Ms. Thitilak Khampa, Governor of Ratchaburi Province, presided over the ceremonies, which included: A Buddhist chanting ceremony (Phithi Charoen Phra Phutthamon) A merit-making and almsgiving ceremony (Tham Bun Tak Bat) dedicated to His Majesty A floral wreath-laying and bowing ceremony (Phithi Wang Phan Phum Dokmai Thawai Bangkhom) in homage to His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great. The event took place at the Ratchaburi Provincial Gymnasium, Mueang Ratchaburi District, Ratchaburi Province. Government agencies, state enterprises, and private sector organizations all participated in the event in full attendance.

The ceremony was presided over by Captain Thammanat Prompao, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives, at the Hua Hin Royal Rainmaking Center, located within Hua Hin Airport, Hua Hin District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province.

วันอังคารที่ 2 ธันวาคม 2568 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรี ได้ร่วมบูรณาการการศึกษางานวิจัย เรื่องการยอมรับและผลกระทบของกลยุทธ์การจัดการความเสี่ยงด้านสภาพภูมิอากาศต่อเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกข้าวในภาคกลางของประเทศไทย ร่วมกับคณะอาจารย์ และนักศึกษาสถาบันเทคโนโลยีแห่งเอเชีย(AIT) โดยการบูรณาการครั้งนี้ได้ประสานความร่วมมือ และการให้ข้อมูลเบื้องต้นจากนายสุพัฒน์ อ่อนคง เกษตรจังหวัดราชบุรี พร้อมด้วยเจ้าหน้าที่ของเกษตรจังหวัดราชบุรี รวมทั้งได้ลงพื้นที่สอบถามและจัดเก็บข้อมูลจากเจ้าหน้าที่เกษตรอำเภอปากท่อ และเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกข้าวในอำเภอปากท่อ จังหวัดราชบุรี เพื่อนำไปเป็นข้อมูลในการศึกษางานวิจัยต่อไป OAE Region 10 Integrates Research Collaboration with Faculty Members and Students from the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT)On Tuesday, 2 December 2025, Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10, Ratchaburi Province, participated in an integrated research study on “Farmers’ Acceptance and Impacts of Climate Risk Management Strategies among Rice Growers in Central Thailand.” The collaboration was conducted jointly with faculty members and students from the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT).This integration effort was facilitated through coordination and preliminary information provided by Mr. Suphat Onkhong, Ratchaburi Provincial Agriculture Officer, together with officers from the Provincial Agriculture Office. The team also conducted field visits, interviews, and data collection with sub-district agricultural extension officers in Pak Tho District, as well as rice farmers in Pak Tho District, Ratchaburi Province, to support the ongoing research study.

The visit was led by Captain Thammanat Prompao, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives, along with executives from the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives. The delegation visited the project construction point at Moo 2, Huai Phlu Hospital, Huai Phlu Subdistrict, Nakhon Chai Si District, Nakhon Pathom Province, and Wat Mai Sukhontharam, Wat Lamud Subdistrict, Nakhon Chai Si District, Nakhon Pathom Province. The field visit aimed to closely monitor the progress of the Tha Chin River Watergate construction, which plays a crucial role in addressing agricultural challenges and expediting the implementation of the “Tha Chin River Watergate – Sueb Canal Connection” water management project. The project is expected to mitigate flood impacts and support agricultural areas during the rainy season. During the visit, the Deputy Prime Minister also met with local residents and distributed relief supplies to those affected by flooding in the area.

The ceremony was held in collaboration with agencies under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives at the Ratchaburi Provincial Gymnasium, and was presided over by Ms. Thitilak Khampa, Governor of Ratchaburi Province.The ceremony was held to pay homage and express heartfelt tribute to His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great, the “Father of Royal Rainmaking,” commemorated annually on 14 November. The event honored His Majesty’s benevolence and his initiative in applying scientific knowledge to cloud-seeding techniques, which later became the Royal Rainmaking Project—aimed at alleviating drought hardships and improving national water resource management up to the present day.During the ceremony, the Governor of Ratchaburi led all participants in observing a moment of silence in remembrance of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother. เมื่อวันจันทร์ที่ 13 ตุลาคม 2568 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษบกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรี ร่วมกับคณะรองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ ร้อยเอกธรรมนัส พรหมเผ่า ลงพื้นที่ จังหวัดสมุทรสงคราม เพื่อติดตามสถานการณ์การแก้ไขปัญหาการแพร่ระบาดของปลาหมอคางดำ และรับฟังปัญหาความเดือดร้อนของประชาชนในพื้นที่ ณ สหกรณ์ประมงแม่กลอง จำกัด ตำบลแหลมใหญ่ อำเภอเมืองสมุทรสงคราม จังหวัดสมุทรสงคราม โดยมี นายชยชัย แสงอินทร์ ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดสมุทรสงคราม ให้การต้อนรับ ร่วมกับ รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดสมุทรสงคราม หัวหน้าส่วนราชการ เกษตรกร ชาวประมง และประชาชนในพื้นที่ ในการนี้ ร้อยเอกธรรมนัส พรหมเผ่า ได้เยี่ยมชมนิทรรศการการดำเนินงานแก้ไขปัญหาปลาหมอคางดำ โดยหน่วยงานในสังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ ได้แก่ กองวิจัยและพัฒนาประมงน้ำจืด กองวิจัยและพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรมสัตว์น้ำ สำนักงานประมงจังหวัดสมุทรสงคราม สำนักงานพัฒนาที่ดินจังหวัดสมุทรสงคราม และกลุ่มสตรีอาสาพัฒนาบ้านบังปืน จากนั้น นางฐิติพร หลาวประเสริฐ รองอธิบดีกรมประมง รักษาราชการแทนอธิบดีกรมประมง ชี้แจงรายละเอียดความคืบหน้าของโครงการแก้ไขปัญหาการแพร่ระบาดของปลาหมอคางดำ ผ่าน 7 มาตรการ ซึ่งปัจจุบันสามารถกำจัดได้แล้วกว่า 7.3 ล้านกิโลกรัม และโครงการนำเรือประมงออกนอกระบบเพื่อการจัดการทรัพยากรประมงอย่างยั่งยืน จำนวน 923 ลำ ตามที่ ครม. เห็นชอบวงเงิน 1,622,605,300 บาท ซึ่งอยู่ระหว่างการจ่ายเงินชดเชยเยียวยาให้กับพี่น้องชาวประมง โอกาสนี้ รองนายกรัฐมนตรี มอบป้ายโครงการนำเรือประมงออกนอกระบบเพื่อการจัดการทรัพยากรประมงอย่างยั่งยืนให้กับผู้ร่วมโครงการฯ จำนวน 10 จังหวัด ได้แก่ จังหวัดระยอง จันทบุรี ตราด สมุทรปราการ สมุทรสาคร เพชรบุรี ประจวบคีรีขันธ์ ชุมพร ชลบุรี และสมุทรสงคราม รวมทั้งมอบป้ายเงินอุดหนุนโครงการฟื้นฟูและพัฒนาเกษตรกร จากสำนักงานกองทุนฟื้นฟูและพัฒนาเกษตรกร จำนวน 4 องค์กร ได้แก่ องค์กรเกษตรกร กลุ่มประมงบ้านปากมาบพัฒนา , องค์กรเกษตรกร กลุ่มพัฒนาอาชีพเกษตรตำบลท้ายหาด , องค์กรเกษตรกร สหกรณ์การเกษตรอัมพวา จำกัด และ องค์กรเกษตรกร กลุ่มปรับปรุงผลผลิตการเกษตร พร้อมพบปะเกษตรกร รับฟังปัญหาและร่วมตอบข้อซักถามความเดือดร้อนในพื้นที่ ทั้งนี้ การลงพื้นที่ของรองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์สะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นของภาครัฐในการแก้ไขปัญหาการประกอบอาชีพให้กับพี่น้องเกษตรกร ชาวประมงอย่างจริงจังเพื่อให้เกิดผลอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม ทั้งการควบคุมและกำจัดปลาหมอคางดำ เพื่อปกป้องและฟื้นฟูระบบนิเวศแหล่งน้ำของไทย และการบริหารกองเรือประมงให้มีความสมดุลกับศักยภาพของทรัพยากรทางทะเล เพื่อให้เกิดการใช้ประโยชน์อย่างยั่งยืนสืบไป OAE 10 Joins the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives, Captain Thammanat Prompao, on a Visit to Samut Songkhram Province On Monday, October 13, 2568 (2025), Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics, Region 10, Ratchaburi Province, joined the entourage of the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives, Captain Thammanat Prompao, on a visit to Samut Songkhram Province. The purpose was to follow up on the situation regarding the black-chinned tilapia outbreak and listen to the problems and hardships of the local people at the Mae Klong Fishery Cooperative Limited, Laem Yai Subdistrict, Mueang Samut Songkhram District, Samut Songkhram Province. Mr. Chaychai Sang-in, Governor of Samut Songkhram Province, along with the Deputy Governor of Samut Songkhram Province, heads of government agencies, farmers, fishermen, and local residents, welcomed the delegation. On this occasion, Captain Thammanat Prompao visited the exhibition on the black-chinned tilapia problem resolution efforts by agencies under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, including the Inland Fisheries Research and Development Division, the Aquatic Animal Industrial Technology Research and Development Division, the Samut Songkhram Provincial Fisheries Office, the Samut Songkhram Provincial Land Development Office, and the Ban Bang Puen Volunteer Women Development Group. Following this, Mrs. Thitiporn Laoprasert, Deputy Director-General of the Department of Fisheries, acting for the Director-General of the Department of Fisheries, clarified the progress of the project to resolve the black-chinned tilapia outbreak through 7 measures. Currently, over 7.3 million kilograms have been eradicated, as well as the project to remove fishing vessels from the system for sustainable fisheries resource management, totaling 923 vessels, as approved by the Cabinet with a budget of 1,622,605,300 Baht. The compensatory payments to the fishermen are currently being processed. On this occasion, the Deputy Prime Minister presented the signboards for the project to remove fishing vessels from the system for sustainable fisheries resource management to participants from 10 provinces: Rayong, Chanthaburi, Trat, Samut Prakan, Samut Sakhon, Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon, Chonburi, and Samut Songkhram. He also presented subsidy signboards for the Farmers’ Rehabilitation and Development Fund Project from the Farmers’ Rehabilitation and Development Fund Office to 4 organizations: the Ban Pak Mab Pattana Fishery Group, the Tha Had Subdistrict Agricultural Occupation Development Group, the Amphawa Agricultural Cooperative Limited, and the Agricultural Product Improvement Group. He then met with farmers to listen to their problems and jointly answer questions regarding local hardships. The visit by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives reflects the government’s serious commitment to resolving occupational problems for farmers and fishermen to achieve tangible results. This includes the control and eradication of black-chinned tilapia to protect and restore Thailand’s aquatic ecosystem, and the balanced management of the fishing fleet with the potential of marine resources to ensure sustainable utilization in the future.

October 13 of every year is designated as Nawaminthara Maharaj Day, to commemorate His boundless and immeasurable royal grace towards the Thai people. Ms. Thitilak Khampa, Governor of Ratchaburi Province, presided over the ceremony, lighting joss sticks and candles to worship the Triple Gem and lighting the Khrueang Thong Noi (small golden ceremonial offering) in front of the royal portrait. Within the ceremony, Phra Tham Panyaphon, Advisor to the Ecclesiastical Governor of Region 15 and Abbot of Wat Mahathat Worawihan, Ratchaburi Province, presided over the monastic section, leading the monks in chanting the Buddhist mantras. Subsequently, 89 monks and novices walked to receive alms, with government agencies, private sectors, and the public participating in the ceremony in full attendance. Following that, the Governor of Ratchaburi Province presided over the wreath-laying ceremony in front of the royal portrait of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great and delivered the commemorative address in remembrance of His Royal Grace, on behalf of the civil servants and the people of Ratchaburi Province. They then jointly stood in silent tribute for 89 seconds. “His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great,” the ninth monarch of the Chakri Dynasty, was the youngest son of His Royal Highness Prince Mahidol Adulyadej, Prince of Songkla, and Her Royal Highness Princess Srinagarindra, Princess Mother. His Majesty was born on Monday, December 5, 1927, at Mount Auburn Hospital, Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA. He ascended to the throne following His Elder Brother, His Majesty King Ananda Mahidol, on Sunday, June 9, 1946. His Majesty reigned for 70 years and passed away on Thursday, October 13, 2016, at the age of 88 years, 10 months, and 8 days. Throughout His reign, His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great performed various royal duties, often visiting people in all regions, no matter how remote the area was. His Majesty tirelessly traveled to understand the hardships of the people in each area, which led to the establishment of numerous Royal Development Projects to solve problems and ensure the well-being and happiness of His subjects. The total number of Royal Development Projects reached 5,151 across Thailand, spanning the period from 1952 until the end of July 2022.
