ในระหว่างวันที่ 9-20 มีนาคม 2569 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรี มอบหมายให้เจ้าหน้าที่ส่วนแผนพัฒนาเขตเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร ลงพื้นที่ศึกษาแนวทางการยกระดับสินค้าเกษตรมูลค่าสูงด้วยเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมเพื่อเป็นฐานการผลิตและบริการในพื้นที่ระเบียงเศรษฐกิจ (สินค้ามะพร้าวน้ำหอม)ในจังหวัดนครปฐม สมุทรสาคร และราชบุรี ภายใต้โครงการศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาในการสร้างโอกาส เพิ่มรายได้และความยั่งยืนทางการเกษตร ปีงบประมาณ 2569 โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาห่วงโซ่คุณค่าการผลิตสินค้าเกษตรมูลค่าสูงด้วยเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมและแนวทางการยกระดับสินค้าเกษตรมูลค่าสูงด้วยเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรม โดยลงพื้นที่สัมภาษณ์เกษตรกรผู้ปลูกมะพร้าวน้ำหอม ผู้ประกอบการ หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง และนายจรัญ เจริญทรัพย์ นายกสมาคมมะพร้าวน้ำหอมไทย ซึ่งข้อมูลที่ได้สามารถนำมาวิเคราะห์และนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ในการขับเคลื่อนและพัฒนาสินค้าเกษตรมูลค่าสูงต่อไป
OAE RO 10, Ratchaburi Studies Approaches to Upgrading High-Value Agricultural Products through Technology and Innovation for Production and Service Bases in the Economic Corridor (Aromatic Coconut)
During 9–20 March 2026, Mr. Kijsart Onngernvittayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10 Ratchaburi, assigned officials from the Agricultural Economic Zone Development Division to conduct a field study on approaches to upgrading high-value agricultural products through technology and innovation, aiming to strengthen production and service bases within the economic corridor. The study focused on aromatic coconut products in Nakhon Pathom, Samut Sakhon, and Ratchaburi provinces.
This activity is part of the project titled “Study on Development Approaches to Creating Opportunities, Increasing Income, and Promoting Agricultural Sustainability” for the fiscal year 2026. The objective is to examine the value chain of high-value agricultural products enhanced by technology and innovation, as well as to explore practical approaches for upgrading such products.
The study involved field interviews with aromatic coconut farmers, entrepreneurs, relevant agencies, and Mr. Charan Charoensap, President of the Thai Aromatic Coconut Association. The information gathered will be analyzed and utilized to support policy formulation and drive the development of high-value agricultural products in a sustainable manner.
