วันศุกร์ที่ 14 พฤศจิกายน 2568 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 (สศท.10) พร้อมด้วยเจ้าหน้าที่ส่วนแผนพัฒนาเขตเศรษฐกิจการเกษต สศท.10 เข้าร่วมพิธีวางพานพุ่มดอกไม้สดเนื่องในวันพระบิดาแห่งฝนหลวง 2568 ร่วมกับหน่วยงานในสังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ ณ โรงยิมเนเซี่ยมจังหวัดราชบุรี โดยมีนางสาวฐิติลักษณ์ คำพา ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดราชบุรี เป็นประธานในพิธี ซึ่งพิธีวางพานพุ่มดอกไม้สดถวายราชสดุดีเฉลิมพระเกียรติ พระบาทสมเด็จพระบรมชนกาธิเบศรมหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดชมหาราช บรมนาถบพิตร เนื่องใน “วันพระบิดาแห่งฝนหลวง” ซึ่งตรงกับวันที่ 14 พฤศจิกายนของทุกปี โดยเป็นการน้อมรำลึกในพระมหากรุณาธิคุณของพระบาทสมเด็จพระบรมชนกาธิเบศร มหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดชมหาราช บรมนาถบพิตร ที่ทรงมีพระราชดำรินำความรู้ทางวิทยาศาสตร์ มาประยุกต์ใช้ในการบังคับเมฆให้เกิดเป็นฝนจนเกิดเป็นโครงการพระราชดำริฝนหลวง ขจัดปัดเป่าความทุกข์ยาก ให้แก่พสกนิกรที่ประสบภัยแล้งและบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรน้ำของประเทศจวบจนปัจจุบัน พร้อมกันนี้ในพิธีผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดราชบุรีได้นำทุกภาคส่วน ยืนสงบนิ่งถวายความอาลัยแด่สมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชินีนาถ พระบรมราชชนนีพันปีหลวง และมีส่วนราชการ และหน่วยงานได้ร่วมวางพานพุ่มดอกไม้สดหน้าพระบรมฉายาลักษณ์ฯ ตามลำดับ
Director of OAE Office 10 Joins the Fresh Flower Wreath-Laying Ceremony on the Royal Rainmaking Day 2025
On Friday, 14 November 2025, Mr. Kitsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics 10 (OAE 10), together with staff from the Agricultural Economic Development Planning Division, participated in the fresh flower wreath-laying ceremony on the occasion of the Royal Rainmaking Day 2025. The ceremony was held in collaboration with agencies under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives at the Ratchaburi Provincial Gymnasium, and was presided over by Ms. Thitilak Khampa, Governor of Ratchaburi Province.
The ceremony was held to pay homage and express heartfelt tribute to His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great, the “Father of Royal Rainmaking,” commemorated annually on 14 November. The event honored His Majesty’s benevolence and his initiative in applying scientific knowledge to cloud-seeding techniques, which later became the Royal Rainmaking Project—aimed at alleviating drought hardships and improving national water resource management up to the present day.
During the ceremony, the Governor of Ratchaburi led all participants in observing a moment of silence in remembrance of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother. Government authorities and participating agencies also took turns laying fresh flower wreaths before the royal portrait.
