วันศุกร์ที่ 25 กรกฎาคม 2568 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรี มอบหมายให้ นางสาวรัชตา วุฒิกิจเจริญ ผู้อำนวยการส่วนวิจัยและประเมินผล เข้าร่วมประชุมคณะอนุกรรมการพัฒนาการเกษตรและสหกรณ์จังหวัดนครปฐม ครั้งที่ 1/2568 โดยมีนายอรรถวุฒิ พึ่งเนียม รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดนครปฐมเป็นประธานในการประชุม พร้อมด้วยหัวหน้าส่วนราชการจากทุกภาคส่วนในจังหวัดนครปฐมเข้าร่วมการประชุมครั้งนี้ เพื่อติดตามรายงานความก้าวหน้าผลการเบิกจ่ายงบประมาณโครงการฯ แผนป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัยด้านการเกษตร สถานการณ์น้ำ รายงานภาวะเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรไตรมาส 2 ปี 2568 และแนวโน้มปี 2568 และเพื่อพิจารณาร่างแผนพัฒนาการเกษตรและสหกรณ์จังหวัดนครปฐม (พ.ศ. 2566-2570) ฉบับทบทวน ปี พ.ศ. 2570 ห้องประชุมชาลีมงคลอาสน์ ศาลากลางจังหวัดนครปฐม ชั้น 2 (ส่วนต่อขยาย) จังหวัดนครปฐม OAE Zone 10 Attends the First Meeting of the Subcommittee on Agricultural and Cooperative Development in Nakhon Pathom Province for 2025 On Friday, July 25, 2025Location: Chaleemongkol-at Meeting Room, 3nd Floor, Nakhon Pathom Provincial Hall Mr.Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Zone 10, Ratchaburi Province, assigned Ms. Ratchata Wuttikitcharoen, Director of the Research and Evaluation Division, to attend the first meeting of the Subcommittee on Agricultural and Cooperative Development in Nakhon Pathom Province for 2025. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Atthawut Phuengniam, Deputy Governor of Nakhon Pathom Province, and attended by heads of government agencies from all sectors in the province. The purpose of the meeting was to follow up on the progress report on budget disbursement for relevant projects, the agricultural disaster prevention and mitigation plan, the water situation, the Q2 2025 agricultural economic conditions report, and the outlook for the rest of the year. The meeting also considered the draft revision of the Nakhon Pathom Agricultural and Cooperative Development Plan (2023–2027), specifically the 2027 update.

นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 มอบหมายใน นางสาวสุชญา เอี่ยมสอาด นักวิเคราะห์นโยบายและแผนชำนาญการ ส่วนสารสนเทศการเกษตร จัดประชุมหารือผลวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลปริมาณการผลิตสินค้าเกษตรด้านพืช ระดับจังหวัด ครั้งที่ 1/2568 ในระหว่างวันที่ 16 – 25 กรกฎาคม 2568 จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี นครปฐม สมุทรสาคร เพชรบุรี ราชบุรี ประจวบคีรีขันธ์ และสมุทรสงคราม เพื่อหารือผลวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลปริมาณการผลิต ข้าวนาปี ปีเพาะปลูก 2567/68 ปาล์มน้ำมัน ปี 2567 ยางพารา ปี 2567 มะพร้าวผลแก่ ปี 2567 กาแฟ ปี 2568 และหอมหัวใหญ่ ปี 2568 ระหว่างสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร กับสำนักงานเกษตรจังหวัด เกษตรอำเภอ และหน่วยงานอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อนำข้อมูลที่ได้เสนอต่อคณะทำงานพัฒนาคุณภาพข้อมูลปริมาณการผลิตสินค้าเกษตรด้านพืช ภาคตะวันตกต่อไปทั้งนี้ ยังได้มีการทบทวนผลพยากรณ์สัปปะรดปัตตาเวีย ปี 2568 เพื่อใช้สำหรับการบริหารจัดการการผลิต การตลาด เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมผลผลิตที่จะออกสู่ตลาดปลายปีนี้ OAE Region 10 Convenes the 1st Provincial Meeting on Crop Production Volume Analysis for 2025 Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10, assigned Ms. Suchaya Aeamsa-ad, Senior Policy and Planning Analyst, Agricultural Information Division, to organize the first provincial-level meeting on the analysis of crop production volume for fiscal year 2025. The meeting was held between 16–25 July 2025 in the provinces of Kanchanaburi, Nakhon Pathom, Samut Sakhon, Phetchaburi, Ratchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, and Samut Songkhram. The objective was to review and discuss production volume data for major crops, including:• Wet-season rice for the 2024/25 planting year• Oil palm (2024)• Rubber (2024)• Mature coconut (2024)• Coffee (2025)• Onion (2025) The discussions were conducted between the Office of Agricultural Economics, provincial agricultural offices, district agricultural offices, and other relevant agencies. The collected information will be submitted to the Western Region Working Group on Crop Production Volume Data Quality Development for further deliberation. Additionally, the meeting included a review of the 2025 forecast for Pattavia pineapple to support production and marketing management and to prepare for the upcoming harvest expected at the end of the year.

In addition, the activities in the event have agencies in Samut Sakhon Province under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives and the private sector integrating to provide services to the public, such as clinics on soil, plants, livestock, fisheries, irrigation, rice, household accounting, cooperatives, agricultural economics, public health services, blood toxic residue testing, demonstrations of the use of alternative energy, and sterilization and vaccination of pets, etc. There are also agricultural product sales booths, which have attracted more than 200 farmers and people in the area and nearby who are interested in receiving services.

วันศุกร์ที่ 18 กรกฎาคม 2568 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรี เป็นประธานในการประชุมระดมความคิดเห็น (Focus Group) การศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาเกษตรอินทรีย์เพื่อการท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตร จัดโดยส่วนแผนพัฒนาเขตเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร โดยมีผู้เข้าร่วมประชุมประกอบด้วย รองนายกองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบางช้าง หน่วยงานในสังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งภาครัฐและเอกชน สถาบันการศึกษา และเกษตรกร เข้าร่วมประชุม ณ ที่ว่าการอำเภอสามพราน อำเภอสามพราน จังหวัดนครปฐม และผ่านระบบออนไลน์ Zoom Meeting เพื่อรับทราบผลการศึกษาเบื้องต้น เรื่องแนวทางการพัฒนาเกษตรอินทรีย์เพื่อการท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตร สามารถเป็นแนวทางในการจัดทำแผนงานโครงการต่างๆ ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและเพิ่มมูลค่าสินค้าเกษตรอินทรีย์ควบคู่ไปกับการพัฒนาเกษตรอินทรีย์เพื่อการท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตรต่อไป OAE Zone 10 Holds Focus Group Meeting on Strategies for Developing Organic Agriculture to Promote Agro-Tourism On Friday, July 18, 2025, Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Zone 10 (OAE 10), Ratchaburi Province, presided over a focus group meeting on the study of strategies for developing organic agriculture to promote agro-tourism. The event was organized by the Agricultural Economic Development Planning Division and held at the Sam Phran District Office, Sam Phran District, Nakhon Pathom Province, with participants also joining via Zoom Meeting. Attendees included the Deputy Chief Executive of the Bang Chang Subdistrict Administrative Organization, representatives from agencies under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, relevant government and private sector organizations, academic institutions, and local farmers. The objective of the meeting was to share and gather feedback on the preliminary findings of the study. The discussion focused on identifying practical strategies for promoting organic agriculture as part of agro-tourism development, which could serve as a basis for effective project planning. The approach also aims to enhance the value of organic agricultural products while promoting sustainable agro-tourism development in the region.

It was held at the meeting room of the Phetchaburi Provincial Agriculture and Cooperatives Office, Tha Yang District, Phetchaburi Province, and also conducted via Zoom Meeting.The objective was to present the preliminary findings of the study on the development of farmers and agricultural institutions into service entrepreneurs, and to collaboratively identify strategies for enhancing their capabilities. This aims to increase household income for farming families and expand the share of agricultural service sector value.

วันพุธที่ 16 กรกฎาคม 2568 2568 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรีมอบหมายให้นางสาวรัชตา วุฒิกิจเจริญ ผู้อำนวยการส่วนวิจัยและประเมินผล สำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จ.ราชบุรี ร่วมประชุมติดตามการปฏิบัติราชการในสังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ ตามแผนการตรวจราชการของผู้ตรวจราชการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2568 รอบที่ 2 เขตตรวจราชการที่ 3 โดยมีนายประภาส ภิญโญชีพ ผู้ตรวจราชการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ เป็นประธานในการประชุมพร้อมกันด้วยกับหน่วยงานภายใต้สังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ในจังหวัดกาญจนบุรี เพื่อร่วมกันสรุปความก้าวหน้าผลการดำเนินงาน ตามนโยบายสำคัญของกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ 9 นโยบาย โดยหน่วยงานที่รับผิดชอบโครงการ และสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรได้รับผิดชอบนโยบายที่ 9 การอำนวยความสะดวกด้านการเกษตร โครงการป้องกันภัยพืชผลทางการเกษตร กิจกรรมคือการประกันภัยข้าวนาปี ปีการผลิต 2568 มีผลการดำเนินงานดังนี้1.ข้อเสนอโครงการประกันข้าวนาปี ปีการผลิต 2568 ได้ผ่านการพิจารณาจากคณะกรรมการขับเคลื่อนการประกันภัยการเกษตร (รองปลัด กษ.ภัทราภรณ์ โสเจยยะ ทำหน้าที่ประธานแทนปลัด กษ.) เมื่อวันที่ 8 เมษายน25682.เมื่อวันที่ 26 มิถุนายน 2568 ที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการนโยบายและบริหารข้าวแห่งชาติ (นบข.) ได้มีมติเห็นชอบในหลักการโครงการประกันข้าวนาปี ปี 2568 เรียบร้อยแล้ว3.เมื่อวันที่ 30 มิถุนายน 2568 ธนาคารเพื่อการเกษตรและสหกรณ์การเกษตร (ธ.ก.ส.) ได้มีการประชุมคณะกรรมการฝ่ายจัดการของธนาคาร และมีมติเห็นชอบอุดหนุนค่าเบี้ยประกันสำหรับลูกค้าสินเชื่อฯ หลังจากนี้จะนำเสนอต่อคณะกรรมการกลั่นกรอง และคณะกรรมการ ธ.ก.ส.(บอร์ด) เพื่อให้ความเห็นชอบก่อนนำเข้าสู่การพิจารณาของคณะรัฐมนตรีต่อไป OAE Zone 10 Participated in the 2nd Monitoring and Evaluation Meeting of the Inspector-General, Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, Fiscal Year 2025, in Kanchanaburi Province On Wednesday, July 16, 2025, Mr.Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Zone 10 (OAE Zone 10), Ratchaburi Province, assigned Ms. Ratchata Wuttikitcharoen, Director of the Research and Evaluation Division, OAE Zone 10, to attend the monitoring and evaluation meeting of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives under the annual inspection plan of the Inspector-General for Fiscal Year 2025 (2nd Round) in Inspection Area 3. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Prapas Phinyocheep, Inspector-General of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, and attended by various agencies under the Ministry in Kanchanaburi Province. The purpose was to present progress updates on the implementation of the Ministry’s nine key policy agendas. The Office of Agricultural Economics is responsible for Policy No. 9: “Facilitating Agricultural Services.” The key project under this policy is the “Crop Protection Insurance Program” with the main activity being the Rice Insurance Program for the 2025 production year. Participants included the President of the Khao Lan Subdistrict Administrative Organization, representatives from agencies under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, relevant stakeholders, and local farmers engaged in rice farming, aromatic coconut, and mature coconut production.The meeting was held at the meeting room of the Khao Lan Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Thap Sakae District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, and was also conducted via Zoom Meeting. The objective was to share preliminary study findings on enhancing the capacity of farmers and agricultural institutions to become service-oriented agricultural entrepreneurs. Participants also worked collaboratively to identify potential approaches for boosting farmer capacity, increasing household income, and expanding the value contribution of the agricultural service sector.
