้อมูลปริมาณการผลิตสินค้าเกษตรด้านพืช ภาคตะวันตก ครั้งที่ 1/2568 ผ่านระบบ Zoom Cloud Meetings ณ ห้องประชุมสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 โดยครั้งนี้เป็นการประชุมเพื่อพิจารณาให้ความเห็นชอบข้อมูลปริมาณการผลิตพืช จำนวน 7 ชนิดสินค้า ได้แก่ ข้านาปี ปีเพาะปลูก 2567/68 สับปะรดปัตตาเวีย ปี 2567 ปาล์มน้ำมัน ยางพารา มะพร้าวผลแก่ ปี 2567 กาแฟ และหอมหัวใหญ่ ปี 2568 ของภาคตะวันตก 7 จังหวัด ได้แก่ จังหวัดราชบุรี นครปฐม กาญจนบุรี สมุทรสงคราม สมุทรสาคร เพชรบุรี และประจวบคีรีขันธ์ ซึ่งข้อมูลชุดนี้ได้ผ่านการประชุมพิจารณาในระดับอำเภอ และระดับจังหวัด กับหน่วยงานภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน และผู้แทนเกษตรกร ที่เกี่ยวข้องแล้ว และเมื่อที่ประชุมคณะทำงานฯ มีมติเห็นชอบในข้อมูลดังกล่าวแล้ว ทางฝ่ายเลขาฯ จะได้นำข้อมูลที่ได้นี้ เสนอต่อคณะอนุกรรมการพัฒนาคุณภาพข้อมูลปริมาณการผลิตสินค้าเกษตรด้านพืช ต่อไปทั้งนี้ การจัดทำข้อมูลสารสนเทศการเกษตรด้านพืช เป็นการบูรณาการร่วมกับหน่วยงานภาครัฐ เอกชน และเกษตรกรในระดับพื้นที่ เพื่อดำเนินการจัดทำข้อมูลสารสนเทศการเกษตรด้านพืชให้เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ เป็นระบบต่อเนื่อง ข้อมูลมีความถูกต้องและเป็นเอกภาพ สามารถนำข้อมูลที่ได้ไปใช้ประโยชน์ร่วมกันในการวางแผน ในระดับพื้นที่ ตลอดจนใช้ในการกำหนดนโยบาย และมาตรการต่างๆ ในระดับประเทศ OAE Region 10 Holds the 1st Meeting of the Working Group on Improving the Quality of Crop Production Data in the Western Region for 2025 On Friday, August 8, 2025, Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10 (OAE 10), chaired the 1st Meeting of the Working Group on Improving the Quality of Crop Production Data in the Western Region for 2025, held via Zoom Cloud Meetings at the meeting room of OAE Region 10. The purpose of the meeting was to review and approve the crop production data for seven key crops in the Western Region, including:• Rainfed rice (2024/25 crop year)• Smooth Cayenne pineapple (2025)• Oil palm, rubber, and mature coconuts (2025)• Coffee and shallots (2025) The data covers seven provinces in the Western Region: Ratchaburi, Nakhon Pathom, Kanchanaburi, Samut Songkhram, Samut Sakhon, Phetchaburi, and Prachuap Khiri Khan. These datasets had previously been reviewed and discussed at the district and provincial levels with participation from government agencies, private sector representatives, and farmer organizations. Once the working group approved the data, the secretariat was assigned to submit the finalized dataset to the Subcommittee on Improving the Quality of Crop Production Data for further consideration. The compilation of agricultural crop information is a collaborative effort among government agencies, private sector stakeholders, and local farmers. It aims to establish a continuous, efficient, accurate, and unified system of agricultural data. The information produced can be jointly utilized for area-based planning, as well as in the formulation of national-level policies and measures.

วันพุธที่ 6 สิงหาคม 2568 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรี เข้าร่วมประชุมการตรวจติดตามความก้าวหน้าผลการดำเนินงานตามแผนการตรวจราชการประจำปีงบประมาณ 2568 รอบที่ 2 ด้วยระบบประชุมทางไกลผ่านระบบออนไลน์ Zoom Meeting โดยมี นางสาวอิงอร ปัญญากิจ ผุ้ตรวจราชการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ เป็นประธานในการประชุม โดยประชุมร่วมกับหัวหน้าส่วนราชการในสังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ และที่ปรึกษาผู้ตรวจราชการภาคประชาชน ในพื้นที่รับผิดชอบจังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ The Director of OAE 10 attended a meeting to monitor the progress of the second round of the fiscal year 2025 inspection plan. On Wednesday, August 6, 2025, Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics 10 (OAE 10) in Ratchaburi Province, attended a progress monitoring meeting for the second round of fiscal year 2025’s official inspection plan.The meeting was held via Zoom and chaired by Ms. Ing-on Panyakit, Inspector General of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives. The director met with heads of government agencies under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives and public sector inspector advisors in the responsible area of Prachuap Khiri Khan Province.

วันอังคารที่ 5 สิงหาคม 2568นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10เข้าร่วม การประชุมคณะอนุกรรมการพัฒนาการเกษตรและสหกรณ์จังหวัดราชบุรี ครั้งที่ 1/2568ณ ห้องประชุมศาลากลางจังหวัดราชบุรี โดยมี นางสาววริษฐา สงวนเสริมศรี รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดราชบุรี เป็นประธานการประชุม หัวข้อสำคัญของการประชุม ได้แก่🔹 การขับเคลื่อนนโยบายและแนวทางการพัฒนาการเกษตรของกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์🔹 การพิจารณาทบทวน แผนพัฒนาการเกษตรและสหกรณ์จังหวัดราชบุรี (พ.ศ. 2566-2570) ฉบับทบทวน ปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2570 ในการประชุมครั้งนี้ มีผู้แทนจากหลากหลายภาคส่วนเข้าร่วม อาทิ หน่วยงานในสังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรฯ หัวหน้าส่วนราชการ หน่วยงานรัฐวิสาหกิจ ภาคเอกชน ผู้แทนหน่วยทหาร และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิในพื้นที่ เพื่อร่วมกันขับเคลื่อนแผนพัฒนาภาคเกษตรกรรมของจังหวัดอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและยั่งยืน Director of OAE Region 10 Participates in the 1/2025 Meeting of the Subcommittee on Agricultural and Cooperative Development in Ratchaburi Province On Tuesday, 5 August 2025, Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10, attended the first meeting of 2025 of the Subcommittee on Agricultural and Cooperative Development of Ratchaburi Province. The meeting was chaired by Ms. Warittha Sanguansermsri, Deputy Governor of Ratchaburi Province. Key agenda items included: The implementation and advancement of policies and strategic guidelines for agricultural development issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives and the review of the Ratchaburi Provincial Agricultural and Cooperative Development Plan (2023–2027), specifically the revised version for the fiscal year 2027. The meeting was attended by representatives from various sectors, including: agencies under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, heads of government departments state enterprises, military representatives, private sector stakeholders and local experts and specialists. This collaborative meeting aimed to drive forward effective and sustainable agricultural development in Ratchaburi Province.

ผอ.สศท.10 เข้าร่วมประชุมติดตามผลการดำเนินงานตามแผนการตรวจราชการของผู้ตรวจราชการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2568 รอบที่ 2 จ.สมุทรสาคร เมื่อวันพุธที่ 30 กรกฎาคม 2568 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรีเข้าร่วมประชุมติดตามผลการดำเนินงานตามแผนการตรวจราชการของผู้ตรวจราชการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2568 รอบที่ 2โดยมี นางสาวอิงอร ปัญญากิจ ผู้ตรวจราชการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ เป็นประธานในการประชุม พร้อมกันด้วยกับหน่วยงานภายใต้สังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ในจังหวัดสมุทรสาคร ณ ห้องประชุมพันท้ายนรสิงห์ ศาลากลางจังหวัดสมุทรสาครเพื่อร่วมกันสรุปความก้าวหน้าผลการดำเนินงาน ตามนโยบายสำคัญของกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ 9 นโยบาย โดยหน่วยงานที่รับผิดชอบโครงการ และสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรได้รับผิดชอบนโยบายที่ 9 การอำนวยความสะดวกด้านการเกษตร โครงการป้องกันภัยพืชผลทางการเกษตร กิจกรรมคือการประกันภัยข้าวนาปี ปีการผลิต 2568 มีผลการดำเนินงานดังนี้1.ข้อเสนอโครงการประกันข้าวนาปี ปีการผลิต 2568 ได้ผ่านการพิจารณาจากคณะกรรมการขับเคลื่อนการประกันภัยการเกษตร (รองปลัด กษ.ภัทราภรณ์ โสเจยยะ ทำหน้าที่ประธานแทนปลัด กษ.) เมื่อวันที่ 8 เมษายน 25682.เมื่อวันที่ 26 มิถุนายน 2568 ที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการนโยบายและบริหารข้าวแห่งชาติ (นบข.) ได้มีมติเห็นชอบในหลักการโครงการประกันข้าวนาปี ปี 2568 เรียบร้อยแล้ว3.เมื่อวันที่ 30 มิถุนายน 2568 ธนาคารเพื่อการเกษตรและสหกรณ์การเกษตร (ธ.ก.ส.) ได้มีการประชุมคณะกรรมการฝ่ายจัดการของธนาคาร และมีมติเห็นชอบอุดหนุนค่าเบี้ยประกันสำหรับลูกค้าสินเชื่อฯ หลังจากนี้จะนำเสนอต่อคณะกรรมการกลั่นกรอง และคณะกรรมการ ธ.ก.ส.(บอร์ด) เพื่อให้ความเห็นชอบก่อนนำเข้าสู่การพิจารณาของคณะรัฐมนตรีต่อไป Director of OAE 10 Joins Meeting to Monitor Progress on MOAC Inspector-General’s Inspection Plan for Fiscal Year 2025, Round 2, Samut Sakhon Province On Wednesday, July 30, 2025, Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics 10 (OAE 10), Ratchaburi Province, attended a meeting to monitor the progress of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives (MOAC) Inspector-General’s inspection plan for fiscal year 2025, round 2. The meeting was chaired by Ms. Ing-orn Panyakit, Inspector-General of the MOAC, and was held with agencies under the ministry in Samut Sakhon Province at the Phan Thai Norasingh Meeting Room, Samut Sakhon Provincial Hall. The purpose was to jointly summarize the progress of nine key MOAC policies. OAE 10 is responsible for Policy 9, “Facilitating Agriculture,” specifically the Crop Disaster Protection Project which includes the 2025 seasonal rice crop insurance activity.
