วันศุกร์ที่ 21 พฤศจิกายน 2568 ดร.กาญจนา ขวัญเมือง รองเลขาธิการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร มอบหมายให้นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 ร่วมคณะรองนายกรัฐมนตรีฯ ลงพื้นที่ตรวจการดำเนินงานแก้ไขปัญหาผู้ครอบครองในเขตปฏิรูปที่ดินเพื่อเกษตรกรรม ซึ่งนำโดย ร้อยเอก ธรรมนัส พรหมเผ่า รองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้บริหารสังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ ณ โครงการราชบุรีโมเดล และแปลงที่ดินปิดป้าย (Kick off) หมู่ 10 รางบัว อำเภอจอมบึง จังหวัดราชบุรี สำนักงานเทศบาลด่านทับตะโก อำเภอจอมบึง จังหวัดราชบุรี และที่ว่าการอำเภอบ้านคา ตำบลบ้านคา อำเภอบ้านคา จังหวัดราชบุรี ตามลำดับ ซึ่งการลงพื้นที่ครั้งนี้ เป็นการติดตามการดำเนินงานแก้ไขปัญหาผู้ครอบครองในเขตปฏิรูปที่ดินเพื่อเกษตรกรรม พร้อมทั้งมอบนโยบายการแก้ไขปัญหาผู้ครอบครองในเขตปฏิรูปที่ดินที่ไม่ยินยอมเข้าสู่กระบวนการปฏิรูปที่ดินเพื่อเกษตรกรรม และมอบโฉนดเพื่อการเกษตรให้แก่เกษตรกร พร้อมทั้งพบปะประชาชน มอบปัจจัยการผลิต และมอบทุนให้แก่เกษตรกรกลุ่มเปราะบางในพื้นที่OAE Region 10 Ratchaburi Joins the Deputy Prime Minister’s Delegation on an Official Inspection Visit in Ratchaburi ProvinceOn Friday, 21 November 2025, Dr. Kanchana kwanmuang, Deputy Secretary-General of the Office of Agricultural Economics, assigned Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10, to join the Deputy Prime Minister’s delegation in conducting an on-site inspection regarding the resolution of land tenure issues within the agricultural land reform areas.The delegation was led by Captain Thammanat Prompao, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives, together with executives from the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives. The inspection took place at the Ratchaburi Model Project and the “Kick-off” land plot signage event at Village No. 10, Rang Bua Subdistrict, Chom Bueng District, Ratchaburi Province; at Dan Thap Tako Municipality Office, Chom Bueng District, Ratchaburi Province; and at Ban Kha District Office, Ban Kha Subdistrict, Ban Kha District, Ratchaburi Province, respectively.This field visit aimed to follow up on progress in addressing issues related to landholders in agricultural land reform areas, to deliver policy directives concerning landholders who refuse to enter the agricultural land reform process, and to present agricultural land title deeds to

วันเสาร์ที่ 15 พฤศจิกายน 2568 ดร.กาญจนา ขวัญเมือง รองเลขาธิการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร พร้อมด้วย นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 และนางสาวรัชตา วุฒิกิจเจริญ ผู้อำนวยการส่วนวิจัยและประเมินผล ร่วมคณะรองนายกรัฐมนตรีฯ ลงพื้นที่ตรวจสถานที่ก่อสร้างโครงการประตูระบายน้ำแม่น้ำท่าจีน เชื่อมคลองสูบ ซึ่งนำโดย ร้อยเอก ธรรมนัส พรหมเผ่า รองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ พร้อมด้วยผู้บริหารสังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ ณ จุดก่อสร้างโครงการประตูระบายน้ำแม่น้ำท่าจีน เชื่อมคลองสูบ หมู่ 2 โรงพยาบาลห้วยพลู ตำบลห้วยพลู อำเภอนครชัยศรี จังหวัดนครปฐม และวัดใหม่สุคนธาราม ตำบลวัดละมุด อำเภอนครชัยศรี จังหวัดนครปฐม ​การลงพื้นที่ครั้งนี้เป็นการติดตามจุดก่อสร้างประตูระบายน้ำแม่น้ำท่าจีน เพื่อการแก้ไขปัญหาด้านเกษตรกรรมอย่างใกล้ชิด และเร่งรัดโครงการบริหารจัดการน้ำ “ประตูระบายน้ำแม่น้ำท่าจีนเชื่อมคลองสูบ” เพื่อบรรเทาปัญหาอุทกภัยและช่วยเหลือพื้นที่เกษตรกรรมในฤดูฝน ให้แก่เกษตรกร พร้อมทั้งพบปะประชาชน และมอบถุงยังชีพแก่ผู้ประสบอุทกภัยในพื้นที่ Deputy Secretary-General of OAE and Director of OAE 10 Join Deputy Prime Minister’s Delegation to Inspect Watergate Construction Project in Nakhon Pathom On Saturday, 15 November 2025, Dr. Kanjana Kwanmuang, Deputy Secretary-General of the Office of Agricultural Economics (OAE), together with Mr. Kitsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of OAE 10, and Ms. Ratchata Wuttikitcharoen, Director of the Research and Evaluation Division, joined the Deputy Prime Minister’s delegation to inspect the construction site of the Tha Chin River Watergate–Sueb Canal Connection Project. The visit was led by Captain Thammanat Prompao, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives, along with executives from the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives. The delegation visited the project construction point at Moo 2, Huai Phlu Hospital, Huai Phlu Subdistrict, Nakhon Chai Si District, Nakhon Pathom Province, and Wat Mai Sukhontharam, Wat Lamud Subdistrict, Nakhon Chai Si District, Nakhon Pathom Province. The field visit aimed to closely monitor the progress of the Tha Chin River Watergate construction, which plays a crucial role in addressing agricultural challenges and expediting the implementation of the “Tha Chin River Watergate – Sueb Canal Connection” water management project. The project is expected to mitigate flood impacts and support agricultural areas during the rainy season. During the visit, the Deputy Prime Minister also met with local residents and distributed relief supplies to those affected by flooding in the area.

วันศุกร์ที่ 14 พฤศจิกายน 2568 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 (สศท.10) พร้อมด้วยเจ้าหน้าที่ส่วนแผนพัฒนาเขตเศรษฐกิจการเกษต สศท.10 เข้าร่วมพิธีวางพานพุ่มดอกไม้สดเนื่องในวันพระบิดาแห่งฝนหลวง 2568 ร่วมกับหน่วยงานในสังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ ณ โรงยิมเนเซี่ยมจังหวัดราชบุรี โดยมีนางสาวฐิติลักษณ์ คำพา ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดราชบุรี เป็นประธานในพิธี ซึ่งพิธีวางพานพุ่มดอกไม้สดถวายราชสดุดีเฉลิมพระเกียรติ พระบาทสมเด็จพระบรมชนกาธิเบศรมหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดชมหาราช บรมนาถบพิตร เนื่องใน “วันพระบิดาแห่งฝนหลวง” ซึ่งตรงกับวันที่ 14 พฤศจิกายนของทุกปี โดยเป็นการน้อมรำลึกในพระมหากรุณาธิคุณของพระบาทสมเด็จพระบรมชนกาธิเบศร มหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดชมหาราช บรมนาถบพิตร ที่ทรงมีพระราชดำรินำความรู้ทางวิทยาศาสตร์ มาประยุกต์ใช้ในการบังคับเมฆให้เกิดเป็นฝนจนเกิดเป็นโครงการพระราชดำริฝนหลวง ขจัดปัดเป่าความทุกข์ยาก ให้แก่พสกนิกรที่ประสบภัยแล้งและบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรน้ำของประเทศจวบจนปัจจุบัน พร้อมกันนี้ในพิธีผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดราชบุรีได้นำทุกภาคส่วน ยืนสงบนิ่งถวายความอาลัยแด่สมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชินีนาถ พระบรมราชชนนีพันปีหลวง และมีส่วนราชการ และหน่วยงานได้ร่วมวางพานพุ่มดอกไม้สดหน้าพระบรมฉายาลักษณ์ฯ ตามลำดับ Director of OAE Office 10 Joins the Fresh Flower Wreath-Laying Ceremony on the Royal Rainmaking Day 2025 On Friday, 14 November 2025, Mr. Kitsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics 10 (OAE 10), together with staff from the Agricultural Economic Development Planning Division, participated in the fresh flower wreath-laying ceremony on the occasion of the Royal Rainmaking Day 2025. The ceremony was held in collaboration with agencies under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives at the Ratchaburi Provincial Gymnasium, and was presided over by Ms. Thitilak Khampa, Governor of Ratchaburi Province.The ceremony was held to pay homage and express heartfelt tribute to His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great, the “Father of Royal Rainmaking,” commemorated annually on 14 November. The event honored His Majesty’s benevolence and his initiative in applying scientific knowledge to cloud-seeding techniques, which later became the Royal Rainmaking Project—aimed at alleviating drought hardships and improving national water resource management up to the present day.During the ceremony, the Governor of Ratchaburi led all participants in observing a moment of silence in remembrance of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother. Government authorities and participating agencies also took turns laying fresh flower wreaths before the royal portrait.

On Thursday, November 13, 2025, at 4:00 p.m., Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10, along with the staff, joined with agencies under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives in Ratchaburi Province as co-hosts of the merit-making ceremony to dedicate royal merit to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother. The ceremony was held in accordance with the Ratchaburi Province’s schedule to allow people from all sectors to express their deepest respect and gratitude for Her Majesty’s boundless benevolence. The event was presided over by Ms. Warittha Sanguansermsri, Deputy Governor of Ratchaburi Province, and attended by government officials, employees, and members of the public at Wat Mahathat Worawihan, Mueang Ratchaburi District, Ratchaburi Province.
