วันพฤหัสบดีที่ 29 ตุลาคม 2569 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 (สศท.10)พร้อมด้วย ว่าที่ร้อยเอกนันทพร บัวเอี่ยม ผู้อำนวยการส่วนสารสนเทศการเกษตร สศท.10 ได้ลงพื้นที่ร่วมกับคณะทำงานของ นางสาวฐิติลักษณ์ คำพา ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดราชบุรี และหน่วยงานในสังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ ผู้นำท้องที่ท้องถิ่น ลงพื้นที่ แปลงปลูกมะพร้าวน้ำหอม นายสุเทพ เนียมศรี หมู่ที่ 6 ต.พิกุลทอง อ.เมืองราชบุรี และแปลง ปลูกมะพร้าวน้ำหอม นายบุญส่ง จันทร์หอม หมู่ที่ 5 ต.ท่านัด อ.ดำเนินสะดวก จ.ราชบุรี เพื่อติดตามผลกระทบจากสถานการณ์น้ำท่วมสวนมะพร้าวน้ำหอม โดยพบว่าหากน้ำท่วมไม่ถึงทะลายมะพร้าว รสชาติและกลิ่นอาจยังเป็นปกติ แต่หากน้ำท่วมถึงทะลายและมีการแช่อยู่ในน้ำนาน อาจทำให้น้ำซึมเข้าไปในผล ส่งผลให้กลิ่นและรสชาติเปลี่ยนแปลง ไม่เหมาะสำหรับบริโภค จึงขอให้เกษตรกรคัดแยกผลผลิตที่ได้รับความเสียหายออกจากผลผลิตที่มีคุณภาพ ส่วนแนวทางช่วยเหลือเกษตรกรที่ได้รับผลกระทบ แบ่งเป็น 2 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ เกษตรกรที่ขึ้นทะเบียนและปรับปรุงทะเบียนเกษตรกรเป็นปัจจุบัน ซึ่งจะมีการสำรวจความเสียหายตามสภาพจริง และเกษตรกรที่ไม่ได้ขึ้นทะเบียนหรือไม่ได้ปรับปรุงทะเบียนให้เป็นปัจจุบัน โดยทางผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดราชบุรีได้หารือไปยังกรมส่งเสริมการเกษตร เพื่อพิจารณาแนวทางให้ความช่วยเหลือเพิ่มเติม
สำหรับหลักเกณฑ์เบื้องต้น เกษตรกรที่สวนมะพร้าวเสียหายจนต้นตาย อาจได้รับเงินช่วยเหลือประมาณ 6,800 บาทต่อไร่ ไม่เกิน 30 ไร่ ส่วนกรณีต้นมะพร้าวได้รับผลกระทบจนการเจริญเติบโตหยุดชะงัก อาจได้รับเงินช่วยเหลือประมาณ 3,400 บาทต่อไร่ ทั้งนี้ ต้องผ่านการสำรวจและพิจารณาตามหลักเกณฑ์ของทางราชการ โดยคำนึงถึงสภาพความเสียหายจริงในพื้นที่ และได้มีการขอความร่วมมือเกษตรกรไม่จำหน่ายมะพร้าวที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากน้ำท่วมปะปนกับผลผลิตที่มีคุณภาพ เพื่อรักษามาตรฐานและความเชื่อมั่นของผู้บริโภคต่อมะพร้าวน้ำหอมราชบุรี ซึ่งเป็นพืชเศรษฐกิจสำคัญของจังหวัดในระยะยาว
ROAE 10 Joins Field Survey on Flood Damage to Aromatic Coconut Orchards
On Thursday, October 29, 2026, Mr. Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 10 (ROAE 10), along with Acting Sub-Lieutenant Nantaporn Bua-iam, Director of the Agricultural Information Division (ROAE 10), joined a delegation led by Ms. Thitilux Khampa, Governor of Ratchaburi Province, representatives from agencies under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, and local leaders.
The delegation visited aromatic coconut plantations owned by Mr. Suthep Niamsri in Moo 6, Pikun Thong Subdistrict, Mueang Ratchaburi District, and Mr. Boonsong Chanhom in Moo 5, Tha Nat Subdistrict, Damnoen Saduak District, Ratchaburi Province, to assess the impact of flooding on aromatic coconut orchards.
The survey revealed that if floodwaters do not reach the coconut clusters, the taste and aroma generally remain normal. However, if floodwaters submerge the clusters for an extended period, water may seep into the fruits, altering their aroma and flavor, making them unsuitable for consumption. Farmers are therefore advised to segregate damaged produce from high-quality yield.
Assistance guidelines for affected farmers are divided into two categories:
Registered Farmers with updated registration status, who will receive damage assessments based on actual conditions.
Unregistered or Non-updated Farmers, for whom the Governor of Ratchaburi Province has consulted the Department of Agricultural Extension to explore additional relief measures.
Under preliminary criteria, farmers whose coconut trees are destroyed and die may receive compensation of approximately 6,800 THB per rai (up to 30 rai). For trees where growth has stalled due to flood impact, assistance is estimated at approximately 3,400 THB per rai. All claims must undergo official surveys and evaluation according to government regulations based on actual field damage.
Additionally, farmers have been requested not to mix flood-damaged coconuts with quality produce, aiming to safeguard standard quality and preserve consumer confidence in Ratchaburi’s aromatic coconuts—a key economic crop for the province—in the long term.
