ผอ.สศท.10 เข้าร่วมประชุมติดตามผลการดำเนินงานตามแผนการตรวจราชการของผู้ตรวจราชการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2568 รอบที่ 2 จ.สมุทรสาคร

เข้าร่วมประชุมติดตามผลการดำเนินงานตามแผนการตรวจราชการของผู้ตรวจราชการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2568 รอบที่ 2
โดยมี นางสาวอิงอร ปัญญากิจ ผู้ตรวจราชการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ เป็นประธานในการประชุม พร้อมกันด้วยกับหน่วยงานภายใต้สังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ในจังหวัดสมุทรสาคร ณ ห้องประชุมพันท้ายนรสิงห์ ศาลากลางจังหวัดสมุทรสาคร
เพื่อร่วมกันสรุปความก้าวหน้าผลการดำเนินงาน ตามนโยบายสำคัญของกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ 9 นโยบาย โดยหน่วยงานที่รับผิดชอบโครงการ และสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรได้รับผิดชอบนโยบายที่ 9 การอำนวยความสะดวกด้านการเกษตร โครงการป้องกันภัยพืชผลทางการเกษตร กิจกรรมคือการประกันภัยข้าวนาปี ปีการผลิต 2568 มีผลการดำเนินงานดังนี้
1.ข้อเสนอโครงการประกันข้าวนาปี ปีการผลิต 2568 ได้ผ่านการพิจารณาจากคณะกรรมการขับเคลื่อนการประกันภัยการเกษตร (รองปลัด กษ.ภัทราภรณ์ โสเจยยะ ทำหน้าที่ประธานแทนปลัด กษ.) เมื่อวันที่ 8 เมษายน 2568
2.เมื่อวันที่ 26 มิถุนายน 2568 ที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการนโยบายและบริหารข้าวแห่งชาติ (นบข.) ได้มีมติเห็นชอบในหลักการโครงการประกันข้าวนาปี ปี 2568 เรียบร้อยแล้ว
3.เมื่อวันที่ 30 มิถุนายน 2568 ธนาคารเพื่อการเกษตรและสหกรณ์การเกษตร (ธ.ก.ส.) ได้มีการประชุมคณะกรรมการฝ่ายจัดการของธนาคาร และมีมติเห็นชอบอุดหนุนค่าเบี้ยประกันสำหรับลูกค้าสินเชื่อฯ หลังจากนี้จะนำเสนอต่อคณะกรรมการกลั่นกรอง และคณะกรรมการ ธ.ก.ส.(บอร์ด) เพื่อให้ความเห็นชอบก่อนนำเข้าสู่การพิจารณาของคณะรัฐมนตรีต่อไป
Director of OAE 10 Joins Meeting to Monitor Progress on MOAC Inspector-General’s Inspection Plan for Fiscal Year 2025, Round 2, Samut Sakhon Province
On Wednesday, July 30, 2025, Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics 10 (OAE 10), Ratchaburi Province, attended a meeting to monitor the progress of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives (MOAC) Inspector-General’s inspection plan for fiscal year 2025, round 2.
The meeting was chaired by Ms. Ing-orn Panyakit, Inspector-General of the MOAC, and was held with agencies under the ministry in Samut Sakhon Province at the Phan Thai Norasingh Meeting Room, Samut Sakhon Provincial Hall.
The purpose was to jointly summarize the progress of nine key MOAC policies. OAE 10 is responsible for Policy 9, “Facilitating Agriculture,” specifically the Crop Disaster Protection Project which includes the 2025 seasonal rice crop insurance activity. The progress is as follows:
- The proposal for the 2025 seasonal rice crop insurance was approved by the Agricultural Insurance Steering Committee (with Ms. Patraporn Sochayay, Deputy Permanent Secretary of MOAC, serving as acting chairperson for the Permanent Secretary) on April 8, 2025.
- On June 26, 2025, the National Rice Policy and Management Committee (NRP) passed a resolution to approve the principle of the 2025 seasonal rice crop insurance project.
- On June 30, 2025, the Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives (BAAC) held a meeting of its management committee, which resolved to approve the premium subsidy for loan customers. The proposal will now be presented to the screening committee and the BAAC board for approval before being submitted for cabinet consideration.
