วันพุธที่ 23 กรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2568 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 มอบหมายให้ นางสาวรัชตา วุฒิกิจเจริญ ผู้อำนวยการส่วนวิจัยและประเมินผล พร้อมด้วยเจ้าหน้าที่ เข้าร่วมจัดกิจกรรมออกหน่วยบริการโครงการคลินิกเกษตรเคลื่อนที่ในพระราชานุเคราะห์ สมเด็จพระบรม โอรสาธิราชฯ สยามมกุฎราชกุมาร ไตรมาส 4 ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2568 ณ เทศบาลตำบลหินกอง ตำบล หินกอง อำเภอเมืองราชบุรี จังหวัดราชบุรี โดยมี นายพุทธพงษ์ สุริยะสิงห์ รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดราชบุรี เป็นประธานเปิดงานโครงการคลินิกเกษตรเคลื่อนที่ในพระราชานุเคราะห์สมเด็จพระบรมโอรสาธิราช ฯ สยามมกุฎราชกุมาร ซึ่งสำนักงานเกษตรจังหวัดราชบุรี ร่วมกับหน่วยงานในสังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ จังหวัดราชบุรี จัดขึ้นเป็นไตรมาสที่ 4 ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2568 มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้บริการแก่เกษตรกรในการแก้ไขปัญหาการผลิตด้านการเกษตร ตามความต้องการของเกษตรกรพื้นที่ เป็นการปฏิบัติงานในเชิงรุกที่ทำให้เกษตรกรในพื้นที่ที่มีปัญหาได้รับบริการทางการเกษตรได้อย่างรวดเร็วและทั่วถึง ทั้งนี้ กิจกรรมภายในงานมีหน่วยงานในจังหวัดราชบุรี สังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ ภาคเอกชน และหน่วยจิตอาสา 904 จังหวัดราชบุรี บูรณาการออกหน่วยบริการประชาชน อาทิ คลินิกด้านดิน พืช ปศุสัตว์ ประมง ชลประทาน ข้าว การทำบัญชีครัวเรือน กฎหมาย สหกรณ์ เศรษฐกิจการเกษตร บริการด้านสาธารณสุข ตรวจสารพิษตกค้างในเลือดการสาธิตการใช้พลังงานทดแทน และทำหมันฉีดวัคซีนสัตว์เลี้ยง เป็นต้น การออกร้านจำหน่ายสินค้าเกษตร ซึ่งมีเกษตรกร และประชาชนในพื้นที่และใกล้เคียงสนใจมารับบริการกว่า 200 คน Office of Agricultural Economics 10 joined the mobile agricultural clinic under the royal patronage of His Royal Highness Crown Prince Maha Vajiralongkorn, 4th quarter of fiscal year 2025 On Wednesday, July 23, 2025, Mr. Kijsart Onngenthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics 10, assigned Ms. Ratchata Wuttikitcharoen, Director of the Research and Evaluation Division, along with staff to join the mobile agricultural clinic service activity under the royal patronage of His Royal Highness Crown Prince Maha Vajiralongkorn, 4th quarter of fiscal year 2025 at Hin Kong Subdistrict Municipality, Hin Kong Subdistrict, Mueang Ratchaburi District, Ratchaburi Province, with Mr. Phutthaphong Suriyasingh, Deputy Governor of Ratchaburi Province, presiding over the opening ceremony of the mobile agricultural clinic project under the royal patronage of His Royal Highness Crown Prince Maha Vajiralongkorn, which the Ratchaburi Provincial Agricultural Office, in collaboration with agencies under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, Ratchaburi Province Held in the 4th quarter of the fiscal year 2025, the objective is to provide services to farmers in solving agricultural production problems according to the needs of farmers in the area. It is a proactive operation that allows farmers in problem areas to receive agricultural services quickly and comprehensively. In addition, the activities in the event include agencies in Ratchaburi Province under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, the private sector, and the 904 Volunteer Unit of Ratchaburi Province, integrating public service units, such as clinics on soil, plants, livestock, fisheries, irrigation, rice, household accounting, laws, cooperatives, agricultural economics, public health services, blood toxic residue testing, demonstrations of the use of renewable energy, and sterilization and vaccination of pets, etc. There are also agricultural product sales booths, with more than 200 farmers and locals in and nearby areas interested in receiving services.

The event was organized by the Agricultural Economic Development Planning Division and held at the Sam Phran District Office, Sam Phran District, Nakhon Pathom Province, with participants also joining via Zoom Meeting. Attendees included the Deputy Chief Executive of the Bang Chang Subdistrict Administrative Organization, representatives from agencies under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, relevant government and private sector organizations, academic institutions, and local farmers. The objective of the meeting was to share and gather feedback on the preliminary findings of the study. The discussion focused on identifying practical strategies for promoting organic agriculture as part of agro-tourism development, which could serve as a basis for effective project planning. The approach also aims to enhance the value of organic agricultural products while promoting sustainable agro-tourism development in the region.

It was held at the meeting room of the Phetchaburi Provincial Agriculture and Cooperatives Office, Tha Yang District, Phetchaburi Province, and also conducted via Zoom Meeting.The objective was to present the preliminary findings of the study on the development of farmers and agricultural institutions into service entrepreneurs, and to collaboratively identify strategies for enhancing their capabilities. This aims to increase household income for farming families and expand the share of agricultural service sector value.

The meeting was chaired by Mr. Prapas Phinyocheep, Inspector-General of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, and attended by various agencies under the Ministry in Kanchanaburi Province. The purpose was to present progress updates on the implementation of the Ministry’s nine key policy agendas. The Office of Agricultural Economics is responsible for Policy No. 9: “Facilitating Agricultural Services.” The key project under this policy is the “Crop Protection Insurance Program” with the main activity being the Rice Insurance Program for the 2025 production year. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Sa-ard Anukulpracha, President of the Khao Lan Subdistrict Administrative Organization, and attended by representatives from agencies under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, relevant stakeholders, and rubber farmers. The session was held at the meeting room of the Khao Lan Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Thap Sakae District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, with additional participation via Zoom Meeting. The objective was to present the findings of the rubber crop insurance study and to collaboratively explore appropriate and practical insurance models that meet the needs of rubber farmers. The meeting provided a platform for all participants to share ideas and propose useful recommendations for the benefit of the rubber farming community.

The workshop was chaired by Mr. Banphot Chantrawong, Chief District Officer of Samut Sakhon Province, and attended by representatives from government agencies, the private sector, farmers, and other stakeholders. The objective was to collaboratively review and update the agricultural and cooperative development strategy for the province. วันอังคารที่ 1 กรกฎาคม 2568นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 พร้อมด้วยเจ้าหน้าที่ ร่วมกันจัดกิจกรรม 5ส. ทำความสะอาดและจัดระเบียบห้องทำงาน จัดสถานที่ภายในอาคาร และพื้นที่บริเวณโดยรอบสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 เพื่อเป็นการปรับปรุงสภาพแวดล้อมที่ทำงานให้เป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย สวยงามและน่าอยู่ อันจะส่งผลให้การทำงานเป็นระบบ และมีประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานมากขึ้น OAE Region 10 Conducts 5S Activity for 2025 – Second Round On Tuesday, July 1, 2025, Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10, together with the staff, organized the second 5S activity of the year. The team worked together to clean and organize their workspaces, arrange areas within the building, and tidy up the surroundings of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10. This initiative aims to improve the work environment, making it more orderly, pleasant, and conducive to efficiency. A clean and well-organized space contributes to a more systematic and productive work process.
