วันที่ 18-19 ธันวาคม 2568 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 ราชบุรี มอบหมายให้ เจ้าหน้าที่ส่วนสารสนเทศการเกษตรสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 ราชบุรี เข้าร่วมบูรณาการจัดอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการหลักสูตร “การพัฒนาศักยภาพเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรอาสา (ศกอ.)” ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ.2569 ณ โรงแรม แซนด์ดูนส์ เจ้าหลาว บีช รีสอร์ท อำเภอท่าใหม่ จังหวัดจันทบุรี เพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพของเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรอาสาด้านการจัดเก็บข้อมูล การใช้เทคโนโลยี ในการเผยแพร่ข้อมูลสารสนเทศและประชาสัมพันธ์งานของสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร รวมทั้งเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์และมีเครือข่ายของเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรอาสาที่เข้มแข็งในพื้นที่
สำหรับการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการฯ ในครั้งนี้เป็นการบูรณาการร่วมระหว่างสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 6 ชลบุรี (สศท.6) และสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 ราชบุรี (สศท.10) โดยมีเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรอาสาในพื้นที่รับผิดชอบของ สศท.6 สศท.10 และเจ้าหน้าที่เข้าร่วม รวมทั้งสิ้น 100 ราย

มาตรการและนโยบายที่สำคัญด้านการเกษตร โดยนางสาวสุประมา โรจนะบุรานนท์ นักวิเคราะห์นโยบายและแผนชำนาญการพิเศษ กองนโยบายและแผนพัฒนาการเกษตร
การรายงานราคาสินค้าเกษตรรายสัปดาห์ผ่าน Application และการรายงานภาวะการผลิตสินค้าเกษตรรายเดือนผ่าน Google Form โดยนางสาวสุชญา เอี่ยมสอาด นักวิเคราะห์นโยบายและแผนชำนาญการ สศท.10
แพลตฟอร์ม Big Data เกษตรระดับจังหวัด “AgriDataProv” การใช้ประโยชน์และแนวทางการพัฒนา โดยนายประกาศิต อู่แก้ว นักวิชาการสถิติปฏิบัติการ ศูนย์ข้อมูลเกษตรแห่งชาติ
นอกจากนี้ ผู้เข้าร่วมอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการฯ ได้ไปศึกษาดูงาน ณ ศูนย์ศึกษาการพัฒนาอ่าวคุ้งกระเบนอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดำริ อำเภอท่าใหม่ จังหวัดจันทบุรี เพื่อศึกษาเรียนรู้และเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างเครือข่ายเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรอาสา

สถานการณ์สินค้าเกษตรและแนวโน้ม/มาตรการสินค้าเกษตร โดยนางสาวสิริกร คูณขุนทด เศรษฐกรชำนาญการพิเศษ และนางสาวส่องสกณ บุญเกิด เศรษฐกรชำนาญการพิเศษ สำนักวิจัยเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร

OAE Regions 10 and 6 Collaborate for “Agricultural Economics Volunteers (AEV) Capacity Building” Workshop for Fiscal Year 2026
December 18–19, 2025 – Mr. Ki่jsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10 (OAE Region 10), Ratchaburi, assigned staff from the Agricultural Information Section to participate in the joint workshop: “Capacity Building for Agricultural Economics Volunteers (AEV)” for the 2026 fiscal year. The event took place at the Sand Dunes Chaolao Beach Resort in Tha Mai District, Chanthaburi Province.
The workshop was a collaborative effort between the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 6 (Chonburi) and Region 10 (Ratchaburi). The primary objectives were to enhance the volunteers’ capabilities in data collection and the use of technology for information dissemination and public relations, while strengthening the volunteer network within the local areas. A total of 100 participants, including AEVs from both regions and OAE staff, attended the training.

Key Agricultural Measures and Policies: Presented by Ms. Suprama Rojananaburanon, Senior Professional Level Policy and Plan Analyst, Bureau of Agricultural Development Policy and Planning.
Weekly Agricultural Price Reporting via Application and Monthly Production Reporting via Google Forms: Presented by Ms. Suchaya Iamsa-ard, Professional Level Policy and Plan Analyst, OAE Region 10.
“AgriDataProv” Provincial Agricultural Big Data Platform: Utilization and development guidelines presented by Mr. Prakasit Oukaew, Practitioner Level Statistician, National Agricultural Big Data Center.
Field Study: Participants visited the Kung Krabaen Bay Royal Development Study Center in Chanthaburi to learn about royal-initiated development projects and foster community relations among the volunteer network.

Methodologies for Crop Production Surveys and Cost Calculation: Presented by Ms. Jitlada Kongsat and Ms. Thanaporn Maithong, Senior Professional Level Statisticians from the Center for Agricultural Information.
Agricultural Commodity Situations, Trends, and Measures: Presented by Ms. Sirikorn Koonkhunthod and Ms. Songsakon Boonkerd, Senior Professional Level Economists from the Bureau of Agricultural Economic Research.
Knowledge Exchange Session: A forum for sharing expertise, discussing operational challenges, and identifying public relations strategies to improve the efficiency of the Agricultural Economics Volunteer network.
