นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 พร้อมด้วยเจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายบริหารทั่วไปเข้าร่วมวางพวงมาลาในพิธีน้อมรำลึกเนื่องในวันคล้ายวันสวรรคตพระบาทสมเด็จพระจุลจอมเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว “วันปิยมหาราช” ประจำปี 2569 ณ บริเวณพระบรมราชานุสาวรีย์พระบาทสมเด็จพระจุลจอมเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว หน้าอาคารองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดราชบุรี อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดราชบุรี โดยมีนางสาวฐิติลักษณ์ คำพา ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดราชบุรี เป็นประธานในพิธี พร้อมด้วย หัวหน้าส่วนราชการ ข้าราชการ ศาล ทหาร ตำรวจ องค์กรภาครัฐและเอกชน ร่วมพิธีดังกล่าว ซึ่งกิจกรรมในพิธีประกอบด้วย ประธานในพิธีเข้าวางพวงมาลาเบื้องหน้าพระบรมราชานุสาวรีย์พระบาทสมเด็จพระจุลจอมเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว พร้อมกล่าวน้อมรำลึกในพระมหากรุณาธิคุณของพระบาทสมเด็จพระจุลจอมเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว และร่วมยืนสงบนิ่งน้อมรำลึกในพระมหากรุณาธิคุณเป็นเวลา 57 วินาที
The Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10 Attends the Commemoration Ceremony for King Chulalongkorn Memorial Day 2026

Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10, together with officials from the General Administration Section, attended the wreath-laying ceremony in commemoration of the anniversary of the passing of His Majesty King Chulalongkorn (King Rama V), observed annually as King Chulalongkorn Memorial Day, at the Royal Monument of King Chulalongkorn in front of the Ratchaburi Provincial Administrative Organization building, Mueang District, Ratchaburi Province.
The ceremony was presided over by Ms. Thitilak Khampha, Governor of Ratchaburi Province, and attended by heads of government agencies, civil servants, representatives from the judiciary, military and police, as well as representatives from public and private sector organizations.
The ceremony included the laying of wreaths before the Royal Monument of King Chulalongkorn by the presiding dignitary, followed by a tribute to His Majesty in recognition of his gracious benevolence and invaluable contributions to the nation. Participants then observed 57 seconds of silence in solemn remembrance of His Majesty’s immeasurable royal benevolence.
