วันพฤหัสบดีที่ 17 กรกฎาคม 2568 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรี มอบหมายให้นางสาวรัชตา วุฒิกิจเจริญ ผู้อำนวยการส่วนวิจัยและประเมินผล เป็นประธานการประชุมระดมความคิดเห็น (Focus Group) การศึกษาแนวทางการยกระดับเกษตรกรและสถาบันเกษตรกรให้เป็นผู้ประกอบการให้บริการทางการเกษตร โดยมีเจ้าหน้าที่ส่วนแผนพัฒนาเขตเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร หน่วยงานในสังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องและเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกข้าวจังหวัดเพชรบุรีและจังหวัดนครปฐม เข้าร่วมประชุม ณ ห้องประชุมสำนักงานเกษตรและสหกรณ์จังหวัดเพชรบุรี อำเภอท่ายาง จังหวัดเพชรบุรี และผ่านระบบออนไลน์ Zoom Meeting เพื่อรับทราบผลการศึกษาเบื้องต้น เรื่องแนวทางการพัฒนาศักยภาพเกษตรกรและสถาบันเกษตรกรให้เป็นผู้ประกอบการให้บริการทางการเกษตร และร่วมกันหาแนวทางยกระดับศักยภาพเกษตรกรและสถาบันเกษตรกรให้เป็นผู้ประกอบการให้บริการทางการเกษตรและสร้างรายได้ให้กับครัวเรือนเกษตรกรและเพิ่มสัดส่วนมูลค่าภาคบริการทางการเกษตรต่อไป
OAE Zone 10 Holds Focus Group Discussion on Enhancing Farmers and Agricultural Institutions to Become Agricultural Service Entrepreneurs in Phetchaburi Province
On Thursday, July 17, 2025, Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics, Zone 10 (Ratchaburi Province), assigned Ms. Ratchata Wuttikitcharoen, Director of the Economic Research and Evaluation Division, to chair a Focus Group discussion on the study of approaches to enhance the capacity of farmers and agricultural institutions to become agricultural service entrepreneurs.
The meeting was attended by officials from the Agricultural Economic Development Planning Division, agencies under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, relevant stakeholders, and rice farmers from Phetchaburi and Nakhon Pathom Provinces. It was held at the meeting room of the Phetchaburi Provincial Agriculture and Cooperatives Office, Tha Yang District, Phetchaburi Province, and also conducted via Zoom Meeting.
The objective was to present the preliminary findings of the study on the development of farmers and agricultural institutions into service entrepreneurs, and to collaboratively identify strategies for enhancing their capabilities. This aims to increase household income for farming families and expand the share of agricultural service sector value.
