วันพฤหัสบดีที่ 12 มิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2568 นายกิจษารธ อ้นเงินทยากร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 10 ได้รับเชิญให้เป็นวิทยากรร่วมบรรยายในการฝึกอบรม เรื่อง การบริหารจัดการข้อมูลขนาดใหญ่ Big Data เพื่อการพยากรณ์ข้อมูลสินค้าเกษตร ให้แก่ผู้เข้าร่วมฝึกอบรม จำนวน 100 คน ผ่านทางระบบออนไลน์ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ผู้เข้าร่วมการฝึกอบรมสามรถปฏิบัติตนในฐานะนักบริหารระดับกลาง เข้าใจบทบาทหน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ มีความพร้อมทางด้านภาวะผู้นำและการบริหารจัดการทีมงาน เข้าใจวิธีคิดและการทำงานแบบ Agile Leader สามารถปรับแนวคิด มุมมอง วิธีการทำงาน การสื่อสาร บุคลิกภาพ ตลอดจนวิธีการแก้ปัญหาที่เหมาะสมกับการบริหารองค์กร เชื่อมโยงบูรณาการปรับตัวให้มีความยืดหยุ่นในวิธีคิดและการทำงาน
Director of OAE Region 10 Invited as a Guest Speaker in the 2025 Intermediate Agricultural Extension Executive Program (IAEEP) On Thursday, June 12, 2025, Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10, was invited as a guest speaker in a training session under the 2025 Intermediate Agricultural Extension Executive Program (IAEEP). He delivered a lecture on the topic “Big Data Management for Agricultural Product Forecasting” to approximately 100 participants via an online platform. The objective of the training is to enable participants, as mid-level executives, to understand their roles and responsibilities, demonstrate leadership and team management readiness, adopt Agile Leader mindsets and practices, and adapt their thinking, perspectives, working methods, communication, and personal conduct. Additionally, the program aims to develop appropriate problem-solving strategies that align with effective organizational management, promoting integration and flexibility in both thinking and operational approaches.
