วันอังคารที่ 29 กรกฎาคม 2568 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรี มอบหมายให้นางสาวรัชตา วุฒิกิจเจริญ ผู้อำนวยการส่วนวิจัยและประเมินผล สำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรี ร่วมประชุมติดตามการปฏิบัติราชการในสังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ ตามแผนการตรวจราชการของผู้ตรวจราชการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2568 รอบที่ 2 เขตตรวจราชการที่ 2 โดยมีนางสาวเสาวลักษณ์ ศุภกมลเสนีย์ ผู้ตรวจราชการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ เป็นประธานในการประชุมพร้อมกันด้วยกับหน่วยงานภายใต้สังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ในจังหวัดนครปฐม เพื่อร่วมกันสรุปความก้าวหน้าผลการดำเนินงาน ตามนโยบายสำคัญของกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ 9 นโยบาย โดยหน่วยงานที่รับผิดชอบโครงการ และสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรได้รับผิดชอบนโยบายที่ 9 การอำนวยความสะดวกด้านการเกษตร โครงการป้องกันภัยพืชผลทางการเกษตร กิจกรรมคือการประกันภัยข้าวนาปี ปีการผลิต 2568 มีผลการดำเนินงานดังนี้1.ข้อเสนอโครงการประกันข้าวนาปี ปีการผลิต 2568 ได้ผ่านการพิจารณาจากคณะกรรมการขับเคลื่อนการประกันภัยการเกษตร (รองปลัด กษ.ภัทราภรณ์ โสเจยยะ ทำหน้าที่ประธานแทนปลัด กษ.) เมื่อวันที่ 8 เมษายน 25682.เมื่อวันที่ 26 มิถุนายน 2568 ที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการนโยบายและบริหารข้าวแห่งชาติ (นบข.) ได้มีมติเห็นชอบในหลักการโครงการประกันข้าวนาปี ปี 2568 เรียบร้อยแล้ว3.เมื่อวันที่ 30 มิถุนายน 2568 ธนาคารเพื่อการเกษตรและสหกรณ์การเกษตร (ธ.ก.ส.) ได้มีการประชุมคณะกรรมการฝ่ายจัดการของธนาคาร และมีมติเห็นชอบอุดหนุนค่าเบี้ยประกันสำหรับลูกค้าสินเชื่อฯ หลังจากนี้จะนำเสนอต่อคณะกรรมการกลั่นกรอง และคณะกรรมการ ธ.ก.ส.(บอร์ด) เพื่อให้ความเห็นชอบก่อนนำเข้าสู่การพิจารณาของคณะรัฐมนตรีต่อไป รวมทั้งได้มีการตรวจติดตามงานในพื้นที่ ณ แปลงใหญ่หน่อไม้ฝรั่ง ตำบลหนองงูเหลือม อำเภอเมืองนครปฐม จังหวัดนครปฐม OAE Zone 10 Participated in the Second Monitoring and Evaluation Meeting for the Fiscal Year 2025 by the Inspector-General of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives in Nakhon Pathom Province On Tuesday, July 29, 2025, Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Zone 10 (OAE 10), Ratchaburi Province, assigned Ms. Ratchata Wuttikitcharoen, Director of the Research and Evaluation Division, OAE 10, to attend the second round of the fiscal year 2025 monitoring and evaluation meeting organized by the Inspector-General of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives in Inspection Area 2. The meeting was chaired by Ms. Saowalak Supakamonsanee, Inspector-General of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, and attended by representatives of various agencies under the Ministry in Nakhon Pathom Province. The purpose was to review the progress of the implementation of the Ministry’s 9 key policies. Each policy was reported on by the responsible agencies. The Office of Agricultural Economics is responsible for Policy 9: Agricultural Facilitation, specifically the Crop Insurance Project for wet-season rice in the 2025 production year. The progress of the project is as follows: In addition, the meeting included a field inspection at the large-scale asparagus farming plot located in Nong Ngu Lueam Subdistrict, Mueang Nakhon Pathom District, Nakhon Pathom Province.

Mr.Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of OAE 10, assigned officers from the Agricultural Economic Development Planning Division to attend the ceremony at the front area of the Ratchaburi Provincial Gymnasium, Mueang District, Ratchaburi Province. The event was presided over by Ms. Thitilak Khampha, Governor of Ratchaburi Province, and attended by heads of government agencies, civil servants, state enterprise employees, officials, and the general public. The program commenced with the Buddhist chanting ceremony and the auspicious religious rites of three major religions, followed by a merit-making alms-offering ceremony dedicated to His Majesty the King. Subsequently, the Governor led civil servants, state enterprise employees, and officials in taking the oath of allegiance to serve as good civil servants and as the power of the nation. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Atthawut Phuengniam, Deputy Governor of Nakhon Pathom Province, and attended by heads of government agencies from all sectors in the province. The purpose of the meeting was to follow up on the progress report on budget disbursement for relevant projects, the agricultural disaster prevention and mitigation plan, the water situation, the Q2 2025 agricultural economic conditions report, and the outlook for the rest of the year. The meeting also considered the draft revision of the Nakhon Pathom Agricultural and Cooperative Development Plan (2023–2027), specifically the 2027 update.

The meeting was held between 16–25 July 2025 in the provinces of Kanchanaburi, Nakhon Pathom, Samut Sakhon, Phetchaburi, Ratchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, and Samut Songkhram. The objective was to review and discuss production volume data for major crops, including:• Wet-season rice for the 2024/25 planting year• Oil palm (2024)• Rubber (2024)• Mature coconut (2024)• Coffee (2025)• Onion (2025) The discussions were conducted between the Office of Agricultural Economics, provincial agricultural offices, district agricultural offices, and other relevant agencies. The collected information will be submitted to the Western Region Working Group on Crop Production Volume Data Quality Development for further deliberation. Additionally, the meeting included a review of the 2025 forecast for Pattavia pineapple to support production and marketing management and to prepare for the upcoming harvest expected at the end of the year.

In addition, the activities in the event include agencies in Ratchaburi Province under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, the private sector, and the 904 Volunteer Unit of Ratchaburi Province, integrating public service units, such as clinics on soil, plants, livestock, fisheries, irrigation, rice, household accounting, laws, cooperatives, agricultural economics, public health services, blood toxic residue testing, demonstrations of the use of renewable energy, and sterilization and vaccination of pets, etc. There are also agricultural product sales booths, with more than 200 farmers and locals in and nearby areas interested in receiving services.

The event was organized by the Agricultural Economic Development Planning Division and held at the Sam Phran District Office, Sam Phran District, Nakhon Pathom Province, with participants also joining via Zoom Meeting. Attendees included the Deputy Chief Executive of the Bang Chang Subdistrict Administrative Organization, representatives from agencies under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, relevant government and private sector organizations, academic institutions, and local farmers. The objective of the meeting was to share and gather feedback on the preliminary findings of the study. The discussion focused on identifying practical strategies for promoting organic agriculture as part of agro-tourism development, which could serve as a basis for effective project planning. The approach also aims to enhance the value of organic agricultural products while promoting sustainable agro-tourism development in the region.

It was held at the meeting room of the Phetchaburi Provincial Agriculture and Cooperatives Office, Tha Yang District, Phetchaburi Province, and also conducted via Zoom Meeting.The objective was to present the preliminary findings of the study on the development of farmers and agricultural institutions into service entrepreneurs, and to collaboratively identify strategies for enhancing their capabilities. This aims to increase household income for farming families and expand the share of agricultural service sector value.
