เมื่อวันจันทร์ที่ 13 ตุลาคม 2568 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษบกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรี ร่วมกับคณะรองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ ร้อยเอกธรรมนัส พรหมเผ่า ลงพื้นที่ จังหวัดสมุทรสงคราม เพื่อติดตามสถานการณ์การแก้ไขปัญหาการแพร่ระบาดของปลาหมอคางดำ และรับฟังปัญหาความเดือดร้อนของประชาชนในพื้นที่ ณ สหกรณ์ประมงแม่กลอง จำกัด ตำบลแหลมใหญ่ อำเภอเมืองสมุทรสงคราม จังหวัดสมุทรสงคราม โดยมี นายชยชัย แสงอินทร์ ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดสมุทรสงคราม ให้การต้อนรับ ร่วมกับ รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดสมุทรสงคราม หัวหน้าส่วนราชการ เกษตรกร ชาวประมง และประชาชนในพื้นที่ ในการนี้ ร้อยเอกธรรมนัส พรหมเผ่า ได้เยี่ยมชมนิทรรศการการดำเนินงานแก้ไขปัญหาปลาหมอคางดำ โดยหน่วยงานในสังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ ได้แก่ กองวิจัยและพัฒนาประมงน้ำจืด กองวิจัยและพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรมสัตว์น้ำ สำนักงานประมงจังหวัดสมุทรสงคราม สำนักงานพัฒนาที่ดินจังหวัดสมุทรสงคราม และกลุ่มสตรีอาสาพัฒนาบ้านบังปืน จากนั้น นางฐิติพร หลาวประเสริฐ รองอธิบดีกรมประมง รักษาราชการแทนอธิบดีกรมประมง ชี้แจงรายละเอียดความคืบหน้าของโครงการแก้ไขปัญหาการแพร่ระบาดของปลาหมอคางดำ ผ่าน 7 มาตรการ ซึ่งปัจจุบันสามารถกำจัดได้แล้วกว่า 7.3 ล้านกิโลกรัม และโครงการนำเรือประมงออกนอกระบบเพื่อการจัดการทรัพยากรประมงอย่างยั่งยืน จำนวน 923 ลำ ตามที่ ครม. เห็นชอบวงเงิน 1,622,605,300 บาท ซึ่งอยู่ระหว่างการจ่ายเงินชดเชยเยียวยาให้กับพี่น้องชาวประมง โอกาสนี้ รองนายกรัฐมนตรี มอบป้ายโครงการนำเรือประมงออกนอกระบบเพื่อการจัดการทรัพยากรประมงอย่างยั่งยืนให้กับผู้ร่วมโครงการฯ จำนวน 10 จังหวัด ได้แก่ จังหวัดระยอง จันทบุรี ตราด สมุทรปราการ สมุทรสาคร เพชรบุรี ประจวบคีรีขันธ์ ชุมพร ชลบุรี และสมุทรสงคราม รวมทั้งมอบป้ายเงินอุดหนุนโครงการฟื้นฟูและพัฒนาเกษตรกร จากสำนักงานกองทุนฟื้นฟูและพัฒนาเกษตรกร จำนวน 4 องค์กร ได้แก่ องค์กรเกษตรกร กลุ่มประมงบ้านปากมาบพัฒนา , องค์กรเกษตรกร กลุ่มพัฒนาอาชีพเกษตรตำบลท้ายหาด , องค์กรเกษตรกร สหกรณ์การเกษตรอัมพวา จำกัด และ องค์กรเกษตรกร กลุ่มปรับปรุงผลผลิตการเกษตร พร้อมพบปะเกษตรกร รับฟังปัญหาและร่วมตอบข้อซักถามความเดือดร้อนในพื้นที่ ทั้งนี้ การลงพื้นที่ของรองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์สะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นของภาครัฐในการแก้ไขปัญหาการประกอบอาชีพให้กับพี่น้องเกษตรกร ชาวประมงอย่างจริงจังเพื่อให้เกิดผลอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม ทั้งการควบคุมและกำจัดปลาหมอคางดำ เพื่อปกป้องและฟื้นฟูระบบนิเวศแหล่งน้ำของไทย และการบริหารกองเรือประมงให้มีความสมดุลกับศักยภาพของทรัพยากรทางทะเล เพื่อให้เกิดการใช้ประโยชน์อย่างยั่งยืนสืบไป OAE 10 Joins the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives, Captain Thammanat Prompao, on a Visit to Samut Songkhram Province On Monday, October 13, 2568 (2025), Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics, Region 10, Ratchaburi Province, joined the entourage of the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives, Captain Thammanat Prompao, on a visit to Samut Songkhram Province. The purpose was to follow up on the situation regarding the black-chinned tilapia outbreak and listen to the problems and hardships of the local people at the Mae Klong Fishery Cooperative Limited, Laem Yai Subdistrict, Mueang Samut Songkhram District, Samut Songkhram Province. Mr. Chaychai Sang-in, Governor of Samut Songkhram Province, along with the Deputy Governor of Samut Songkhram Province, heads of government agencies, farmers, fishermen, and local residents, welcomed the delegation. On this occasion, Captain Thammanat Prompao visited the exhibition on the black-chinned tilapia problem resolution efforts by agencies under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, including the Inland Fisheries Research and Development Division, the Aquatic Animal Industrial Technology Research and Development Division, the Samut Songkhram Provincial Fisheries Office, the Samut Songkhram Provincial Land Development Office, and the Ban Bang Puen Volunteer Women Development Group. Following this, Mrs. Thitiporn Laoprasert, Deputy Director-General of the Department of Fisheries, acting for the Director-General of the Department of Fisheries, clarified the progress of the project to resolve the black-chinned tilapia outbreak through 7 measures. Currently, over 7.3 million kilograms have been eradicated, as well as the project to remove fishing vessels from the system for sustainable fisheries resource management, totaling 923 vessels, as approved by the Cabinet with a budget of 1,622,605,300 Baht. The compensatory payments to the fishermen are currently being processed. On this occasion, the Deputy Prime Minister presented the signboards for the project to remove fishing vessels from the system for sustainable fisheries resource management to participants from 10 provinces: Rayong, Chanthaburi, Trat, Samut Prakan, Samut Sakhon, Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon, Chonburi, and Samut Songkhram. He also presented subsidy signboards for the Farmers’ Rehabilitation and Development Fund Project from the Farmers’ Rehabilitation and Development Fund Office to 4 organizations: the Ban Pak Mab Pattana Fishery Group, the Tha Had Subdistrict Agricultural Occupation Development Group, the Amphawa Agricultural Cooperative Limited, and the Agricultural Product Improvement Group. He then met with farmers to listen to their problems and jointly answer questions regarding local hardships. The visit by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives reflects the government’s serious commitment to resolving occupational problems for farmers and fishermen to achieve tangible results. This includes the control and eradication of black-chinned tilapia to protect and restore Thailand’s aquatic ecosystem, and the balanced management of the fishing fleet with the potential of marine resources to ensure sustainable utilization in the future.

October 13 of every year is designated as Nawaminthara Maharaj Day, to commemorate His boundless and immeasurable royal grace towards the Thai people. Ms. Thitilak Khampa, Governor of Ratchaburi Province, presided over the ceremony, lighting joss sticks and candles to worship the Triple Gem and lighting the Khrueang Thong Noi (small golden ceremonial offering) in front of the royal portrait. Within the ceremony, Phra Tham Panyaphon, Advisor to the Ecclesiastical Governor of Region 15 and Abbot of Wat Mahathat Worawihan, Ratchaburi Province, presided over the monastic section, leading the monks in chanting the Buddhist mantras. Subsequently, 89 monks and novices walked to receive alms, with government agencies, private sectors, and the public participating in the ceremony in full attendance. Following that, the Governor of Ratchaburi Province presided over the wreath-laying ceremony in front of the royal portrait of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great and delivered the commemorative address in remembrance of His Royal Grace, on behalf of the civil servants and the people of Ratchaburi Province. They then jointly stood in silent tribute for 89 seconds. “His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great,” the ninth monarch of the Chakri Dynasty, was the youngest son of His Royal Highness Prince Mahidol Adulyadej, Prince of Songkla, and Her Royal Highness Princess Srinagarindra, Princess Mother. His Majesty was born on Monday, December 5, 1927, at Mount Auburn Hospital, Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA. He ascended to the throne following His Elder Brother, His Majesty King Ananda Mahidol, on Sunday, June 9, 1946. His Majesty reigned for 70 years and passed away on Thursday, October 13, 2016, at the age of 88 years, 10 months, and 8 days. Throughout His reign, His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great performed various royal duties, often visiting people in all regions, no matter how remote the area was. His Majesty tirelessly traveled to understand the hardships of the people in each area, which led to the establishment of numerous Royal Development Projects to solve problems and ensure the well-being and happiness of His subjects. The total number of Royal Development Projects reached 5,151 across Thailand, spanning the period from 1952 until the end of July 2022.

เมื่อวันอังคารที่ 9 กันยายน 2568 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรี ได้รับเกียรติ เข้าร่วมในการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการนานาชาติและเวทีเยาวชนในหัวข้อ “การศึกษาเพื่อธุรกิจการเกษตรอย่างยั่งยืนและการพัฒนาชนบท” ณ ศูนย์ประชุมสถาบันเทคโนโลยีแห่งเอเชีย (AITCC) กรุงเทพมหานคร ในการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการและเวทีเยาวชนครั้งนี้ได้รวบรวมผู้เชี่ยวชาญรุ่นใหม่, ผู้กำหนดนโยบาย ผู้ประกอบการ นักวิจัย ภาคีการพัมนา นักศึกษาและผู้นำเยาวชน เพื่อร่วมกันสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมสำหรับอนาคตธุรกิจการเกษตรและการพัฒนาชนบทที่ยั่งยืน ความรู้และข้อมูลเชิงลึกซึ่งจะเป็นแรงบันดาลใจอันยิ่งใหญ่ให้กับผู้เข้าร่วมประชุมต่อไป Director of OAE 10 Joins International Workshop and Youth Forum. On Tuesday, September 9, 2025, Mr. Kijsart Ongernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics 10 (OAE 10), Ratchaburi Province, was joined at the International Workshop and Youth Forum on “Education for Sustainable Agribusiness and Rural Development,” held at the AIT Conference Center (AITCC), Bangkok. This workshop and youth forum brought together young professionals, policymakers, entrepreneurs, researchers, development partners, students, and youth leaders to co-create innovative solutions for the future of sustainable agribusiness and rural development. His knowledge and insights will serve as a great inspiration to the participants.

ผอ.สศท.10 เข้าร่วมเป็นวิทยากรพิเศษ โครงการพัฒนาบุคลิกภาพเพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนเข้าสู่สถานประกอบการ ณ วิทยาลัยการอาชีพพระสมุทรเจดีย์ เมื่อวันอาทิตย์ที่ 7 กันยายน 2568 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรี ได้รับเกียรติเป็น วิทยากรพิเศษ ถ่ายทอดความรู้และประสบการณ์อันทรงคุณค่าผ่านการบรรยายเรื่อง การพัฒนาบุคลิกภาพเพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนเข้าสู่สถานประกอบการ ภายใต้ชื่อโครงการเดียวกัน ณ หอประชุม อาคารอำนวยการ วิทยาลัยการอาชีพพระสมุทรเจดีย์โดยเนื้อหาการบรรยายครอบคลุมตั้งแต่การวางตัว การสื่อสารอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ การสร้างความประทับใจ ไปจนถึง การจำลองสถานการณ์สัมภาษณ์งาน เพื่อให้นักศึกษาได้ลองคิด วางแผน และฝึกฝนการตอบคำถามเสมือนจริง ซึ่งช่วยให้นักศึกษาไม่เพียงได้ความรู้เชิงทฤษฏีแต่ยังได้ประสบการณ์ตรงที่สามารนำไปใช้ได้จริงในอนาคตบรรยากาศภายในหอประชุมเต็มไปด้วยรอยยิ้ม ความตั้งใจ และความสนุกสนาน นักศึกษาทุกคนต่างแสดงออกถึงความมุ่งมั่น ตั้งใจฟัง และมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมอย่างกระตือรือร้นโครงการในวันนี้จึงไม่เพียงแค่เป็นกิจกรรมเรียนรู้ แต่ยังเป็น ก้าวแรกแห่งความสำเร็จ ที่จะช่วยให้นักศึกษามีความพร้อมทั้งร่างกาย จิตใจ และความมั่นใจในการก้าวสู่เส้นทางอาชีพ Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics 10 (ROAE 10) in Ratchaburi Province, was a special guest speaker at the Personality Development Project for Career Readiness at Phra Samut Chedi Vocational College. On Sunday, September 7, 2025, Mr. Kijsart Ongernthayakorn, Director of ROAE 10, was honored to be a special guest speaker at the college. He shared his valuable knowledge and experience on Personality Development for Career Readiness, a talk with the same title as the project itself. The event took place at the auditorium in the main building of Phra Samut Chedi Vocational College. The lecture covered a range of topics, from effective communication and making a positive impression to a mock job interview session. This practical exercise allowed students to think, plan, and practice answering questions in a realistic setting. This approach ensured that students not only gained theoretical knowledge but also direct experience that they can apply in their future careers. The atmosphere in the auditorium was filled with smiles, determination, and enjoyment. All the students showed great enthusiasm and actively participated in the activities. This project was more than just a learning activity; it was the first step toward success, helping students prepare themselves both physically and mentally, and giving them the confidence to embark on their professional journeys.

On Tuesday, August 26, 2025, Mr. Kijsart Onngoentayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics 10, with officers from the Agricultural Economic Development Planning Division, attended the 2nd Workshop on Enhancing the Work Efficiency of Officers from the Office of Agricultural Economics 1–12 through Performance-Based Management. On August 17, 2025, Mr. Kijsarth Onngenthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10, along with officials from the Agricultural Economic Zone Development Plan Division, attended the first workshop on increasing the efficiency of the work of officials of the Office of Agricultural Economics Regions 1-12, focusing on results (Performance-based Management), from August 17-19, 2025 to increase efficiency of work for officers from Oae 1-12 and from the central office at Songkhla Ballroom, BP Samila Beach Hotel & Resort, Songkhla Province.

Ms. Thitilak Khampha, Governor of Ratchaburi Province, presided over the ceremony. Heads of government agencies, state enterprises, local administrative organizations, the private sector, and the public, respectively, laid gold and silver wreaths, respectively, for civil servants and members of the public to express their gratitude and loyalty at the Ratchaburi Gymnasium, Mueang District, Ratchaburi Province.

Ms. Thitilak Khampha, Governor of Ratchaburi Province, presided over the ceremony, along with heads of government agencies, civil servants, state enterprise employees, officials, and the general public. The ceremony included a Buddhist chanting ceremony and alms-giving ceremony in honor of Her Majesty the Queen in front of the Ratchaburi Provincial Gymnasium in Mueang District, Ratchaburi Province.

วันศุกร์ที่ 8 สิงหาคม 2568 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 เป็นประธานการประชุมคณะทำงานพัฒนาคุณภาพข้อมูลปริมาณการผลิตสินค้าเกษตรด้านพืช ภาคตะวันตก ครั้งที่ 1/2568 ผ่านระบบ Zoom Cloud Meetings ณ ห้องประชุมสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 โดยครั้งนี้เป็นการประชุมเพื่อพิจารณาให้ความเห็นชอบข้อมูลปริมาณการผลิตพืช จำนวน 7 ชนิดสินค้า ได้แก่ ข้านาปี ปีเพาะปลูก 2567/68 สับปะรดปัตตาเวีย ปี 2567 ปาล์มน้ำมัน ยางพารา มะพร้าวผลแก่ ปี 2567 กาแฟ และหอมหัวใหญ่ ปี 2568 ของภาคตะวันตก 7 จังหวัด ได้แก่ จังหวัดราชบุรี นครปฐม กาญจนบุรี สมุทรสงคราม สมุทรสาคร เพชรบุรี และประจวบคีรีขันธ์ ซึ่งข้อมูลชุดนี้ได้ผ่านการประชุมพิจารณาในระดับอำเภอ และระดับจังหวัด กับหน่วยงานภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน และผู้แทนเกษตรกร ที่เกี่ยวข้องแล้ว และเมื่อที่ประชุมคณะทำงานฯ มีมติเห็นชอบในข้อมูลดังกล่าวแล้ว ทางฝ่ายเลขาฯ จะได้นำข้อมูลที่ได้นี้ เสนอต่อคณะอนุกรรมการพัฒนาคุณภาพข้อมูลปริมาณการผลิตสินค้าเกษตรด้านพืช ต่อไปทั้งนี้ การจัดทำข้อมูลสารสนเทศการเกษตรด้านพืช เป็นการบูรณาการร่วมกับหน่วยงานภาครัฐ เอกชน และเกษตรกรในระดับพื้นที่ เพื่อดำเนินการจัดทำข้อมูลสารสนเทศการเกษตรด้านพืชให้เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ เป็นระบบต่อเนื่อง ข้อมูลมีความถูกต้องและเป็นเอกภาพ สามารถนำข้อมูลที่ได้ไปใช้ประโยชน์ร่วมกันในการวางแผน ในระดับพื้นที่ ตลอดจนใช้ในการกำหนดนโยบาย และมาตรการต่างๆ ในระดับประเทศ OAE Region 10 Holds the 1st Meeting of the Working Group on Improving the Quality of Crop Production Data in the Western Region for 2025 On Friday, August 8, 2025, Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10 (OAE 10), chaired the 1st Meeting of the Working Group on Improving the Quality of Crop Production Data in the Western Region for 2025, held via Zoom Cloud Meetings at the meeting room of OAE Region 10. The purpose of the meeting was to review and approve the crop production data for seven key crops in the Western Region, including:• Rainfed rice (2024/25 crop year)• Smooth Cayenne pineapple (2025)• Oil palm, rubber, and mature coconuts (2025)• Coffee and shallots (2025) The data covers seven provinces in the Western Region: Ratchaburi, Nakhon Pathom, Kanchanaburi, Samut Songkhram, Samut Sakhon, Phetchaburi, and Prachuap Khiri Khan. These datasets had previously been reviewed and discussed at the district and provincial levels with participation from government agencies, private sector representatives, and farmer organizations. Once the working group approved the data, the secretariat was assigned to submit the finalized dataset to the Subcommittee on Improving the Quality of Crop Production Data for further consideration. The compilation of agricultural crop information is a collaborative effort among government agencies, private sector stakeholders, and local farmers. It aims to establish a continuous, efficient, accurate, and unified system of agricultural data. The information produced can be jointly utilized for area-based planning, as well as in the formulation of national-level policies and measures.
