วันอังคารที่ 29 กรกฎาคม 2568 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรี มอบหมายให้นางสาวรัชตา วุฒิกิจเจริญ ผู้อำนวยการส่วนวิจัยและประเมินผล สำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 จังหวัดราชบุรี ร่วมประชุมติดตามการปฏิบัติราชการในสังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ ตามแผนการตรวจราชการของผู้ตรวจราชการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2568 รอบที่ 2 เขตตรวจราชการที่ 2 โดยมีนางสาวเสาวลักษณ์ ศุภกมลเสนีย์ ผู้ตรวจราชการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ เป็นประธานในการประชุมพร้อมกันด้วยกับหน่วยงานภายใต้สังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ในจังหวัดนครปฐม เพื่อร่วมกันสรุปความก้าวหน้าผลการดำเนินงาน ตามนโยบายสำคัญของกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ 9 นโยบาย โดยหน่วยงานที่รับผิดชอบโครงการ และสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรได้รับผิดชอบนโยบายที่ 9 การอำนวยความสะดวกด้านการเกษตร โครงการป้องกันภัยพืชผลทางการเกษตร กิจกรรมคือการประกันภัยข้าวนาปี ปีการผลิต 2568 มีผลการดำเนินงานดังนี้
1.ข้อเสนอโครงการประกันข้าวนาปี ปีการผลิต 2568 ได้ผ่านการพิจารณาจากคณะกรรมการขับเคลื่อนการประกันภัยการเกษตร (รองปลัด กษ.ภัทราภรณ์ โสเจยยะ ทำหน้าที่ประธานแทนปลัด กษ.) เมื่อวันที่ 8 เมษายน 2568
2.เมื่อวันที่ 26 มิถุนายน 2568 ที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการนโยบายและบริหารข้าวแห่งชาติ (นบข.) ได้มีมติเห็นชอบในหลักการโครงการประกันข้าวนาปี ปี 2568 เรียบร้อยแล้ว
3.เมื่อวันที่ 30 มิถุนายน 2568 ธนาคารเพื่อการเกษตรและสหกรณ์การเกษตร (ธ.ก.ส.) ได้มีการประชุมคณะกรรมการฝ่ายจัดการของธนาคาร และมีมติเห็นชอบอุดหนุนค่าเบี้ยประกันสำหรับลูกค้าสินเชื่อฯ หลังจากนี้จะนำเสนอต่อคณะกรรมการกลั่นกรอง และคณะกรรมการ ธ.ก.ส.(บอร์ด) เพื่อให้ความเห็นชอบก่อนนำเข้าสู่การพิจารณาของคณะรัฐมนตรีต่อไป รวมทั้งได้มีการตรวจติดตามงานในพื้นที่ ณ แปลงใหญ่หน่อไม้ฝรั่ง ตำบลหนองงูเหลือม อำเภอเมืองนครปฐม จังหวัดนครปฐม
OAE Zone 10 Participated in the Second Monitoring and Evaluation Meeting for the Fiscal Year 2025 by the Inspector-General of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives in Nakhon Pathom Province
On Tuesday, July 29, 2025, Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Zone 10 (OAE 10), Ratchaburi Province, assigned Ms. Ratchata Wuttikitcharoen, Director of the Research and Evaluation Division, OAE 10, to attend the second round of the fiscal year 2025 monitoring and evaluation meeting organized by the Inspector-General of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives in Inspection Area 2.
The meeting was chaired by Ms. Saowalak Supakamonsanee, Inspector-General of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, and attended by representatives of various agencies under the Ministry in Nakhon Pathom Province. The purpose was to review the progress of the implementation of the Ministry’s 9 key policies. Each policy was reported on by the responsible agencies.
The Office of Agricultural Economics is responsible for Policy 9: Agricultural Facilitation, specifically the Crop Insurance Project for wet-season rice in the 2025 production year. The progress of the project is as follows:
- The proposed wet-season rice insurance project for the 2025 production year was approved by the Agricultural Insurance Steering Committee (chaired by Deputy Permanent Secretary Ms. Pataraporn Sojayaya, acting on behalf of the Permanent Secretary) on April 8, 2025.
- On June 26, 2025, the National Rice Policy and Management Committee (NRPMC) approved the project in principle.
- On June 30, 2025, the Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives (BAAC) held a management committee meeting and resolved to support the insurance premium for its loan customers. The resolution will be submitted to the BAAC Screening Committee and the Board of Directors for further approval before being forwarded to the Cabinet for final consideration.
In addition, the meeting included a field inspection at the large-scale asparagus farming plot located in Nong Ngu Lueam Subdistrict, Mueang Nakhon Pathom District, Nakhon Pathom Province.
